El tratamiento que hace Martin Heidegger de la noción de "historicidad" (Geschichtlichkeit) en Ser y Tiempo es complejo, porque Heidegger se mueve en dos niveles: por un lado, se distancia de la ...comprensión vulgar de la "historia" (Geschichte) y, por otro lado, describe una experiencia fundamental del ser humano: la "historicidad".2 ¿Por qué esa experiencia es tan fundamental? Precisamente, porque tiene que ver con nuestra propia existencia o, en términos heideggerianos, tiene que ver con el ser del Dasein o el ser histórico de la existencia humana a partir de la temporalidad. Dicho de otro modo, mediante el tema de la historicidad, Heidegger se ocupa del período que va entre nuestro nacimiento y la muerte, en el que existimos junto con nuestra familia, conocidos y amigos. En esa fase, que va entre el nacimiento y la muerte, crecimos junto con nuestra familia, vamos a la escuela, visitamos la iglesia, amamos a nuestra mujer y a nuestros hijos, elegimos a nuestras autoridades, etc. Todas estas decisiones no son tomadas azarosa o accidentalmente, sino que, en algunos casos, ellas están vinculadas con decisiones que nos anteceden y que se entrelazan entre sí conformando lo que tendemos llamar "nuestra historia personal" o la "historia que conformamos junto con otros". Si lo anterior es correcto, es posible preguntarse: ¿cuál es la estructura fundamental de la "historicidad" (Geschichtlichkeit) que desarrolla Martin Heidegger en Ser y Tiempo, que busca ir más allá de la comprensión vulgar o usual de la "historia"? Mi hipótesis al respecto es la siguiente: es posible alcanzar una comprensión ontológica de la "historicidad", a partir de la "temporalidad" (Zeitlichkeit) existencia! Y desde esta "temporalidad" obtener una perspectiva ontologica de la historia, para superar su comprensión vulgar. Este planteamiento se sustenta en el desarrollo heideggeriano de "conceptos mediadores" ('Vermittlungsbegriffe) y "fenómenos mediadores" (Vermittlungsphänomene) como el "legado" (Erbe) y la "repetición" (Wiederholung). De este modo, dividiré el presente trabajo en dos momentos: historia e historicidad para Heidegger y un comentario final.
In this essay I try to demonstrate that the concept of God in “The Origin of the Work of Art” by Martin Heidegger does not refer to a divine-religious figure but must be framed within the Leitmotiv ...of all his philosophy, the question of being. The hypothesis to be defended will be the following: Heidegger uses the notion of “god” to describe the process of founding a space of meaning. First, I will analyze some counter arguments to this hypothesis (Guerrero, Kockelmans and von Herrmann), according to which Heidegger would be talking about the possibility that art reconnects us with the gods as such. Then, I will move on to the main argument in which I will link the essay on art fundamentally with the seminary on Parmenides (GA 54) to show how the notion of God is linked to the concept of being and meaning ( Sinn ).

Engaging the ethical in Heidegger's thought in ...relation to Aristotle, Michel Foucault, and Friedrich Hölderlin, William McNeill examines the way in which Heidegger's thought shifts our understanding of ethics away from a set of theoretically constructed norms, principles, or rules governing practice toward an understanding of the ethical as our concrete way of Being in the world. Central to this study is the consideration of the ethical in relation to time: the time of biological life, the time of human life as biographical and historical, the temporality of human action, and the historicality of human thought. In addition, this book critically examines the predicament of ethical responsibility in a scientific-technological era, considering how the world of modern science and technology call upon us to rethink the nature of ethical responsibilities.

In der Sowjetunion war Martin Heidegger verfemt. Seine Schriften wurden weder ins Russische übersetzt, noch durfte man sich in der akademischen Philosophie mit ihm beschäftigen. Bereits in den 1980er ...Jahren setzte aber in Russland eine intensive Heidegger-Rezeption ein, die vor allem die erweiterten Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten der deutschen Existenzphilosophie begeistert aufgriff. Heute stellen in erster Linie konservative Autoren Beziehungen zu Heideggers Werk her. In der russischen Philosophiegeschichte bestehen überdies zahlreiche Anknüpfungspunkte zu Heideggers Denken, vor allem in der Konzeptualisierung der Begriffe „Sein“, „Sprache“, „Volk“ und „Gott“.
In the Soviet Union, Martin Heidegger was ostracised. His writings were not translated into Russian, and academic philosophers were forbidden from studying him. However, as early as the 1980s, an intense wave of appreciation for Heidegger took hold in Russia, where there was particular enthusiasm for the extended opportunities for expression provided by German existential philosophy. Today, most of the authors who draw on Heidegger’s work are of a conservative mindset. In the Russian history of philosophy, there are also numerous points of reference to Heidegger’s thought, particularly in the conceptualisation of the terms “being”, “language”, “people” and “God”.
