Barva kot faktor pri zaznavi štirih osnovnih okusov : diplomska naloga = Colour as a factor of perception of four primary tastes : graduation thesisSotlar, LeniIzvedena je bila raziskava o barvi kot faktorju pri zaznavi štirih osnovnih okusov. Ocenjevalo je skupno 53 študentov (40 žensk in 13 moških) starih od 22 do 25 let. Senzorično so ocenjevali ... naraščajoče koncentracije raztopin citronske kisline, saharoze, kuhinjske soli in kofeina v vodovodni vodi v brezbarvnih, rdeče, rumeno in zeleno obarvanih vzorcih. Določevali so prag zaznave. Rezultati ankete kažejo, da barva le rahlo vpliva na zaznavo okusa. Rdeča barva zniža prag zaznave za sladek in tudi grenak okus, torej poveča občutljivost na sladko in grenko. Statistično značilne razlike med spoloma so se pojavile pri zaznavi sladkega okusa, kjer ženske v zelenih vzorcih zaznajo sladek okus že pri nižjih koncentracijah kot moški. Kot spolno značilna razlika se je pokazalo tudi zaznavanje slanega okusa, ki ga ženske pri brezbarvnih, rdečih in zelenih vzorcih zaznajo pri nižjih koncentracijah kot moški.Type of material - undergraduate thesis ; adult, seriousPublication and manufacture - Ljubljana : [L.
