In big data analysis at an enterprise, a useful option is the analysis of spatial data by machine learning, using a hybrid smart system. Machine learning permits complex nonlinear prediction with ...maximum precision and efficiency. A real-time big data prediction network for effective traffic flow is of great practical value. In such a network, the key problem is to construct an adaptive model on the basic of historical data. Traffic flow prediction is critical to traffic management in information technology. Real-time data proliferation led to the development of big data analysis, for which nonlinearity of traffic data is the main source of inaccurate prediction.
—Two methods are considered for the production of wear-resistant coatings for cutting and stamping tools: plasma nitriding with subsequent oxidation; and plasma chemical vapor deposition of metals ...with preliminary nitriding. The microstructure of the modified layers, their microhardness, and the tool life are discussed.
The purpose of the article is to describe the axiological characteristics of the realities of modern Kazakhstan society and the ethnic character in the perception of representatives of American ...ethnolinguoculture by using experimental data. Based on the analysis and description of associates obtained as a result of the associative experiment and sociocultural questionnaire survey, conclusions were drawn about the national-cultural markedness of a linguistic sign. The use of the method of the free-associative test helped to obtain objective and subjective characteristics for each stimulus word. The analysis of associates of American informants determined the novelty of the approach to the problem of intercultural communication in multicultural Kazakhstan society. The generalisation and analysis of associates and answers to questions on the sociocultural topic made it possible to construct a conceptual structure of the image of Kazakhstan and its realities in the consciousness of a linguistic personality of another culture. Also, in the article, an attempt was made to conduct a sociocultural questionnaire survey as an alternative research method. The answers and comments of respondents made it possible to comprehend and describe the respondents’ attitudes and opinion on the national-cultural values of the Kazakh people, to determine a range of discussion problems in different worldviews and to counter sociocultural realities in intercultural communication.

The transition to alternative types of fuel is considered, since in connection with the deterioration of the environment, this becomes a necessary condition for the environment. In this regard, in ...recent years, attention has been paid to the search for alternative fuels that would satisfy the conditions of the working process of a diesel engine, and also contribute to the rapid reduction of harmful emissions into the atmosphere. Currently, there are several varieties of alternative fuels for internal combustion engines. Among well-known fuels, such as natural gas, alcohols (methanol, ethanol), hydrogen, rapeseed oil, and others, the question of using dimethylether (DME) began to be considered. The issue of DME production is described, the effect of the use of DME is analyzed, conclusions are drawn about the expediency of its use.
One of the main advantages of an electronically controlled common rail system is the ability to repeatedly inject of fuel into an engine cylinder in one cycle. An increase in the fuel pressure level ...in them up to 250 MPa enhances the wave phenomena that occur in a pipe of common rail system. The result of the described processes is a decrease in the accuracy of control of the injection characteristic and cyclic supply. A device is proposed that includes a hydraulic valve with an electric drive (electromagnetic or piezoelectric) to compensate the wave phenomena and control them in the common rail system. The valve is installed in the fuel accumulator of common rail system and separates its volume from the low-pressure line. The actuation of the valve creates a pressure pulse in the pipeline. The characteristics of the impulse depend on the flow area of the jet, the frequency of operation, the design of the valve and its electric drive. The design of the obturator part of the valve determines the amount of unloading of the high-pressure line. The movement is managed by controlling the electrical signal sent to the electro-hydraulic valve, and thereby, the characteristics of the pressure pulsations created with it. This character of pulsations is selected for damping (weakening) ones in the high-pressure line of the common rail system caused by the operation of its injectors. It is made to improve the uniformity of fuel supply across the cylinders, as well as to give them the required parameters to control the shape of the injection characteristic.
Simple and fast models of the working process of internal combustion engines can speed up and reduce the cost of their development. Models can also be used to load into the memory of electronic ...control units of internal combustion engines in order to control in an optimal way all their adjustment parameters in a wide range of operating modes. A working process model of a gas diesel (dual fuel) engine was developed. It was based on a previously developed one-zone working process model of a diesel engine The assessment of the main differences in the algorithms for calculating the compression-combustion-expansion processes in diesel and gas diesel engines and their influence on the performance of two engines was carried out. To calibrate the model, calculations using the AVL FIRE multi-zone model and the results of experimental tests of a gas diesel engine were used. A high convergence of calculated and experimental results was demonstrated.
In this paper, the problem of controlling a gas-diesel engine is considered, presented as well as the results of calculation and database establishment for the control unit are discussed. With the ...help of AVL Boost software, data on the relationship between turbocharger pressure, diesel quantity, and the amount of HHO added to the cycle is created. The amount of HHO gas is injected into the intake manifold from 0 to 40%, and the amount of diesel fuel is reduced to maintain a constant amount of heat supplied into the cycle. The results show that when the ratio of gas HHO in the fuel mixture changes from 0 to 20%, the engine performance decreases slightly (less than 10%) but decreases significantly from 20 to 40% of gas HHO. In addition, the results also present that the amount of soot, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide emissions decreases, at the same time, the amount of nitrogen oxides and hydrocarbon emissions increases with the addition of gas HHO.
