Metode - Database yang digunakan Scopus,google scholar,PubMed diambil untuk mengekstrak artikel yang relevan. Istilah awal untuk mengekstrak studi terkait adalah "Tuberculosis." Directly observed therapy "," Mobile Health "," nursing and mHealth "," scrining case TB ", dan" sms remaind to patient Tuberculosis". Artikel dibatasi berdasarkan pada kriteria inklusi termasuk; Artikel diterbitkan antara 2010 dan 2018. Para peneliti juga memasukkan beberapa jenis desain studi termasuk studi survei, yang bersifat deskriptif belajar, dan campuran desain metode dalam proses penyaringan.
Hasil - Mobile Health mampu memberikan pelayanan yang efektif, efisen, dan berkualitas pada pasien TB Paru dibeberapa negara. Indonesia memiliki potensi besar dalam dalam penerapan mobile health berbasi smartphone. Walaupun demikian penggunaan mobile health tidak bisa sepenuhnya digunakan dalam asuhan keperawatan komunitas karena sifatnya yang belum bisa konfrehensif.

ABSTRACTHealth education is one of intervention strategies in nursing. Optimization in its implementation requires media support, health promotion media that can be used are booklet and diary. ...Booklet provides more information and diary records daily activities. This research aimed to identify the effect of health education using booklet and diary on the self-efficacy of housewives with hypertension in Depok. This quasi experimental research used pre-post design with control group. The sampling technique used non probability sampling with consecutive sampling method. The total of samples were 66 respondents. Data were collected using an Indonesian version of the High Blood Pressure – Self Care Profile and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The result of independent t test showed significant effect in the mean of self-efficacy value after health education using booklet and diary (p value = 0.002 0.05). In conclusion, health education using booklet and diary media could increase the self-efficacy of housewives. This health education needs to be applied to clients with hypertension to increase self-efficacy in conducting self-management. ABSTRAKPendidikan kesehatan merupakan salah satu strategi intervensi dalam keperawatan. Optimalisasi dalam pelaksanaannya memerlukan dukungan media, media promosi kesehatan yang dapat digunakan diantaranya adalah booklet dan diary. Booklet memuat lebih banyak informasi dan diary mencatat aktivitas sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan booklet dan diary terhadap efikasi diri ibu rumah tangga dengan hipertensi di Kota Depok. Penelitian quasi eksperiment ini menggunakan pre-post design with control group. Teknik sampling menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode consecutive sampling. Total sampel sebanyak 66 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan versi Indonesia High Blood Pressure – Self Care Profile dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil Independent t test menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan pada rata-rata nilai efikasi diri setelah pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan booklet dan diary (p value= 0,002 0,05). Sebagai kesimpulan bahwa pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan booklet dan diary dapat meningkatkan efikasi diri ibu rumah tangga. Pendidikan kesehatan ini perlu diterapkan pada klien dengan hipertensi untuk meningkatkan keyakinan diri dalam melakukan manajemen diri.

This study aims to examine the relationships between students’ competencies achievement (SCA), student engagement, basic needs fulfillment, and stress levels among nursing students engaging in community-based clinical practice during the COVID-19 pandemic.
and Methods: A cross-sectional online survey was conducted with 451 nursing students from Indonesia, Malaysia, and India. Online questionnaires assessing SCA, SE, BNF, and SL were administered between November and December 2021.
The study involved 131 participants from Indonesia, 138 from Malaysia, and 182 from India, with an average age of 22.52. Multivariate analysis, employing linear regression revealed that across the three countries, online student engagement demonstrated the strongest association with SCA (B: 0.701; p-value: 0.0001). However, specific factors—stress levels, learning methods, and study year—showed greater relevance in Indonesia, India, and Malaysia, respectively.

