Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, mögliche Optimierungsfelder im Planungs- und Steuerungsprozess eines Unternehmens für Industriebauprojekte zu iden-tifizieren und darauf aufbauende Verbesserungsansätze zu erarbeiten. Um die Ziele verfolgen zu können, wurde eine qualitative Sozialforschung mittels Experteninterviews durchgeführt. Die Expertenaussagen verdeutli-chen weiterhin Optimierungspotenzial, sowohl im Planungs- als auch im Steuerungsprozess. Ausgewählte Techniken (hauptsächlich aus dem klas-sischen Projektmanagement) dienen indessen dazu, die Effektivität und Effizienz des Planungsprozesses zu erhöhen. Innerhalb des Steuerungs-prozesses zeigt sich, dass viele Optimierungsbereiche der Steuerung auf den Defiziten der Planung beruhen
Purpose of the article – this case study aims to provide a strategic marketing plan aimed at facilitating a successful deployment of the conceptual “BurKI” SaaS into the highly competitive German ...market. Research methodology – the concept is developed based on the analysis of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and cultural nuances of the target consumer base. Drawing from the 7P Marketing Mix framework, we consider product adaptation, pricing strategies, distribution channels, promotional strategies, and organizational structuring. Findings – this study highlights the importance of localization, the digital nature of its marketing strategy, and alignment of brand values with the target consumer. It expands on the need for flexibility, adaptability, and continuous monitoring to ensure effective implementation, and lastly market penetration. Practical implications – the herein described strategies aim to offer practical insight for businesses seeking to expand into international markets, particularly culturally diverse targets like Germany. By putting emphasis on customer-centricity, agility, and innovation, businesses can improve their competitiveness and establish a strong presence. Originality/Value – this concept case study contributes to the literature by providing a comprehensive marketing plan tailored specifically for the German market, integrating both theoretical frameworks and practical insights. V zadnjem desetletju smo priča številnim spremembam v vedenju potrošnikov v veliki meri tudi zaradi hitrega razvoja na področju digitalnih tehnologij. Spremembe je še dodatno pospešila epidemija, ki ...je posameznika – potrošnika prisilila k prilagoditvam tudi v zasebnem življenju. Naše okolje se je spremenilo in se še spreminja; je veliko bolj kompleksno, nestabilno in nepredvidljivo. Gospodarska kriza med letoma 2009 in 2013 ter obdobje, povezano s pandemijo Covid-19, sta vidno vplivali na nakupne navade potrošnikov ter komunikacijo med podjetji in potrošniki. Pandemija je v mnogih elementih spremenila vsakdanje življenje. Velika večina potrošnikov je postala "digitalnih". Z razvojem digitalne tehnologije so se razvila tudi družbena omrežja, ki so postala ključen kanal za tržno komuniciranje. Povzročajo obilico sprememb v trženjskih pristopih, ki omogočajo podjetjem, da hitro pridobijo potencialne potrošnike in ohranjajo komunikacijo z obstoječimi potrošniki. V članku s pomočjo analize sekundarnih virov podatkov, prikazujemo trend uporabe najbolj pogostih družbenih omrežij na globalni ravni.

For a long time, energy has been a fundamental element of human growth and development. However, despite all technological progress and information development, many people in the world still do not ...have consistent access to at least one form of energy. This is where the concept of energy poverty appears. Energy poverty is generally defined as a situation in which households do not have enough disposable income to pay the bills for the energy needed in their household. The main factors that influence the appearance of energy poverty are primarily insufficient household incomes, the energy prices and their availability in a particular area, and the quality of housing units. This paper tries to show what the situation is in the Republic of Croatia and how to approach solving this problem. In the Republic of Croatia, this problem is tried to be solved by defining the vulnerable energy buyers, which places energy poverty in social policy, and accordingly, measures are most often implemented in the form of financial benefits (it is equated with energy poverty). What is missing here is the important connection between energy and social policy.
Človeški viri igrajo ključno vlogo pri doseganju organizacijske uspešnosti. Študija o 169 dobičkonosnih organizacijah v Zambiji je preučevala vpliv različnih komponent strateškega upravljanja ...človeških virov (SHRM) na uspešnost. Uporabljen je bil kvantitativni pristop, vprašalnik pa je bil razdeljen na tri dele. Prvi del je zbiral demografske podatke, drugi del je zbiral informacije o komponentah SHRM, kot so spodbude in nagrade, sistem formalnega usposabljanja, zaposlovanje in selekcija, formalna ocena uspešnosti, razvoj kariere, notranje karierne priložnosti in razvoj organizacije, zadnji del pa je zbiral informacije o organizacijski uspešnosti. Proučevali smo stratificiran naključni vzorec 169 vodij organizacij. Glede na rezultate so menedžerji močno priporočili spodbude, nagrade, zaposlovanje in selekcijo za doseganje odličnosti.
