Abstract
The article considers the processes of deposits formation on the walls of heat exchangers. Experimental studies of the composition and structure of deposits in heat exchange equipment ...elements are carried out. The regularities of deposition are studied. The possibility of virtualization of deposits monitoring sensors is analyzed. The conclusion is made about the possibility of analytical prediction of the behavior of heat exchange equipment during the deposition and their influence on the heat transfer process. A partial replacement of experimental physical and chemical studies by simulation is proposed.
The main results of the aerodynamic resistance estimation of the catalyzing backfill of processes hydrocarbons steam reforming, and also units which implementing the process of thermochemical ...regeneration of the exhaust gases are considered. Empirical dependences of various authors are presented for determining the resistance coefficient. Expressions which is the most adequately describe the hydrodynamic picture of the ongoing process are determined. The calculated specific resistance is in the range of 25-26 kPa/m, and correlates with indicators of industrial units operated in similar hydrodynamic modes (resistance is 18-31 kPa/m).

The first stage of the linear accelerator of the Siberian Circular Photon Source (SKIF) accelerator facility has been successfully commissioned at the Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics, Siberian ...Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences (BINP). This test accelerator facility includes the radiofrequency (RF) gun, magnet system, RF accelerating structures, and diagnostic and control system elements. The aim of the work at the facility is to verify the correctness of solutions chosen for the accelerator design, as well as to get operation experience and to measure the beam parameters that will determine the successful work of the overall SKIF complex. This article describes the main subsystems of the test accelerator facility and briefly presents the first operation results concerning the beam parameters.

A the high-voltage divider for pulsed signals was developed for multichannel DAQ-system of the LIA-20 linear induction accelerator. The divider satisfies a range of requirements: a range of ...operating voltages up to 30 kV, a 30 MHz bandwidth, accuracy and stability characteristics that are better than 1%, and repeatability of its parameters during mass production. An analysis of various variants of high-voltage dividers is given: passive capacitive dividers and capacitive dividers with active components, as well as resistive, resistive-capacitive, and combined dividers. The configuration selection of the divider circuit with the necessary properties is substantiated based on the analysis.

The main results of the evaluation of the technical and economic indicators of power plants based on internal combustion engines (ICE) that are integrated into the refinery process cycle are ...considered. The statistical processing of commercial offers has been carried out, which allow to evaluate capital investments in the main power equipment. The results of the calculation for the operating conditions of the power plant on its own gas of refining showed a good investment attractiveness of the project. The calculations found that the influencing factors can be ranked in descending order of importance: the cost of electricity, the rate of discount, capital investments in the object, the fee for the power supported for the reserve from the power system. Since the generator voltage of the internal combustion engine is 0.4 kV, the economic efficiency of the proposed power plant will be higher than the considered base case and it is advisable to produce electricity supply in the factory network on the low voltage side.
