Informasi yang disampaikan oleh pemerintah tentang pencegahan penyebaran virus corona-19, ada berbagai jenis, antara lain, Gerakan 5 M , pemberlakuan WFH dan WFO, PSBB, PPKM, dan lain-lain. Di ...antara informasi yang disampaikan oleh pemerintah, terdapat disinformasi yang berdampak kepada kepatuhan menjalankan protokol Kesehatan. Misalnya pemerintah mengatakan bahwa hanya yang sakitlah yang menggunakan masker. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh disinformasi dari pemerintah tentang pencegahan penyebaran covid-19 terhadap tingkat kepatuhan masyarakat menjalankan protokol Kesehatan. Hipotesis teori penelitian ini, informasi yang sudah disampaikan tidak dapat ditarik Kembali (irreversible) sedangkan hipotesis penelitian adalah semakin sering disinformasi disampaikan oleh pemerintah, semakin tinggi tingkat ketidakpatuhan masyarakat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian adalah survey dengan menyebarkan questioner melalui google form. Hasil penelitian diolah dengan statistic SPSS dengan hasil terdapat pengaruh disinformasi pemerintah terhadap tingkat kepatuhan masyarakat dalam menjalankan protocol Kesehatan. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini agar pemerintah konsisten dalam menyampaikan informasi yang benar bukan disinformasi karena komunikasi bersifat irreversible yang berdampak kepada kepatuhan masyarakat dalam menjalankan aturan dan kebijakan dari pemerintah dalam mencegah penyebaran virus Covid-19.

Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi orangtua dalam mendampingi anak belajar di rumah melalui media online dimasa pandemi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk bisa mendampingi anak belajar di rumah melalui media online, orangtua mampu menerapkan fungsi komunikasi yang baik.

The implementation of collegiate curriculum refers to the Indonesian national qualification framework (KKNI) which will be effective with the student centered learning (SCL) approach. Lecturers act as active facilitators and students are active, mutually meaningful communication occurs so that the application of collegiate curriculum can be effectively achieved. The purpose of this study is to have description about how transactional communication is implemented in achieving learning effectiveness. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study research approach. The research paradigm is constructivism. The theories used are cognitive theory and behavioral theory. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Collegiate Curriculum, namely planning, implementation, learning and learning outcomes are effective by using transactional communication
The aim of the research is to reveal the influence of official disinformation through the media on public concern in preventing the spread of Covid-19. The theory used in this research is Carl I. ...Hovland's Credibility Source theory. A sample of 100 people from various walks of life in Jakarta. The results showed that the inconsistency of information from government officials had a positive and significant effect on community concern in preventing Covid-19. The positive influence shows that the inconsistency of information from Indonesian government officials is responded positively by the concern of the public in preventing Covid-19. the level of public awareness of disinformation, providing official information through the media. The ability to overcome turbulence situations is to display consistency, defined as a unity of motion, between thoughts, speech and actions, in order to arrive at a common goal.
The amount of hoax information spread about the case of racism of Papuan students in Surabaya can certainly trigger conflict. Therefore, Papuan students are required to be able to properly analyze ...information obtained from any source, especially from digital media. This study aims to determine the strategy of Papuan students in identifying hoax news about cases of racism in digital media. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques consisting of observation, in-depth interviews, documentation and focus group discussions. The informants consisted of Papuan students in Jayapura and Jakarta. Data analysis uses data reduction, data display and conclusion/verification.
The results showed that student literacy about hoaxes consisted of (1) hoaxes were confusing and provocative information, (2) hoaxes were news diversion issues, (3) untrue news and (4) hoaxes sourced from the community and the state. Related to how Papuan students identify hoaxes, they are (a) looking for comparative information on other media, (b) checking and rechecking with friends and family, and (c) checking the clarity of information sources. To be critical of hoax news, students are criticizing hoaxes against images, photos and news that are not appropriate, criticizing foreign media and domestic media that spread hoaxes, and criticizing the government as a hoax spreader.
The recommendation for this research is that the government makes an electronic-based information system that can be used by the Papuan people as a means to find out the government's efforts in educating and educating the Papuan people in the field of Digital Media Literacy.
The research aims to determine the form of readiness in implementing the Merdeka Campus Curriculum. Many difficulties were experienced by students when learning online, namely 85.71% had difficulty ...understanding the concepts and 14% the principles used. This fact does not stand alone. The results of a survey of 120 students showed that 90% of the educators had difficulty implementing the material. There are 8 implementation programs at State Universities and Private Universities in Indonesia that are being implemented. This aims to involve students and lecturers in collaborating with schools and industry online and face to face. However, it is not yet known the impact on the positive. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a constructivist paradigm. Data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews and distribution of instruments. The object is the university that organizes it and the subject is students and lecturers. The results of the study show that the implementation still varies because there are study programs that have implemented it and some that have not, because there are still obstacles, both internal and external. Universities need to provide adequate facilities, infrastructure and applications to implement the program. The Study Program also needs to prepare qualified lecturers in handling the courses offered. The conclusion in the research needs to be increased and active activities in each Study Program
The current millennial generation uses more trending sentences to follow but is uncivilized. This is due to the enormous influence of the development of communication technology, namely the internet, ...and applied through the use of social media. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the standards of civilized communication among adolescents on social media. Using qualitative research methods, inductive and constructivist paradigms, as well as collecting data through the field and virtual observations and in-depth interviews to produce valid research results. The results showed that civilized communication standards practiced by high school students in Jakarta were (a) answering questions quite briefly even though they interacted with parents, not giving forms of appreciation with the words mama or papa, (b) avoiding meeting other people face to face and prefer to use smartphones to communicate online, and (c) self-existence by uploading any kind of information on social media accounts and disseminating it.
Communication develops in line with increasingly advanced technology. Communication carried out by the community is only limited to talking regardless of whether the interaction is effective or not. ...This research was conducted to find out the communication patterns that are usually carried out by the people of East Jakarta, represented by thirty-seven participants with sixteen of them being students of the Indonesian Christian University. Using the questionnaire method to obtain data this research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results showed that the communication pattern of the people of East Jakarta had a habit of using verbal methods combined with nonverbal methods. This is done because he wants the message conveyed orally or in writing to be clearly received and the feelings or emotional messages from the communicator are conveyed properly. Thirty-two people admitted that they often interacted with people from different cultures with various interaction locations, namely schools, cafes, campuses, social media, churches, and even while playing video games. In intercultural communication conducted by participants with a percentage of 81.1% with 30 people claiming to prefer using Indonesian because it makes it easier to interact, but in contrast to participants who prefer to adapt their language to the other person. This is done to provide a sense of comfort to the communicant in interacting.
This paper is intended to provide permanent information about learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic in utilizing information and communication technology. Based on the fact that most educators ...are not very familiar with managing information technology and communication and not all educational institutions feel the existence of technology that can support teaching and learning activities so that in the era of the Covid19 pandemic, there are still many schools that do the learning process manually, namely by providing modules or tasks to students to be done at home. This study was conducted using framing analysis of the phenomenon faced by teachers, especially teachers in Indonesia in an effort to improve competence in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The use of technology in the learning process can trigger increased interest and motivation for learning students until the quality of their learning increases. The use of gadgets that are commonly used by students in the present era in the teaching and learning process is expected to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process itself.