La tuberculosis pulmonar (TB pulmonar) es una enfermedad infecciosa común en el mundo, incluso en Indonesia. Se transmite muy fácilmente a través de las salpicaduras de esputo. Fomenta el desarrollo ...de intervenciones para controlar la transmisión de la TB, como la educación sanitaria estructurada. El objetivo de este estudio fueron determinar el efecto de la intervención de educación sanitaria estructurada sobre el comportamiento preventivo de la tuberculosis pulmonar en la regencia de Bogor, Indonesia. Este estudio utilizó un diseño cuasiexperimental con diseño previo y posterior a la prueba, que involucró a 82 miembros adultos de la comunidad de edad que se dividieron en grupos de intervención y control. El muestreo aleatorio en varias etapas se utilizó para determinar el área de investigación, mientras que el sujeto de investigación se seleccionó mediante muestreo aleatorio simple. Los resultados mostraron que la educación estructurada afecta significativamente el conocimiento (valor de p = 0,000), la actitud (valor de p = 0,000) y la prevención de habilidades de transmisión de TB pulmonar (valor de p = 0,000). La salud estructurada podría aplicarse como una alternativa de intervención de enfermería comunitaria que se puede administrar a las personas en riesgo de TB pulmonar.
Pulmonary Tuberculosis (pulmonary TB) is a common infectious disease in the world, including in Indonesia. It is very easily transmitted through sputum splashes. It encourages development of interventions in order to control the transmission of TB, such as structured health education. The aims of this study were to determine the effect of structured health education intervention on the prevention behavior of pulmonary TB in Bogor regency, Indonesia. This study used quasi-experimental design with pre- and post-test design, involving 82 adults age community member who were devided into intervention and control group. The study was conducted in districts with high TB prevalence selected by purposive sampling, while the research subject was selected using simple random sampling. The results showed that structured education significantly affects knowledge (p value = 0,000), attitude (p value = 0,000), and skill prevention of pulmonary TB transmission (p value = 0,000). Structured health could applied as an alternative choice of community nursing interventions that can be given to people at risk of pulmonary TB.
Background: Stroke is the highest cause of death in urban areas, one of the regions in Indonesia with stroke exceeds the national rate is the city of Pontianak.
Purpose : This study aims to determine ...the relationship of family coping strategies to the quality of life of elderly post-stroke in the city of Pontianak.
Methods : Analytical research design correlation with cross sectional approach. sampling in total sampling with respondents amounted to 58 respondents. The sample of this study was post-stroke elderly and family members as caregiver or primary outpatient who treated elderly with post stroke.
Result : The results of multiple linear regression analysis or anova test (f test) with p value = 0.001 (<0.05) indicating that there is a significant relationship between social support, reframing, seeking and receiving, passive income and income with the quality of life of the elderly post stroke.
Conclusion : Social support is a dominant element of coping strategy. The role of community nurses is needed to support family caregivers in providing social support to post-stroke elderly.
Professional Competency is a topic of great issues in care and practice, particularly health care disciplines such as nursing. The purpose of the study was explored nurse perception of a competencies assessment process. Data were collected using a questionnaire and involved a proportional random sample of 410 nurses practitioner. They were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods: mean, median and standard deviation. Result: Many nurses not satisfied taken assessment competencies using examination approach and summative by assessor (mean: 48.07, SD: 4.7, CI: 47.6-48.52) and education background correlated significant with satisfaction, in while BN has lower satisfaction than Diploma (Dip:48.35; BN:47.1; p=0.18) Conclusion and Implication: many nurses felt unsatisfied using examination and summative assessment approach and better for management to evaluate of process and improve assessment competency process. Ongoing professional performance evaluation (OPPE) can be developed to improve the competency evaluation
Eating behavior of school-aged children was dominated by street foods. The aim of the present study was to examine the relationship between maternal knowledge of balanced nutritional guidelines and ...snack food selection by school-aged children during school hours. This also aims to describe each demographic data and level of mother's knowledge.
This study conducted a descriptive correlational design. The participants were selected using simple random sampling technique, consisting of 4th and 5th grade elementary school children and their mothers in SDN Tugu 4, Depok City, Indonesia. Demographic data were also taken for each. The instruments used the Food Frequency Questionnaire and questions about the balanced nutritional guidelines. Statistical analysis conducted a univariate (descriptive) and bivariate (relationship) analysis. Bivariate analysis used independent t test and ANOVA test, using (P value < 0.05) to indicate a significant relationship.
A total of 118 elementary students and their mothers participated. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between maternal knowledge of balanced nutritional guidelines and snack food behavior by children during school hours (P = 0.108). Level of knowledge of the mothers on balance nutritional guidelines was dominantly moderate (58.4%).
Parents no longer became a major factor influencing the child's diet. Peers have more influence on the diet of children this age. This study points to the importance of education on healthy and safe snack foods for school-aged children in collaboration with peers, parents, teachers, and food vendors at school.
Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a crucial public health problem that causes disability, and social and economic problems world wide. TBI patients in West Java are increasing every year which poses ...various problems in quality of life. Most patients receive follow-up and rehabilitation after hospitalization, but some cannot attend due to cost and transportation difficulties since they are scattered in various areas across the island. Nursing teleconsultation is the provision of nursing services that can be administered to patients electronically in remote areas. In practice, nursing teleconsultation must be supported by qualified nursing knowledge, supportive communication technologies, and strategies to protect patient confidentiality, system and information security. Innovations in nursing teleconsultation can potentially be applied in West Java to provide continuous nursing service to TBI patients without being constrained by the problems associated with distance and cost.