The article explores the landscape of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in Human Resources (HR) by highlighting current trends and providing some anticipations about future trends and ...developments. AI is revolutionary reshaping basic HR processes – from workforce planning, recruitment, to employee’s development and fostering diversity and inclusion. AI plays important role in addressing bias in recruitment, enhances objectivity and promotes equal opportunities. AI-driven tools (like chatbots and virtual assistants etc.) integration in HR processes enables seamless communication and propellers HR practices towards enhanced efficiency and strategic decision-making. Furthermore, the article provides a short analysis of some software solutions that serve organizations as AI HR tools. By taking a look towards the future, we can predicts that tools like predictive analytics, monitoring of employee well-being, and convergence of AI with augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) can be projected as some of the future key developments. In the conclusion we can stress out the transformative synergy between AI and HR, which allows organizations and HR professionals to embrace innovation in order to deliver better results for all of the stakeholders: employees, management, owners and broader society.
V članku predstavljamo zgodovinski razvoj, diagnosticiranje avtizma, različne vzroke, ki naj bi povzročali avtizem, ter spreminjanje razumevanja avtizma skozi zgodovino. Opisali smo značilnosti oseb ...z avtizmom ter pomen in vlogo nevladnih organizacij. Pri osebah z motnjami avtističnega spektra (MAS) so značilni različni vzorci vedenja, predvsem socialni primanjkljaj, ponavljajoči se vzorci ter odpor do sprememb. Osebe z MAS so pogosto stigmatizirane in odrinjene na rob družbe, velika večina jih ni zaposlena in so vse življenje odvisni od drugih oseb ali ustanov. Zavedamo se, da avtizem prinaša tako izzive kot tudi pozitivne vidike, vendar opažamo, da so v medijih in splošni javnosti pogosto izpostavljeni le negativni vidiki te motnje. S člankom želimo spodbuditi željo po prenehanju negativnih stereotipov, ki so usmerjeni proti posameznikom z avtizmom. Empirični del članka prikazuje rezultate intervjuja družine z otrokom avtistom in rezultate raziskave o poznavanju avtizma v družbi. Rezultati kažejo, da večina anketirancev pozna pojem in simptome avtizma, vendar pa imajo še vedno napačne predstave o ljudeh z avtistično motnjo, zato bo o tem potrebnega še veliko ozaveščanja.
Tematika očuvanja okoliša i ekoloških problema, ekološke proizvodnje i ekoloških proizvoda, ekoloških poduzeća i održivog poslovanja danas je među tematikama koje se sve češće spominju u svijetu i ...sukladno tome istražuju. Svrha i cilj istraživanja o ovoj tematici bio je otkriti kakvi su stavovi potrošača prema ekološkoj proizvodnji i proizvodima te kupnji istih i njihovoj ambalaži, kao i poduzećima koja se brinu o okolišu, odnosno koja su ekološki osviještena. Glavna otkrića ukazala su na potrebu za većom informiranošću o utjecaju ekoloških proizvoda na okoliš te utjecaju pojedinca na isti. Ponuda ekoloških proizvoda smatra se dobrom, ali također zahtijeva proširenje s obzirom na to da su ekološki proizvodi u sve većoj potražnji. Ono što se pokazalo velikim čimbenikom za kupnju ekoloških proizvoda jest čuvanje zdravlja i okoliša, ekološka osviještenost poduzeća i želja za dobročiniteljstvom. Ambalaža proizvoda pokazala se kao stavka o kojoj se mnogo promišlja. Ovi podaci mogli bi utjecati na publiku koja je ekološki orijentirana te sama koristi i kupuje ekološke proizvode, ai i proizvođače koji razmišljaju o prelasku na ekološku proizvodnju. Rezultati bi se mogli upotrijebiti u svrhe marketinških istraživanja, održivih strategija ili kao inspiracija za osmišljanje novih praksi u poduzećima koja se žele okrenuti održivosti.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the impact of restructuring actions on the probability of post pre-bankruptcy success. The main research problem is the selection of the most efficient ...restructuring strategies with the objective of determining which restructuring actions contribute to the probability of successful recovery. Logistic regression model is employed with various specifications added to confirm the robustness of data and results. Research results reveal that financial and managerial restructuring strategies increase the likelihood of success after initiating the pre-bankruptcy. These findings can have practical implications for managers when deliberating on the selection of restructuring strategies, but also to policy makers and regulators when considering the legal framework and other measures for corporate distress resolution mechanism. Contribution of the paper is contained in empirically testing the impact of categorized restructuring strategies on the post pre-bankruptcy success of Croatian firms.
