The success of the hospital in providing the best and quality service to the community can be measured by the quality of the performance of its human resources. This is because human resources are an ...important element involved in the core activities of providing health services in a hospital. This study aims to analyze several factors that have an influence on employee performance at RSUD Dr. Rasidin Padang, namely commitment, compensation, work motivation, and work discipline. The analytical method used in this research is path analysis using the help of the SPSS for windows program. This study used 158 respondents as the research sample. The independent variables consist of Competence (X1), Compensation (X2), Work Motivation (X3), and Work Discipline (X4), while the dependent variable is Performance (Y). The results showed that competence, compensation, work motivation, and work discipline had a significant positive effect on the performance of RSDU Dr. Rasidin Padang.

This ...research is classified as quantitative research. The object in this research is PT. Bukalapak Tbk. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The analytical method used is comparative analysis. To test the hypothesis using the paired sample t-test and the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study conclude (1) There is no significant difference in financial performance in terms of liquidity indicators before and after being designated as an initial public offering. (2) There is no significant difference in financial performance seen from the solvency indicators before and after being determined as an initial public offering. (3) There is no significant difference in financial performance seen from the activity indicators before and after being determined as an initial public offering. (4) There is a significant difference in financial performance seen from the profitability indicators before and after being determined as an initial public offering.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektifitas pelatihan karyawan pada RS BUNDA BMC Padang dengan menggunakan empat level model evaluasi kirkpatrik, yaitu melihat reaksi atau tanggapan ...peserta pelatihan terhadap pelatihan yang diadakan, pembelajaran yang didapatkan oleh peserta, mengubah perilaku peserta yang diimplikasikan kedalam pekerjaannya dan hasil yang didapat bagi peserta dan perusahaan setelah mengadakan pelatihan ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara Purposive Sampling yaitu karena setiap unsur yang terdapat dalam populasi tidak memiliki kesempatan atau peluang yang sama untuk dipilih sebagai sampel. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi sampel adalah karyawan RS BUNDA BMC yang mengikuti pelatihan pelayanan prima sebanyak 45 orang responden. Untuk pengukuran Skala Likert menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan pengujian dengan metode uji beda rata-rata untuk dua sampel berpasangan (paired sample t-test) menggunakan Software SPSS 25.0. Model uji beda ini digunakan untuk menganalisis model penelitian pre-post atau sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest pada pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan dari rata-rata awal 77,02 menjadi 83,37 atau Pre Test 77,02 < Post Test 83,37, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Evaluasi Pembelajaran Terhadap Efektivitas Pelatihan dinyatakan (signifikan). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pembelajaran sebelum peserta mengikuti pelatihan.

Kepuasan memediasi pengaruh nilai pelanggan dan citra merek terhadap lotalitas merek. Nilai pelanggan dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Kemudian, kesadaran merek berpengaruh terhadap citra merek. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan peran penting kepuasan dalam meningkatkan loyalitas merek. Selain itu, nilai pelanggan dan citra merek juga memberikan peran dalam meningkatkan kepuasan. Awal dari pengaruh-pengaruh tersebut adalah kesadaran merek. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pengetahuan bahwa kepuasan, nilai pelanggan, citra merek, dan kesadaran merek merupakan factor penting dalam mempengaruhi loyalitas merek.
This study aims to analyze the factors which influence an individual in making a purchase in online stores. It investigates the factors of technology acceptance (theory of acceptance model), personal ...(lifestyle and trust), product quality, and price in an online store. There are 180 who have bought products in the online stores. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model based on Partial Least Square. The results prove that from the technology acceptance explained by TAM indicates that only perceived usefulness significantly influential toward attitude. Then, it also denotes that attitude, product quality, price, lifestyle, and trust can influence purchase decisions in the online store applications by explaining the relation among technology acceptance models, personal factors (lifestyle and trust), product quality, and price.
Introduction: Migraine is a complex health problem and causes disability, especially in women. The current pathophysiology of migraine is a combination of vascular, neurogenic, and neuroinflammatory ...theories. PACAP-38 is a vasoactive neuropeptide that increases during migraine attacks. Endothelial dysfunction results in impaired vasomotor reactivity. Analysis of vasomotor reactivity is determined by measuring the breath-holding index (BHI) and migraine vascular index (MVI), where there is a decrease in vasomotor reactivity values ??in migraine sufferers. This study aims to determine PACAP-38 levels in chronic migraine sufferers and their relationship to cerebrovascular vasomotor reactivity.
Methods: This research is a comparative study (cross-sectional) that is carried out in hospitals and health centers spread across the city of Padang from May 2022 to June 2023. The research sample consisted of 30 chronic migraine sufferers and 30 healthy controls. Vasomotor reactivity was assessed by determining BHI and MVI values ??using transcranial Doppler. Plasma PACAP-38 levels were measured using the ELISA method. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS.
Results: The mean value of vasomotor reactivity in chronic migraine sufferers is 0.355. There is a negative correlation between the frequency and duration of migraine attacks and vasomotor reactivity (frequency p=0.032; duration p=0.022). The mean value of PACAP-38 levels in chronic migraine sufferers was 6.15 pg/ml, and in healthy controls, 4.85 pg/ml; there was a significant difference between plasma PACAP-38 levels in chronic migraine sufferers compared to healthy controls. However, there was no significant difference between plasma PACAP-38 levels and vasomotor reactivity in chronic migraine sufferers.
Conclusion: There is an increase in plasma PACAP-38 levels in chronic migraine sufferers, but there is no significant relationship between plasma PACAP-38 levels and vasomotor reactivity values.
