Tankoslojni kositar (IV) oksid dopiran sa fluorom ▫$(SnO_2/F)$▫ - priprema i karakterizacija

The preparation of this SnOS2/F doped films on black enamel coatings on steel substrates and on ordinary iron content glass is described. The optical properties of the corresponding coatings are ...determined. It was found that the spectral selectivity of SnOS2/F on black enamel surfaces was achieved with aSs = 0.90 and eST = 0.13 which makes possible to use this coating as spectrally selective coatings for solar collector panels. Analogously, low emitting glass was prepared with transmittance t = 0.79 (l = 0.55 Gmm) and thermal emittance eSt = 0.11.
