The inductive coil consists of two perpendicular copper rod ...layers inside the chamber to improve the power transfer efficiency and uniformity of plasma. The results of magnetic field distribution under low and high plasma density are reported in detail. It shows that the radial uniformity of magnetic field and plasmas is enhanced significantly compared with that of external planar coil in 460 kHz frequency. Depending on the input power, the plasma source can operate in either the electrostatic (E) mode or electromagnetic (H) mode discharge. It is interesting that the mode transition can be continuous or discrete. The mode transition jump is obvious in 460 kHz with the same inductive coil and chamber. Furthermore, the required input power to initiate the discharge is observed remarkably low (10 W) in the present chamber with a volume of 18.5 litres

The present structural equation model encompasses these relationships on the basis of a survey of 226 mobile consumers. Empirical analysis shows that consumer innovativeness characters will affect their knowledge about mobile marketing, thus, increase the acceptance of mobile marketing. While the brand of service provider can help decrease perceived uncertainty. These findings imply that service provider should aim innovative consumers and use brand to provide enough guarantee.
The implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) system had been the focus of many researches for a long time, but which factors will influence the adoption of ERP systems is still unclear. ...In this research, the authors develop a framework that links some critical success factors (CSFs) with the adoption of ERP systems based on the theory of technology acceptance model (TAM) .The present structural equation model deals with these relationships on the basis of a survey of 320 managers and end-users. The paper highlights two main results. First, user perceived fit, compatibility of an ERP system and change management of an organization will influence user adoption. Second, top management support was critical to change management, business process and interdepartmental communication. These findings imply that user's needs and organizational compatibility should be considered in the construction and implementation of an ERP system.

In 30 previondy untreated patients with esophageal ...squamous-cell carcinoma, tissues were examined for apoptosis by in-situ TUNEL, PCNA by immunohistochemistry, p53 mutation by PCR-SSCP and immunohistochemistry. The number of apoptotic cells per 10 low-power microseopic fields was taken as the apoptotic index.
Apoptotic index of cells with high proliferative activity was significantly higher than that of cells with low proliferative activity (P < 0.05). In tumors with p53 gene mutation, apoptotic index of cells with high proliferative activity and low proliferative activity was significantly different (P < 0.05). No significant differences were observed in apoptotic index in tumors positive and negative for p53 mutation as examined by PCR-SSCP or immunohistochemistry (P > 0.05).
