The presence of a notary in the Association of legal Communities is significant. Nevertheless, in carrying out its role and function, the Notary is very vulnerable in the vortex of deed against the ...law. Although in many instances, the public Notary can not be held accountable for the unlawful acts, in some cases, the Notary is unable to circumvent his involvement. This article presents two issues related to notary involvement in unlawful acts, especially the criminal offense. Each of these is: first, how is the form of notary involvement in criminal acts of document falsification? Secondly, can the public Notary be held accountable for his involvement in criminal acts of document falsification? This research was conducted through normative legal research. The results show that there are many forms of notary involvement in criminal acts of document counterfeiting. Secondly, the Notary may be held accountable and may be asked for criminal liability because of his involvement in criminal acts of document falsification.
Minister of Empowerment of Women and Children No. 11 of 2011 concerning childfriendly City/District Policy is part of a government policy that aims to protect children in all aspects of life. ...Child-friendly districts/cities (KLA) are those that have a development system based on children’s rights through the integration of government, community, and business commitments and resources that are planned comprehensively and sustainably in policies, programs, and activities to ensure the fulfillment of children’s rights. The KLA is basically based on fulfilling children’s rights, covering civil rights and freedoms, family environment and alternative care, basic health and welfare, education, usage of leisure time, cultural activities, and special protection. To build a child-friendly district or city requires a village’s existence to realize the fulfillment of a child-friendly city. A child-friendly village (DLA) is a village and sub-district development that brings together the commitment and resources of the village government, the community, and the business community in the framework of fulfilling children’s rights, protecting children from acts of violence, exploitation, and abuse. Hearing children’s opinions, which are planned consciously, comprehensively, and continuously. To create a child-friendly village community, participation in establishing child-friendly homes will greatly influence success in learning child-friendly villages.

Sharia-based financing institutions are currently experiencing developments in the financial industry. Sharia financing provided by the BPRS is one of the ways that can be used by the community to ...meet their daily needs or manage their business. The use of financing certainly has the risk of default and execution of collateral which of course will be detrimental to the creditors (BPRS). Various financing problems are generally caused by the financing process that does not pay attention to legal provisions, especially sharia contract law and guarantee law. Taking the theme: "Issues on the Legality of the Financing Contract at BPRS and its solution in the Perspective of Agreement Law", this paper will examine two problems, namely: First, reviewing the validity of the Sharia financing contract at BPRS based on the Sharia Economic Law Compilation; and second, reviewing and finding the efforts that should be made by the BPRS so that the sharia financing contract meets the pillars and conditions of the contract in the Sharia Economic Law Compilation. This study uses a normative juridical research method with a statutory approach method, concepts, and cases. Through this method, the following findings were obtained: First, the problem of sharia financing in BPRS Syariah lies in the non-fulfillment of the Rukun and the terms of the sharia contract in some of its financing contracts which are dominated by carelessness in applying the legal principles of financing and SOPs that have been made. Second, the BPRS and its Customers must pay attention to and understand the elements of the fulfillment of the pillars and terms of the contract in the financing contract against the rules contained in the Sharia Economic Law Compilation.
Sexual harassment that often occurs is physical or verbal. Catcalling is an act of verbal sexual harassment. Catcalling has become a social problem that is considered common among the public. The act ...of catcalling has unknowingly reduced a person’s human right. Therefore, by using a normative juridical approach, researchers will examine how the construction of catcalling law in criminal law in Indonesia will analyze catcalling as a crime and will have an impact on legal consequences. This study shows that catcalling is an act that can be punished by a report from the victim and can be followed up by law enforcement apart.

Intermarriage brings legal consequences to the assets in the marriage including the mixing of joint assets. Marital property, specifically, regarding land ownership rights in Indonesia causes a ...problem if there is a divorce. The joint assets in the form of ownership rights to the land must be shared between Indonesian Citizens and Foreign Citizens while Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Regulations -The Agrarian principle prohibits foreign nationals from owning property rights. This research aims to find out the position of Foreign Citizens regarding land ownership rights in Indonesian laws and regulations and the legal consequences of divorce on land ownership rights in mixed marriages. This research is normative legal research, the type of research used is research on legal systematics by taking inventory of laws and regulations governing land ownership rights in intermarriage, identifying problems, and analyzing them qualitatively.
