With the development of the economy, more and more electronic manufacturing enterprises are emerging like mushrooms after rain. These enterprises, while developing, also face financial risks caused ...by various reasons. In order to provide early warning for financial risks of enterprises, improve the accuracy of identifying financial risks, avoid financial crises, and provide assistance for sustainable development decisions, this paper proposes a financial management model based on modified random forest. In order to improve the generalization ability of financial management models, pruning methods were adopted in the study to avoid overfitting. Synthetic minority oversampling technique is used to optimize the financial management model and reduce the calculation deviation of the model through its sampling ability. At the same time, the prediction index system is proposed to improve the analysis ability of the financial management model. The results show that the accuracy and recall rate of the improved algorithm based on random forest proposed in this study in identifying corporate financial distress are 98.03 % and 100 % respectively. The importance value of operating income and cash flow in enterprise indicators is 0.391, which is the most relevant indicator for enterprise financial forecasting. The results show that after the improvement of synthetic minority oversampling technique, the stochastic forest model can effectively improve the recognition and early warning ability of enterprises’ financial distress, and is conducive to maintaining good operating efficiency and sustainable operation of enterprises. Electronic manufacturing enterprises need to strengthen their attention to cash flow, improve their cash flow, and enhance their profitability. The financial management model designed by the research institute can provide technical and information support for financial early warning and sustainable development of electronic manufacturing enterprises.
The proportion of fiscal revenue in GDP and the multiplier of fiscal expenditure are important economic benefit indicators in the framework of a common index system for budget performance evaluation. ...The correlation between fiscal expenditure and GDP constitutes an important indicator to measure fiscal scale, and the scale and structure of fiscal expenditure play a guiding role in the distribution of social renewable production. At the same time, there is a certain mutual promotion between the two. This paper selects the data of China’s GDP and fiscal expenditure from 1998 to 2019, analyzes the trend, respectively, and then carries out correlation and regression analysis. On this basis, it scientifically calculates the scale of China’s GDP in the next five years and puts forward suggestions to optimize fiscal expenditure.
The complete sequences of chloroplast genomes provide wealthy information regarding the evolutionary history of species. With the advance of next-generation sequencing technology, the number of ...completely sequenced chloroplast genomes is expected to increase exponentially, powerful computational tools annotating the genome sequences are in urgent need.
We have developed a web server CPGAVAS. The server accepts a complete chloroplast genome sequence as input. First, it predicts protein-coding and rRNA genes based on the identification and mapping of the most similar, full-length protein, cDNA and rRNA sequences by integrating results from Blastx, Blastn, protein2genome and est2genome programs. Second, tRNA genes and inverted repeats (IR) are identified using tRNAscan, ARAGORN and vmatch respectively. Third, it calculates the summary statistics for the annotated genome. Fourth, it generates a circular map ready for publication. Fifth, it can create a Sequin file for GenBank submission. Last, it allows the extractions of protein and mRNA sequences for given list of genes and species. The annotation results in GFF3 format can be edited using any compatible annotation editing tools. The edited annotations can then be uploaded to CPGAVAS for update and re-analyses repeatedly. Using known chloroplast genome sequences as test set, we show that CPGAVAS performs comparably to another application DOGMA, while having several superior functionalities.
CPGAVAS allows the semi-automatic and complete annotation of a chloroplast genome sequence, and the visualization, editing and analysis of the annotation results. It will become an indispensible tool for researchers studying chloroplast genomes. The software is freely accessible from http://www.herbalgenomics.org/cpgavas.
In order to realize the optimization of autonomous navigation of mobile robot under the condition of partial environmental knowledge known. An improved Q-learning reinforcement learning algorithm ...based on prior knowledge is proposed to solve the problem of slow convergence and low learning efficiency in mobile robot path planning. Prior knowledge is used to initialize the Q-value, so as to guide the agent to move toward the target direction with a greater probability from the early stage of the algorithm, eliminating a large number of invalid iterations. The greedy factor ε is dynamically adjusted based on the number of times the agent successfully reaches the target position, so as to better balance exploration and exploitation and accelerate convergence. Simulation results show that the improved Q-learning algorithm has a faster convergence rate and higher learning efficiency than the traditional algorithm. The improved algorithm has practical significance for improving the efficiency of autonomous navigation of mobile robots.
Phytotoxic effects of phenolic compounds have been extensively studied, but less attention has been given to the effects of these compounds on soil microbial communities, which are crucial to the ...productivity of agricultural systems. Responses of cucumber rhizosphere bacterial and fungal communities to syringic acid (SA), a phenolic compound with autotoxicity to cucumber, were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA gene and internal transcribed spacer amplicons. SA at the concentration of 0.1 μmol g-1 soil changed rhizosphere bacterial and fungal community compositions, decreased bacterial community diversity but increased fungal community richness and diversity (P<0.05). Moreover, SA increased the relative abundances of bacterial phylum Proteobacteria and fungal classes Leotiomycetes, Pezizomycetes, Tremellomycetes and Eurotiomycetes, but decreased the relative abundances of bacterial phylum Firmicutes and fungal class Sordariomycetes (P<0.05). At the genus level, SA decreased the relative abundances of microbial taxa with pathogen-antagonistic and/or plant growth promoting potentials, such as Pseudomonas spp. (P<0.05). Real-time PCR validated that SA decreased cucumber rhizosphere Pseudomonas spp. abundance (P<0.05). In vitro study showed that SA (0.01 to 10 mM) inhibited the growth of a strain of Pseudomonas spp. with pathogen-antagonistic activities to cucumber pathogen Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum Owen (P<0.05). Overall, SA changed cucumber rhizosphere bacterial and fungal community compositions, which may exert negative effects on cucumber seedling growth through inhibiting plant-beneficial microorganisms.
