As the time goes by, music has become one of the choices of leisure activities to the people and life. However, for the past few years, in this age of internet results in ...development of digital music, which causes severe effects in traditional music industry. Due to the development of digital music, behavior of consumer is beginning to change, not just only from the traditional purchases of the records but from directly downloads for files in the internet, which induces the competition becomes extremely fierce in the music industry.
Due to changes in consumer behavior patterns, in this paper, we will investigate the meaning of music for the user. Depends on different extents of preference, consumers maybe have different behavior patterns. We will also discuss about the value in the mind of consumer for traditional records verses the value for digital files. In the meanwhile, we will discuss whether consumer behavior patterns are heterogeneous.
The result showed that, People are affected to

Abstract
The purpose of study is to investigate the related issues of senior high school transfer to knowledge organization, and to construct a self-made instruments to ...evaluate the present situations, difficulties and needed help in senior high school. We reviewed the theory bases of knowledge organization, and sampled some principles, teachers, and other staff of public and private senior high schools in Taiwan.
The key conclusions are described as follows:
1. The senior high school staff’s ideal expectation of knowledge organization were higher than actual one.
2. Sex, age, position level of education and time of in-service were major factors on the transferring of knowledge organization.
3. School location, city, school scale and school history were major factors on the transferring of knowledge organization.
4. Different sex, age, position, level of education and time of in-service background people faced different difficulties.
5. Different position and time of in-service backg

The main purposes of this study are to investigate the novice kindergarten teachers into the organization, what their perception of the work distress is. When novice kindergarten ...teachers make or execute their decisions, their actions may reflect the culture characteristics in the organization. The following study is completed by qualitative approach, which interviewed three novice kindergarten teachers, analyzed the result of the interview, organize novice kindergarten teacher’s work distress, investigated how the culture characteristics in the organization will influence, and the novice kindergarten teachers how to make their decisions and execution.
The main problems we are investigating of this study are as follows:
1. What are the novice kindergarten teachers' work distresses?
2. What are the teachers’ work distresses from?
3. How do the novice kindergarten teachers deal with their work distresses?
The following conclusions were made according to the results from the investigation:

The purpose of this study was to investigate the process and effectiveness of utilizing music activities to promote the social skills on children with autism spectrum ...disorders. The case study design was adopted to promote the following three social skills: (1) say hello initiatively; (2) shake hand with others; (3) answer the phone. The target participants of this case study were four students with Autism Spectrum Disorders in an elementary school. Regarding the implementing process, the researcher collected qualitative data of classroom video observation, interviews with their special education teachers and the researcher’s reflection journal. A total of three pilot lessons and twelve formal music activity lessons were conducted. All music activities were recorded and were analyzed after every activity.
Findings obtained from this study were as follows:
1. Regarding the development of the social skill programs through music activities:

Deposition of transparent and conductive ZnO thin films by an atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ) is studied. The APPJ used is sustained by a pulsed power source with a ...repetitive frequency up to 25 kHz using N2 or O2 as plasma gases. Nebulized zinc chloride solution is used as the precursor and is sprayed into the downstream of the plasma jet to deposit thin films on Si wafers or glass substrates. By using N2 plasmas, lower resistivity can be obtained comparing with those obtained using O2 plasmas. X-ray diffraction spectra show that the crystal structure changes with the operating parameters, namely plasma gas flow rate and the applied voltage, which influence the jet temperature and reactivity. Under an applied voltage of 275 V and a flow rate of 30 slm, dense and smooth films can be deposited. ZnO films with a resistivity of 13 Ω-cm and an average transmittance of 80% between 400 and 800 nm can be obtained.
The growth mechanism of ZnO thin films deposited by the APPJ is proposed.

Many survivors after stroke suffered postural and balance problems that limited daily life activities. Virtual reality (VR) balance training had already been used in stroke ...rehabilitation, and previous studies supported that it could improve balance ability and increase motivation and pleasure than conventional methods. Kinect for Xbox is a new commercial VR game system which can detect subject’s activities without any body-attached marks and hand-held controllers. Few of studies had investigated the rehabilitation effects on balance with Kinect for patients with stroke.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of virtual reality balance training through Kinect for Xbox games in patients with chronic stroke.
METHODS
Sixty patients (mean age: 56.28±9.80) with mild to moderate motor deficits (Brunnstrom stage: 4.33± 1.40) were recruited and randomly assigned to "VR plus standard rehabilitation group"(n=30), and "standard rehabilitation group" (n=30). After 12 tra

The research is designed to analyze the researcher’s role interpretation and process of production in the final project “Pandora’s black box” in 2011.
“Pandora’s box” is a ...final project of graduate school of dance in National Taiwan University of Arts designed by researcher and Tung-Wei Tzu in 2011. The topic surrounds the Greece fairy tale-“Pandora’s box” in which it attempts to describe the deepest place in women’s heart and their different styles of life. Owing to many types of women’s stories, the researcher divided the eight pieces into four categories. The first category “memory” which involves the stories in which it depicts women’s memorial emotion in the past; the second category “fading” which focuses on commmemorating the vanishing emotional melancholy and entanglement; the third category “he‧she” which probs into the attitude in relationship between woman and man as well as woman and woman; the fourth category “fun” which uses the relaxed rhythm to represent the interesting

The dsRNA binding motifs (dsRBMs) contain 70 amino acid and share a common evolutionarily conserved αβββα motif specifically facilitating interaction with dsRNA. Although dsRBM is ...defined to interact with dsRNA, some experiments report dsRBM would interact with protein, Hstaufen interact with NS1 of influenza virus and HsRHA interact with CH3 of CBP. To study the specificity recognition of dsRBMs and NS1 and CH3 in protein-protein interaction. We selected eight dsRBMs that two dsRBMs of HsRHA , two dsRBMs of HsPKR , three dsRBMs of HsStaufen , one dsRBM of HYL1.Here we report dsRBM1 and 2 of HsRHA interact with CBP and dsRBM1of HsRHA , dsRBM2 and3 of HsStaufen , dsRBM1 of HsPKR interact with CBP. To find the dsRBM-binding region of NS1 we design four fragment of NS1 that 1-114 , 106-230 , 1-73 , 74-230 by Biacore experiment. HsRHA is a bridge factor that accociated with CBP and pol Ⅱ

Zhu Xi used the form of oaring folk songs to chant the scenery of Wuyi, besides integrating the beautiful scenery of Wuyi and local folk culture into songs, we can also ...peek the life feelings of the poet advocating benevolence policy from oaring folk songs. Therefore, in this article, according to the research in political philosophy, economic system, social reform and education advocation, we can understand the statecraft ideology of Zhu Xi and discuss the fundamental concern of him as a life practitioner.
This article is divided into two parts: one part is especially for understanding the Wuyi oaring folk songs, another part is discussing Zhu Xi’s credit of advocating benevolence policy. Then find out his true inner thoughts when swinging between government official and hermit from these two parts to clarify his life feelings which is dedicated to advocating benevolence policy.
There are six chapters in this article, and the main idea is described as follows:
