)-pair formalism, and then investigate their topological numbers by using the uniformly modified form of the generalized off-shell Helmholtz free energy. We find that these solutions can be included into one of three categories of those well-known black hole solutions, which implies that these spacetimes should be viewed as generic black holes from the perspective of the topological thermodynamic defects. In addition, we demonstrate that although the existence of the NUT charge parameter seems to have no impact on the topological number of the charged asymptotically locally flat spacetimes, it has a remarkable effect on the topological number of the charged asymptotically locally AdS spacetime.
Continuous and heavy precipitation triggered a large loess landslide at the southern Dagou Village of Mapaoquan Town, Tianshui City, Gansu Province of China on July 21, 2013. The landslide debris ...rapidly turned into a debris flow that was deposited in the ravine mouth with the volume of 1.9×105m3. Detailed field mapping, three-dimensional laser scanning, aerial photograph interpretation, and laboratory tests were carried out to study the formation and moving characteristics of the landslide and subsequent debris flow. The results showed that: 1) The peak flow velocity and peak discharge of the debris flow were estimated to be approximately 7.2m/s and 730m3/s, respectively. The velocity had a tendency to first increase and then decrease from the head to entrance in the Dagou gully. 2) The analysis of rainfall conditions showed that the effective antecedent rainfall within 7days and hourly rainfall intensity which triggered the slide-debris flows was 239mm and 20mm/h, respectively. Compared with the critical rainfall in this area, the effective antecedent rainfall was found to be more significant in triggering this event. 3) The mean and effective particle sizes were approximately 0.73–1.3mm and 0.036–0.087mm, respectively, and had the same distribution along the gully as the velocity, which confirmed the process of the variation in the flow velocity. 4) The scale amplification was very obvious in the formation and moving process of the slide-debris flows.

There is a current worldwide outbreak of the novel coronavirus Covid-19 (coronavirus disease 2019; the pathogen called SARS-CoV-2; previously 2019-nCoV), which originated from Wuhan in China and has now spread to 6 continents including 66 countries, as of 24:00 on March 2, 2020. Governments are under increased pressure to stop the outbreak from spiraling into a global health emergency. At this stage, preparedness, transparency, and sharing of information are crucial to risk assessments and beginning outbreak control activities. This information should include reports from outbreak site and from laboratories supporting the investigation. This paper aggregates and consolidates the epidemiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatments and preventions of this new type of coronavirus.
Abstract
We investigate the time variability of abnormal returns from socially responsible investing (SRI). Using portfolio regressions and event studies on multiple data sources, including analyst ...ratings, firm announcements, and realized incidents, we find that highly rated SRI stocks outperform lowly rated SRI stocks during good economic times, for example, periods with high market valuations or aggregate consumption, but underperform during bad times, such as recessions. This variation in abnormal returns of high-SR stocks vis-à-vis low SR stocks is consistent with a wealth-dependent investor preference for SR stocks that leads to an increased (decreased) demand for SRI during good (bad) times.

Motivation
Drug discovery demands rapid quantification of compound–protein interaction (CPI). However, there is a lack of methods that can predict compound–protein affinity from sequences ...alone with high applicability, accuracy and interpretability.
Results
We present a seamless integration of domain knowledges and learning-based approaches. Under novel representations of structurally annotated protein sequences, a semi-supervised deep learning model that unifies recurrent and convolutional neural networks has been proposed to exploit both unlabeled and labeled data, for jointly encoding molecular representations and predicting affinities. Our representations and models outperform conventional options in achieving relative error in IC50 within 5-fold for test cases and 20-fold for protein classes not included for training. Performances for new protein classes with few labeled data are further improved by transfer learning. Furthermore, separate and joint attention mechanisms are developed and embedded to our model to add to its interpretability, as illustrated in case studies for predicting and explaining selective drug–target interactions. Lastly, alternative representations using protein sequences or compound graphs and a unified RNN/GCNN-CNN model using graph CNN (GCNN) are also explored to reveal algorithmic challenges ahead.

We present a new approach for content analysis to quantify document tone. We find a significant relation between our measure of the tone of 10-Ks and market reaction for both negative and positive ...words. We also find that the appropriate choice of term weighting in content analysis is at least as important as, and perhaps more important than, a complete and accurate compilation of the word list. Furthermore, we show that our approach circumvents the need to subjectively partition words into positive and negative word lists. Our approach reliably quantifies the tone of IPO prospectuses as well, and we find that the document score is negatively related to IPO underpricing.
Multiresponsive flexile sensors with strain, temperature, humidity, and other sensing abilities serving as real electronic skin (e‐skin) have manifested great application potential in flexible ...electronics, artificial intelligence (AI), and Internet of Things (IoT). Although numerous flexible sensors with sole sensing function have already been reported since the concept of e‐skin, that mimics the sensing features of human skin, was proposed about a decade ago, the ones with more sensing capacities as new emergences are urgently demanded. However, highly integrated and highly sensitive flexible sensors with multiresponsive functions are becoming a big thrust for the detection of human body motions, physiological signals (e.g., skin temperature, blood pressure, electrocardiograms (ECG), electromyograms (EMG), sweat, etc.) and environmental stimuli (e.g., light, magnetic field, volatile organic compounds (VOCs)), which are vital to real‐time and all‐round human health monitoring and management. Herein, this review summarizes the design, manufacturing, and application of multiresponsive flexible sensors and presents the future challenges of fabricating these sensors for the next‐generation e‐skin and wearable electronics.
Multiresponsive flexible sensors susceptible to various stimuli including strain, temperature, humidity, etc., have been rapidly emerging due to their great potential application in e‐skins. Thus, the recent progress of multiresponsive flexible sensors including the design strategies (the choices of sensing materials and mechanisms, and structure designs and fabrication methods), applications and prospects is reviewed to promote further development of e‐skins.
Nuclear receptor coactivator 4 mediated ferritinophagy is an autophagic phenomenon that specifically involves ferritin to release intracellular free iron. Ferritinophagy is implicated in maintaining ...efficient erythropoiesis. Notably, ferritinophagy also plays a central role in driving some pathological processes, including Parkinson’s disease (PD) and urinary tract infections. Some evidence has demonstrated that ferritinophagy is critical to induce ferroptosis. Ferroptosis is a newly nonapoptotic form of cell death, characterized by the accumulation of iron‐based lipid reactive oxygen species. Ferroptosis plays an important role in inhibiting some types of cancers, such as hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic carcinoma, prostate cancer, and breast cancer. Conversely, the activation of ferroptosis accelerates neurodegeneration diseases, including PD and Alzheimer’s disease. Therefore, in this review, we summarize the regulatory mechanisms related to ferritinophagy and ferroptosis. Moreover, the distinctive effects of ferritinophagy in human erythropoiesis and some pathologies, coupled with the promotive or inhibitory role of tumorous and neurodegenerative diseases mediated by ferroptosis, are elucidated. Obviously, activating or inhibiting ferroptosis could be exploited to achieve desirable therapeutic effects on diverse cancers and neurodegeneration diseases. Interrupting ferritinophagy to control iron level might provide a potentially therapeutic avenue to suppress urinary tract infections.

Museums are traditionally considered public service settings with educational functions and practical learning resources for students. Early childhood teachers’ intention to implement class visits to ...museums is still very low. This paper synthesizes the theory of planned behavior model (TPB) and core determinants of the technology acceptance model (TAM) to hypothesize an extended TPB model to explain preschool teachers’ perceptions and intentions to implement museum visits. The results revealed that early childhood teachers’ intention of implementing class visits to museums was significantly influenced by attitude, perceived usefulness, and perceived behavioral control. The implications of this study are provided.
