Analiza vpliva menedžmenta znanja na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v izbranih organizacijah : magistrsko deloKrajner, KatjaZnanje samo po sebi organizaciji ne prinaša konkurenčne prednosti, če ga zaposleni ne znajo upravljati, kar pa je bistvena naloga menedžmenta znanja. Menedžment znanja lahko opredelimo kot proces, s ... katerim organizacije prepoznajo, pridobivajo, delijo in analizirajo svoje znanje na način, ki je zlahka dostopen zaposlenim. Orodje menedžment znanja vključuje ljudi, procese in tehnologijo za upravljanje virov informacij in znanja v organizaciji. Zadovoljstvo pri delu pa se s svojimi različnimi koristmi pojavlja v procesu menedžmenta znanja. Namen magistrskega dela je predstaviti koncepta menedžment znanja in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Na podlagi pridobljenih rezultatov ankete je raziskan obstoj pozitivnega vpliva procesov menedžmentov znanja na zadovoljstvo pri delu. V raziskovalnem delu magistrskega dela je uporabljena metoda anketiranja. S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, ki je bil na voljo prek spletnega portala 1KA, je bilo pridobljenih 110 v celoti izpolnjenih vprašalnikov, ki so bili uporabljeni za nadaljnjo analizo. Rezultati kažejo, da med tremi procesi menedžmenta znanja in zadovoljstvom pri delu obstaja medsebojni statistični vpliv. Procesi pridobivanja, prenosa in uporabe znanja imajo pozitivni vpliv na zadovoljstvo pri delu, pri procesu ustvarjanja znanja pa ne moremo govoriti o medsebojnem vplivu z zadovoljstvom pri delu. Rezultati magistrskega dela služijo kot dobra osnova za nadaljnje raziskave in boljši vpogled za možnost izboljšav na področju menedžmenta znanja in zadovoljstva pri delu.Type of material - master's thesis ; adult, seriousPublication and manufacture - Ljubljana : [K.
