Banyak proyek pemerintah terutama insfrastruktur yang masuk kategori kompleks, ditangani oleh kementerian teknis, dalam hal ini kemen PUPR. Namun tidak sedikit proyek konstruksi yang tidak masuk ...kategori kompleks dan bersifat khusus yang ditangani oleh kementerian atau lembaga pemerintah non instansi teknis. Untuk kasus yang pertama, owner dapat menggunakan konsultan MK namun untuk kasus yang kedua tidak memenuhi kriteria penggunaan konsultan MK, sehingga owner/PPK menggunakan jasa tenaga ahli sebagai pendamping selama proses persiapan dan perencanaan teknis. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji peran tenaga eksternal diuar konsultan perencana sebagai konsultan pendamping owner (KPO) selama proses desain. Dengan metode content validitas ratio (CVR) atas pendapat 15 pakar dibidang desain dan jasa konstruksi, diperoleh 14 peran tenaga pendamping owner. Dengan relative inportant index (RII) diperoleh tingkat kepentingan peran pada tahap desain dari yang terpenting meliputi memastikan KAK, memberikan standar aturan atau pedoman desain, identifikasi kebutuhan owner, dokumentasikan keputusan desain, komunikasi owner dan tim desain, kontrol jadwal desain, review HPS dan spesifikasi, evaluasi proposal desain, memastikan value for money, saran tools desain, identifikasi stakeholder, menyusun dokumen seleksi, memastikan keputusan desain dan mendapatkan performa terbaik konsultan desain. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa ada peran diluar konsultan desain yang dibutuhkan owner Pemerintah non instansi teknis pada tahap desain untuk membantu upaya mendapatkan dokumen desain (DED) yang berkualitas.
This research purpose is to offer insights to property owners and developers whose focus tends to be solely on the initial costs of green buildings, and aligning with the requirements set forth by ...Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Regulation No. 21 of 2022, effective from 2022, which mandates green buildings to obtain Building Structure Approval (PBG) and Functional Worthiness Certificate (SLF). Drawing from the 2013-2018 Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) report, which indicates a mere 2% certification rate for buildings exceeding 12 floors, this study seizes the opportunity to delve into how green building considerations influence financial decisions. Surveying 102 experienced respondents in green building practices, this research employs green building factor analysis, value engineering, life cycle cost analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS to scrutinize the factors influencing cost performance in green buildings. The findings spotlight 10 critical green building factors pivotal for securing certification, alongside unveiling correlations between initial costs, operational costs, and life cycle costs. Anticipated outcomes encompass facilitating compliance with Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Regulation No. 21 of 2021, and nurturing the development of green buildings in Indonesia. Implications span regulatory compliance, informed financial strategies, green building advancement, and knowledge dissemination. This study aims to simplify comprehension of the financial ramifications of green buildings, furnishing practical guidance for developers in navigating the intricacies of cost-sustainability equilibrium.

BIM is a digital display containing all information about building elements integrated with the building's life cycle period. BIM will accelerate and reduce risks in construction, including the impact of claims. In Indonesia, several consultants/contractors have been implemented BIM in construction projects. This research aims to determine the effect of using 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM in construction projects for reducing claims to service providers as seen from the indicators on BIM 3D, 4D, 5D BIM. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a Q-method approach using closed survey research instruments to 37 contractor/consultant respondents who use BIM. The results obtained from the 3D BIM 4 indicators affect the reduction of claims. The 4D BIM indicator has two hands that affect the decrease in claims. The 5D BIM indicators all involve reducing claims.

Design/ methodology/ approach: This research uses a quantitative approach with structured equation modeling using smartPLS. The population of this research is apartment developers in Indonesia. Findings: The results of this research show that brand image, value co-creation, and supply chain agility have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. This research has theoretical implications for expectancy disconfirmation theory and service dominance logic. Statistical data were collected from data supply agencies from various countries. Data processing begins with a comparison of operational definitions and data interstate indicators. Editing is done to clean up inconsistent data that is by reducing the indicator that compared between countries. Descriptive analysis is arranged to facilitate the comparison between countries. Infrastructure that built by Ministry of Public Works and Housing Republic of Indonesia has a central role in the growth of a country's productivity. Neverthless, the productivity has not yet reached ...100%. Performance of the project became one of main reason to achieve maximum productivity. The weakness of the organizational effectiveness on Ministry of Public Works and Housing infrastructure development became one of indication that makes the low of project performance. Therefore, this paper aims to develop models to find relationship between organizational effectiveness of project management and project performance. The method used was a questionnaire that was distributed to the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, contractors and consultants. The model created using multiple linear regression analysis. Models were made on overall respondents either enter the contractor and the consultant in its analysis as well as in each Directorate General in the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. Communication factor is the most decisive factor in the improvement of the project performance in the internal organization of Ministry of Public Works and Housing, while Technical and factor that shows Financial and Techincal Audits which carried out at the same time is the most decisive factor in the project organization of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing infrastructure development.
The development of hydroelectric power plant is one of the efforts in utilising water resources for people’s welfare by generating the energy for electricity purpose. Nowadays, the installed capacity ...of hydro electric power plants is 3,529 MW from the total installed capacity 24,846 MW from various power plants owned by PT PLN (Persero) and the hydropower potential 75,000 MW all over Indonesia. Hydroelectric power plant has complex structures and involves large amounts of capital with a long-running construction period. This situation imposes uncertainty factors with considerably high risks. The construction phase is identified as a critical phase in hydropower projects where many unforeseen factors occur. Failure to manage project risks leads to significant problems for the client such as completion time delays and cost overruns. In order to prevent time delays and cost overruns in hydropower construction in PT PLN (Persero), the study on project risk management in the construction stage of hydropower plant projects had been conducted. The purpose of this study was to identify and measure the importance of construction risks and to determine the level of agreement or disagreement between the client, consultants and contractors on the ranking of construction risk in hydropower projects. The author selected the respondents from the clients, consultants and contractors’ personnel who had work experience in hydropower construction projects in PT PLN (Persero).
