Fatva kot orodje za strateško komuniciranje islamističnega terorizma [Elektronski vir] : magistrsko deloRojc, IvanOb vpogledu v različne teroristične napade v novejši zgodovini je očitno, da se določene kategorije znotraj načina delovanja islamističnega terorizma spreminjajo in prilagajajo različnim okoljem in ... stopnjam varnosti. Od skrbno načrtovanih samomorilskih bombnih napadov do izoliranih napadov z nožem ali vozilom na ulicah po Evropi je bil Zahod priča desofistikaciji terorističnih napadov. To samo po sebi nakazuje, da v nekaterih primerih obstaja globoko versko prepričanje kot osnova za tiste, ki storijo teroristično dejanje. Posledice in raziskave po terorističnih dejanjih pogosto razkrivajo povezave do določenih ekstremističnih verskih vsebin, ki so navdihnile posameznika, ga še dodatno radikalizirale in delovale implicitno ali eksplicitno pri določevanju tarče napada, bodisi je bil to posameznik, država ali celotna kultura. Da bi nekaj postalo dovoljeno (halal) v nasprotju s prepovedanim (haram), mora islamska verska avtoriteta to tako opredeliti v procesu, imenovanem ifta’, in izdati fatvo (fatwa) – odgovor, ki ga izda kompetentna in kvalificirana verska avtoriteta na vprašanje glede dikcije islamskega prava (shari’ah) (Mozaffari, 1998, str. 16). Fatva lahko legitimira grozodejstva in mobilizira sicer pasivnega radikaliziranega posameznika, da aktivno išče priložnost za mučeništvo. Magistrsko delo je usmerjeno v raziskovanje terorističnih napadov, ki so povezani s fatvami v obdobju od islamske revolucije leta 1979 do danes in kakšno moč imajo kot orodje za strateško komuniciranje znotraj muslimanske skupnosti (ummah).Type of material - master's thesis ; adult, seriousPublication and manufacture - Ljubljana : [I.