The Brassica genus encompasses three diploid and three allopolyploid genomes, but a clear understanding of the evolution of agriculturally important traits via polyploidy is lacking. We assembled an ...allopolyploid Brassica juncea genome by shotgun and single-molecule reads integrated to genomic and genetic maps. We discovered that the A subgenomes of B. juncea and Brassica napus each had independent origins. Results suggested that A subgenomes of B. juncea were of monophyletic origin and evolved into vegetable-use and oil-use subvarieties. Homoeolog expression dominance occurs between subgenomes of allopolyploid B. juncea, in which differentially expressed genes display more selection potential than neutral genes. Homoeolog expression dominance in B. juncea has facilitated selection of glucosinolate and lipid metabolism genes in subvarieties used as vegetables and for oil production. These homoeolog expression dominance relationships among Brassicaceae genomes have contributed to selection response, predicting the directional effects of selection in a polyploid crop genome.
Lithium-ion-based battery energy storage system has started to become the most popular form of energy storage system for its high charge and discharge efficiency and high energy density. This paper ...proposes a high-efficiency grid-tie lithium-ion-battery-based energy storage system, which consists of a LiFePO 4 -battery-based energy storage and a high-efficiency bidirectional ac-dc converter. The battery management system estimates the state of charge and state of health of each battery cell and applies active charge equalization to balance the charge of all the cells in the pack. The bidirectional ac-dc converter works as the interface between the battery pack and the ac grid. A highly efficient opposed-current half-bridge-type inverter along with an admittance-compensated quasi-proportional resonant controller is adopted to ensure high power quality and precision power flow control. A 1-kW prototype has been designed and implemented to validate the proposed architecture and system performance.
Dynamics of soil organic carbon (SOC) are associated with soil erosion, yet there is a shortage of research concerning the relationship between soil erosion, SOC, and especially microbial biomass ...carbon (MBC). In this paper, we selected two typical slope landscapes including gentle and steep slopes from the Sichuan Basin, China, and used the (137)Cs technique to determine the effects of water erosion and tillage erosion on the dynamics of SOC and MBC. Soil samples for the determination of (137)Cs, SOC, MBC and soil particle-size fractions were collected on two types of contrasting hillslopes. (137)Cs data revealed that soil loss occurred at upper slope positions of the two landscapes and soil accumulation at the lower slope positions. Soil erosion rates as well as distribution patterns of the <0.002-mm clay shows that water erosion is the major process of soil redistribution in the gentle slope landscape, while tillage erosion acts as the dominant process of soil redistribution in the steep slope landscape. In gentle slope landscapes, both SOC and MBC contents increased downslope and these distribution patterns were closely linked to soil redistribution rates. In steep slope landscapes, only SOC contents increased downslope, dependent on soil redistribution. It is noticeable that MBC/SOC ratios were significantly lower in gentle slope landscapes than in steep slope landscapes, implying that water erosion has a negative effect on the microbial biomass compared with tillage erosion. It is suggested that MBC dynamics are closely associated with soil redistribution by water erosion but independent of that by tillage erosion, while SOC dynamics are influenced by soil redistribution by both water erosion and tillage erosion.
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short non-coding RNA molecules that play a significant role in many types of cancers including breast cancer. In the current study, we evaluated the expression levels of ...microR-10b (miR-10b) in 115 breast cancer patients from Sichuan Cancer Center. Real time reverse transcription-PCR was used to assess miR-10b expression. Clinical data including disease stage, survival status, age, ER/PR/HER2 status, molecular subtypes, tumor size, lymph node status and Ki-67 expression levels were correlated with miR-10b expression levels. Our data showed that the miR-10b expression is correlated with disease stage, living status and tumor sizes. We also found that miR-10b expression levels are higher in the lymph node positive group and the Ki-67 higher scoring group (score > 20). No statistically significant differences were observed based on age or molecular sub-type grouping. In conclusion, miR-10b may be a biomarker for breast cancer and is a potential treatment target.
Various kinds of the models had been proposed to explain the relationship between the performance and the structural parameters of valveless piezoelectric pumps, so as to evaluate the functional ...performance such devices. Among the models, the equivalent circuit model, which converts the multi-field problem of a valveless piezoelectric pump system into a simple circuit problem, is the most simple and clear one. Therefore, the proposed structure and working principle of the valveless piezoelectric pump with multistage Y-shape treelike bifurcate tubes are analyzed; then, the equivalent circuit model of the valveless piezoelectric pump is established based on the working principles of this pump and liquid-electric analogy theory. Finally, an experimental study of the pump is carried out, with a comparative analysis of the experimental results and the simulation results of the generated equivalent circuit. The experimental results show that with a driving voltage of 100 V and frequency of 6 Hz, the maximum flow rate of the valveless piezoelectric pump is 1.16 mL/min. Meanwhile, the output current of equivalent circuit also reaches its peak at the frequency of 6 Hz, therefore, indicating a good predictive ability of this model in calculating the maximum output flow rate and best working frequency of valveless piezoelectric pumps.
