The analyses define in a structured way who and in what phase of the project is reviewing the project documentation and for which documents compliance with the client’s requirements should be checked. The process output is a structured description of the identified nonconformities used to develop and implement corrective actions as a part of the continuous improvement process.
Improving the strength properties of ferritic stainless steel welds is associated with reducing excessive grain growth. The article presents the research results on the effect of the titanium ...additive introduced to the weld material during the welding process of X2CrTiNb18 steel and using different temperature ranges of the heat treatment process for the welds obtained. Significant importance of the influence of titanium addition during welding and heat treatment operations on the change of weld morphology, including the reduction of ferrite grain growth and the change of selected mechanical properties of welds (strength, hardness, plasticity), was demonstrated.
IntroductionManagement of patients with anorexia nervosa (AN) desires psychiatric/medical care. In average AN disease onset they represent a younger generation than 18 y.o. In this age typically ...children and adolescents are under regular dental care. Whether young AN patients should be included to intensive oral supervision may be still questionable. In literature little information on changes in oral cavity caused by AN were reported.ObjectivesTherefore, the aim of the study was to evaluate caries incidence, tooth wear, gingival inflammation, and oral hygiene level among adolescent AN inpatients, highlighting the aspect of oral health manifestations in case-control study.MethodsBased on clinically confirmed 130 AN restrictive subtype hospitalized female subjects (BMI <15 kg/m2, age 14.8±1.8), dental status has been examined regarding the occurrence of caries lesions using Decay Missing Filling Teeth (DMFT), erosive wear as Basic Erosive Wear Examination (BEWE), gingival condition as Bleeding on Probing (BOP) and plaque deposition as Plaque Control Record (PCR). The results were compared with age-matched 110 female controls (BMI 19.8±2.3 kg/m2, age 15.5±1.8, p=0.744) dentally caried in public University dental clinic (p<0.05) in the same time period.ResultsAN patients compared with healthy adolescents were found to present higher incidence of oral-related complications according to dental status (DMFT 3.9±4.5 vs. 2.0±1.8, p=0.005), erosive tooth wear (BEWE 18.9% vs. 2.9%, p<0.001), less efficient in controlling plaque (PCR 43.8% vs. 13.7%, p<0.001) and gingival inflammation (20.0% vs. 3.9%, p<0.001). AN group, a significant correlation between BOP, BEWE, and duration of AN symptoms (p<0.05), similarly to the number of decayed teeth D, filled teeth F and PCR were detected (p<0.05).ConclusionsAlthough the obtained results did not reveal any severe oral complications, AN diagnosis in adolescence may influence to numerous oral-related symptoms from dental caries, the onset of erosive tooth wear, failure in dental hygiene to be continuated as gingival inflammation. After AN diagnosis a regular preventive intervention should be performed during dental recall sessions. There is a need for professional oral hygiene/diet instructions combined with regular oral check up visits to avoid oral complications and disease progress. For clinical revelance an active collaboration between psychiatric and dental specialists is needed.Disclosure of InterestNone Declared

Increasing evidence accumulate to suggest that obesity increases the risk of chronic kidney disease independently of dyslipidemia, diabetes, and hypertension. This so-called obesity-related ...glomerulopathy is characterized at early stages by glomerular hypertrophy with or without secondary focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. Since, however, kidney biopsies are usually not performed at this phase, an early diagnosis of the disease is often difficult. Here, we review new developments in the pathophysiology of obesity-associated kidney dysfunction and discuss the potential of appropriate monitoring of glomerular filtration rate and albuminuria for early detection of the disease. We also present the benefits conferred by even moderate dietary restriction on the course of the disease.

OBJECTIVES
The following study presents a special independent atrial fibrillation (AF) risk factor-preoperative fluctuation of heart rate variability (HRV), as well as other perioperative AF risk ...factors in patients qualified for pneumonectomy and undergoing pneumonectomy or lobectomy for lung cancer.
METHODS
The prospective study was performed in patients who had undergone anatomical resection for non-small-cell lung cancer. A total of 117 patients (92 men and 25 women) qualified for statistical research. In order to determine the risk factors, all patients were divided into two groups: Group A-98 patients without AF and Group B-19 patients with AF during the perioperative time. A number of different risk factors of AF have been analysed and further divided into preoperative, operative and postoperative.
RESULTS
Postoperative AF occurred in 19 patients (16%), all of them were male. The patients with higher short-term HRV parameters (SD1, RMSSD), slower mean heart rate and those with a lower fluctuation of HRV-related parameters (HRV Afternoon, Night, Day (A/N/D)) before the operation, were more prone to AF. Postoperative risk of AF was higher in patients with a higher number of ventricular ectopic beats before the operation, a higher number of supraventricular and ventricular ectopic beats and a higher maximal heart rate after the operation. Statistical analysis revealed that male gender and the extent of pulmonary resection, particularly left pneumonectomy, constituted significant risk factors. AF was more often observed in patients who had ASA physical status score of III, in comparison with ASAI and ASAII patients.
CONCLUSIONS
Along with other concomitant AF risk factors presented in this work, the evaluation of the fluctuation tendencies of HRV parameters should be taken into consideration before any major lung resection. The balance disturbance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems is responsible for AF.
In the paper the problems referring to the chosen aspects of evaluation of the productive chains were presented. The analyses and investigations concerning evaluation of the productive processes of ...sections type V29 in the real industrial conditions were described. Made analyses and evaluation of the productive chains was based on investigations dealing with time, costs and lacks which derives from applied technological and organizational system realized for the investigated productive chains. The purpose of the study was to define the influence of applied technological and organizational system on received effectivity of the realized processes including determined value added in the examined processes and possibility to receive competitive majority on the market. The detailed technical and economic analysis was based on the suggested system of evaluation of the productive chains. This system comprises application of measurement of costs using the method Active Based Costing (ABC), timing of the operation model of value added in the material productive processes, multi-criterion analysis and applying chosen economic coefficients.
