The structure and conductivity of the new Li- and Mg-codoped bismuth niobates Bi1.5Mg1−xLixNb1.5O7−δ (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.50) with the pyrochlore structure have been investigated. The samples were synthesized ...by the method of organic-inorganic precursors combustion. A structural characterization was performed using 7Li nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy in combination with the fitting of X-ray diffraction patterns. The Li+ cations dynamics were studied by temperature-dependent 7Li NMR lineshape analysis. The measurements have shown that the Li+ cations are distributed in one of two possible sublattices in the structure and are not mobile up to 120 °C. According to the results of structural analysis of the Bi1.5Mg1−xLixNb1.5O7−δ (x = 0.25; 0.50) pyrochlores the lithium atoms are distributed in the bismuth sites. The electrical properties were investigated by impedance spectroscopy method in the air, oxygen and “wet” atmospheres in the 25–750 °C temperature range. The activation energy value of dc conductivity is about 1.2–1.3 eV for the all samples and corresponds to the ionic (oxygen) conductivity at T > 400 °C. Electronic (p-type) conductivity was determined at T < 360 °C. 1H MAS NMR data and the results of the comparison of the conductivity of Li- and Mg-codoped bismuth niobates in dry and “wet” atmospheres point to the proton conductivity up to 500 °C. The dielectric permittivity ε′ values increase with lithium content from 86 (x = 0) to 143 (x = 0.5) at the same dielectric loss tanδ = 0.002 (1 MHz, 25 °C), TCC values vary from −590 to −530 ppm/°C in the 25–280 °C temperature range.

The article presents the results of studying and substantiating the age of the Ediacaran volcanogenic-sedimentary and Cambrian sedimentary strata isolated for the first time within the southern part ...of the Ulutau terrane (southern Ulutau) in the west of Central Kazakhstan. The age estimates (SHRIMP II) of 594 ± 3, 594 ± 5, and 600 ± 2 Ma obtained for effusive and tufogenic rocks, as well as their isotope-geochemical characteristics, are the first evidence of the manifestation of Ediacaran suprasubduction magmatism in the paleozoics of Kazakhstan and the northern Tien Shan. The obtained data indicate the participation of the Ulutau terrane at the end of the Precambrian in the structure of the volcanic-plutonic belt, fragments of which are also Neoproterozoic blocks within southwestern Kazakhstan (the Zheltavsky and Chuysko-Kendyktassky terranes) of the Southern Tien Shan and the Karakum‒Tajik terrane. The formation of the Ediacaran suprasubduction belt may be a continuation of the evolution of the Neoproterozoic active continental margin that arose in the Tonian period on the northwestern margin of the supercontinent Rodinia.

and the wild type strain

are heterogeneous in modes of FEC regulation depending either on maternal or paternal gene origin. Bioinformatic analysis reveals that FEC between X:11AB and the other X chromosome bands correlates with the occurrence of short (~30 bp) identical DNA fragments partly homologous to Drosophila 372-bp satellite DNA repeat. Although learning acquisition in a conditioned courtship suppression paradigm is similar in hybrids, the middle-term memory formation shows patroclinic inheritance. Seemingly, this depends on changes in miR-974 expression. Several parameters of locomotion demonstrate heterosis. Our data indicate that the

ts3
locus is capable of trans-regulating gene activity via POEs on the chromatin nuclear organization, thereby affecting behavior.

Time series of geophysical monitoring data are very specific. They can contain complicated irregular variations and nonstationary effects of various kinds. Time-varying noise, numerous gaps in the ...data, trends, technical drawbacks, and other hardly predictable features are often present in these time series. These peculiarities demand special methods and procedures for acquisition and analysis of the data. The first part of the paper discusses the peculiarities of the software for such time series, and a brief review of the methods for solving the task is given. In the second part of the paper, the universal software package WinABD developed by the authors for multivariable analysis of geophysical time series will be described. The technologies realized in the software package and intended for analysis of similar signals will be considered.

The objective of this thesis is to ensure utmost performance of the diffusion process by choosing the most effective components of chemical heat treatment of beet chips. Aqueous solutions of ammonia ...sulphates (NH4)2SO4, aluminium sulphate Al2(SO4)3, calcium sulphate CaSO4 have been considered as reagents to process chips. The classical diffusion process method has been used as a benchmarking option. It has been deduced from experiments that beet tissue treatment with solutions of the proposed reagents heated up to 73 ° C enables a high degree of cell plasmotosis, enhances its permeability and intensifies sucrose transfer to the extractant during heavy convectional leaching. The process is strongly enhanced if chips are treated with reagent solutions following electrochemical activation, which is confirmed by the study of the beet tissue fine structure after its various chemical heat treatments. Rational conditions of solution electrochemical activation for beet chips chemical heat treatment prior to extraction have been selected experimentally. 3 patents of the Russian Federation for the diffusion juice process have been obtained based on the results of the studies conducted.
An interaction of components from the gas phase, containing gaseous oxygen, hydrogen and water, with the La1–xSrxScO3–α oxides in the temperature range of 300–950 °С and partial pressure of ...6.1–24.3 kPa 8.1–50.7 kPa has been studied using a high temperature thermogravimetric analysis. The effects of partial pressure of the gaseous oxygen, water and hydrogen on the apparent uptake level of protons with oxides has been found. The studies of incorporation processes of hydrogen from molecular hydrogen atmosphere into the structure of proton-conducting oxides based on strontium-doped lanthanum scandates were performed in the temperature range of 300–800 °C and hydrogen pressure of 0.2 kPa by means of the isotope exchange method with the equilibration of isotope composition in the gas phase. The protons and deuterons concentrations were determined for the La0.91Sr0.09ScO3–α oxide. The existence of proton defects in the structure of studied oxides after the exposure in H2O and H2-containing atmospheres was revealed using the 1Н NMR. The role of oxygen vacancies in the proton incorporation processes is considered in the present work.
