In hybrid English teaching, there are many courses and various kinds of assessment, which put higher requirements for teachers’ accurate and objective curriculum evaluation. This article adopts the ...clustering method of unsupervised learning to adapt to more data and give the evaluation method a specific generalization ability. A curriculum evaluation system based on AHP and clustering is proposed. Through hierarchical analysis values of online and offline average grades and final offline assessment scores, multiple hierarchical analysis is carried out, and the K-means method is adopted to refine course evaluation, and non-iterative calculation is carried out for non-deterministic numerical data to complete the final assessment of grades. Based on the sample test of the school’s data in recent years, this article finds that the proposed method can distinguish different categories of students well, and the absolute error of K-means classification is less than 0.5. The proposed method can ensure the accurate evaluation of colleges and universities and reduce teachers’ burden.
The management of college physical education will inevitably become more digital in the Internet era. In this paper, the architecture of the informatization management system is built through three ...parts: classroom management, sports equipment management and sports association management, and the conceptual model and table structure of the sports informatization database are designed. By establishing the portrait of physical education students and teaching resources and combining them with the differential evolution process, a sports resource recommendation algorithm based on adaptive differential evolution is proposed. The recommendation accuracy of the adaptive algorithm reached 71.24%, which improved by 5.92 percentage points compared with the SVD algorithm. Meanwhile, the MAE of the method in this paper is lower than other algorithms by 0.12, 0.18 and 0.21, respectively, which has better performance. The information management system combined with the adaptive DE breaks the traditional physical education management model.
There are a very limited number of reports studying on the dynamic response and injuries of pedestrian head in the scenarios with head hitting windshield. This study aims to investigate the ...significant factors that affect the dynamic response and injuries of pedestrian head through finite element–multi-body coupling simulations. Two finite element vehicle models and two multi-body pedestrian human models were used to build the coupling simulations. Orthogonal experimental design and analysis of variance were used for parameter combination and data analysis. This study demonstrated that the dynamic response of pedestrian head and HIC15 were strongly associated with collision speed and pedestrian orientation. Vehicle type had a significant influence on the dynamic response of pedestrian head and HIC15, while there was no significant relationship between the dynamic response of pedestrian head and HIC15 and the size of pedestrian human models. Collision speed, pedestrian orientation, and vehicle type should be prioritized over the other collision parameters in the study of head injury mechanism and reconstruction of vehicle–pedestrian collisions in the scenarios with head hitting windshield.

The long non-coding RNA HLA complex P5 (HCP5) is extensively related to cancer chemoresistance, while its function in gastric cancer (GC) has not been well elucidated yet. Here, the role and ...mechanism of HCP5 in regulating the chemoresistance of GC to cisplatin (DDP) was investigated. Our results revealed that HCP5 was increased in GC patients and indicated a poor prognosis. HCP5 knockdown weakens DDP resistance and reduced apoptosis of GC cells. miR-128 was decreased in GC patients and sponged by HCP5. HMGA2 was targeted by miR-128 and was increased in GC patients. HCP5 aggravated the resistance of GC cells to DDP in vitro by elevating HMGA2 expression via sponging miR-128. HCP5 silencing inhibited GC cells growth, resistance to DDP, and Ki-67 expression in vivo. In summary, HCP5 contributed to DDP resistance in GC cells through miR-128/HMGA2 axis, providing a promising therapeutic target for GC chemoresistance.
Background
Paclitaxel is commonly used as a cancer chemotherapy drug that frequently causes peripheral neuropathic pain. Inflammasome is a multiprotein complex consisting of Nod-like receptor ...proteins (NLRPs), apoptosis-associated speck-like protein, and caspase-1, which functions to switch on the inflammatory process and the release of interleukin-1β. Growing evidences have supported that peripheral interleukin-1β is critical in enhancing paclitaxel-induced neuropathic pain. However, whether activation of NLRP3 inflammasome in peripheral nerve contributes to paclitaxel-induced neuropathic pain is still unclear.
Results
Paclitaxel induced mechanical allodynia of rats from day 3 and worsened gradually till 3 weeks after injection. Paclitaxel resulted in expression of NLRP3 and activated fragments of caspase-1 and interleukin-1β in L4-6 dorsal root ganglia and sciatic nerve three weeks after injection, indicating activation of NLRP3 inflammasome. The expression of NLRP3 was located in CD68-labeled macrophages infiltrating in L4-6 dorsal root ganglia and sciatic nerve, and paclitaxel increased the expression of NLRP3 in macrophage. Moreover, the paclitaxel elicited mitochondria damage, which became swollen and enlarged in macrophages and axons of sciatic nerve three weeks after injection. In vitro, paclitaxel increased the number of damaged mitochondria and mitochondrial reactive oxygen species production in the rat alveolar macrophage cell line NR8383. The administration of a non-specific reactive oxygen species scavenger, phenyl-N-tert-butylnitrone, markedly alleviated mechanical allodynia and inhibited the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome in L4-6 dorsal root ganglia and sciatic nerve of the paclitaxel-induced neuropathic pain model.
Conclusions
Paclitaxel induced mechanical allodynia and activation of NLRP3 inflammasome in infiltrated macrophages of L4-6 dorsal root ganglia and sciatic nerve. Paclitaxel elicited mitochondria damage and reactive oxygen species production may result in activation of NLRP3 inflammasome in peripheral nerve, which contributes to paclitaxel-induced neuropathic pain.
