The discovery of RNA-guided nucleases have enabled to leap forward in genome editing of cells and organisms. These nucleases can be delivered into cells as plasmid DNA, mRNA or ribonucleoprotein ...complexes (RNPs). The delivery in the form of RNP has some advantages because the target gene editing begins immediately without the process of intracellular synthesis of components and CRISPR (Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats)/Cas9 (CRISPR associated protein 9) system assembly. This strategy makes it possible to directly control RNP concentration and to decrease the number of off-targets due to rapid degradation of the complex in the cell. However, the task to develop RNP delivery systems remains unsolved. This review is devoted to RNP delivery into cells and tissues using physical approaches and different carriers. Special attention is paid to novel approaches that improve the RNP delivery efficiency.
•The new carbacylamidophosphate was tested as ligand towards lanthanides.•The new CAPh based lanthanide complexes NEt4LnL4 were synthesized.•The CAPh and its europium complex crystal structures were ...solved.•Eu3+ and Tb3+ f-f luminescence with lifetime 2.10 and 2.38 ms was observed.•NO2-group of aromatic substitute of the CAPh leads to excitation energy dissipation.
O,O′-dimethyl-N-(3-nitrobenzoyl)amidophosphate (HL) was synthesized, structurally characterized, tested as ligand to obtain lanthanide complexes NEt4LnL4 (Ln = La3+, Ce3+, Pr3+, Nd3+, Sm3+, Eu3+, Gd3+, Tb3+, Dy3+, Er3+, Y3+) and as a sensitizer of Eu3+ and Tb3+ luminescence. It was shown that besides of typical for carbacylamidophosphates intermolecular contacts, the electrostatic interactions N∙∙∙O of the length 2.936 Å exist in the crystal of NEt4EuL4 and influence on both the crystal packing and the lanthanide polyhedron shape. In the structure of the complex anion, two pairs of symmetry-related ligands differ in configuration (syn- or anti-) of nitro groups with respect to the carbonyl groups. The obtained complexes were found to be thermally stable to near 200 °C. Luminescent studies have shown that excitation energy is dissipated, which prevents ligands from efficient luminescence sensitization of europium and terbium.

Regular data taking with the CMD-3 at the electron-positron collider VEPP-2000 is under way since 2010. The collected data sample corresponds to about 200 inverse picobarns of integrated luminosity ...per detector in the energy range from 0.32 up to 2 GeV, with a goal to collect about 1

New lanthanide dimethyl-N-benzoylamidophosphate (HL) based tetrakis-complexes NEt
LnL
(Ln
=La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy) are reported. The complexes are characterized by means of NMR, IR, absorption, ...and luminescent spectroscopy as well as by elemental, X-Ray, and thermal gravimetric analyses. The phenyl groups of the four ligands of the complex anion are directed towards one side, while the methoxy groups are directed in the opposite side, which makes the complexes under consideration structurally similar to calixarenes. The effect of changing the alkali metal counterion to the organic cation NEt
on the structure and properties of the tetrakis-complex LnL4
is analyzed. The complexes exhibit bright characteristic for respective lanthanides luminescence. Rather high intensity of the band of
