In order to achieve high yield of chickpea and resistance to abiotic stress this survey carried out with 21 experiments (as A and B-TEST) with 176 genotypes chickpea. After harvesting and ANOVA and ...mean yield comparison the results of A1-TEST experiment in Maragheh and Shirvan stations showed that there was highly significant difference between Jam check and other lines , and FLIP 82-150C had the highest seed yield with 1058 Kg/ha and yield of Jam check has been 1045 kg/ka. In A3 Sararoud there was significant difference between check and genotypes, so that, 10 lines had seed yield more than Bivanij check ( 102 Kg/ha) and FLIP 97-256C produced the highest seed yield (498 Kg/ha). In A3 Zanzan ILC 3832 with 719 Kg/ha had seed yield more than Jam check (440 Kg/ha) and located in B class. In B1-TEST Shirvan and Orumieh Jam check with 894 Kg/ha had the highest seed yield. In B3-TEST Zanjan three lines ILC 1799, ILC 3105 and ILC 3101 had seed yield more than Jam check (456 Kg/ha) with 730, 680 and 675 Kg/ha respectively and were in A and B class. In B3 Orumieh FLIP 99-61C with yield of 1038 Kg/ha had more than Gazvin check (801 Kg/ha) and located in B class. In other experiments there were not significant difference between check and genotypes.
In order to achieve high yield of chickpea and resistance to abiotic stress this survey carried out with 18 experiments (as A and B-TEST) with 114 genotypes chickpea. After harvesting and ANOVA and ...mean yield comparison the results of A1-TEST experiment showed that there was significant difference between check and other lines , and FLIP 98-150C had the highest seed yield with 715 Kg/ha and yield of Jam check has been 708 kg/ka.In A3 Orumieh there was significant difference between check and genotypes, so that, two lines ILC 588 and FLIP 98-143C had seed yield more than Gazvin check ( 585Kg/ha) with 785 and 766 Kg/ha respectively and located in B class. In A3 Shirvan there was highly significant difference between check and genotypes and two lines FLIP 98-141C and ILC 3182 produced seed yield more than check (418 Kg/ha) with 700 and 642 Kg/ha respectively and were in A and B class. In B2-TEST Kermanshah three lines ILC 1799, X95TH-9 and FLIP 98-
106C had more yield with 1207, 1176 and 1125 Kg/ha respectively but along with check (1013 Kg/ha) located in C class. In B2 Maragheh and Kordestan three lines FLIP 98-3C, FLIP 98-106C and ILC 1799 had yield more than check (935 Kg/ha) with 1013, 961 and 949 Kg/ha respectively and were in C class. In B3- TEST Maragheh two lines ILC 3321 with 1013 Kg/ha and FLIP 97-280C with 1003 Kg/ha had seed yield more than check (944 Kg/ha) and finaly in B3 Kermanshah FLIP 95-74C with 1200 Kg/ha had seed yield more than check (1021 Kg/ha) and these three lines along with check were in C class. In other experiments check produce the highest seed yield.
In order to research on different species of Ephedra genus and determine the amont of total alkaloids and ephedrine and psuedoephedrine percentage, 250 samples of 9 species of Ephedra genus were ...collected from native habitates from 15 provincs in specific time(flowering period). Then for determining the total alkaloids in 45 samples and ephedrine and pesueduephedrine percentages in high quality species, the samples were analized and dertermined with GC\\MS. Result showed E. major had the maximum amount of total alkaloid and the amount of ephedrine and pesueduephedrine were made 90٪; of total alkaloid. During collection, some ecological factors like altitude, precipitation, maximum and minimum temperature, soil texture, orientation and accompanying species were studied too.
