The purpose of this article is twofold. Firstly to analyse and to describe the phenomenon of creative society and to propose the features, distinguishing it from the predecessors - information ...society and knowledge society. Secondly to reveal the relation of creative society with creative economy and regional specialization. Research is based on the analysis of the relevant literature. The findings reveal that creative society is an extension to information society and knowledge society, but with the different set of main features. Creative society is foundation of the creative economy embedded to the place where it exists. It is organized in non-hierarchical form and opts for the exclusivity, with individual approach to the creation and specific roots in the education. By its nature the creative society is very place-specific and specialized by education and enabled by technology, constantly exploiting its specialization for the innovation activities and economic benefits. This research paper might be a valuable source of information for studying the development of creativity, society in general and creative economy. The further research and practical application could be used to develop indictors of creative society and apply them to study different regions with different specializations.

One of the aims of health care reform in Montenegro is to strengthen primary care. An important step forward is the implementation of specialty training in family medicine (FM). The aim of this ...article is to evaluate the implementation of specialty training in family medicine in Montenegro, regarding the content, structure and methods, by the first generation of trainees and the coordinator of the training.
A questionnaire was sent by mail in July and August 2017 to all 26 eligible trainees who started specialty training in 2013. Twenty-two of the 26 trainees (84.6%) responded. The questionnaire consisted of closed and open-ended questions related to the evaluation of the training. A descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis with predefined themes and a semi-structured interview with the coordinator were carried out.
The process of training in FM was assessed positively by both trainees and the coordinator. The positive assessment included that the specialisation course offered modern design through modules and practice, and trainees both improved their existing knowledge and skills and acquired new ones necessary for everyday work. The coordinator emphasised the importance of the introduction of new teaching methods and formative assessment, the important role of mentors, and the involvement of Slovenian colleagues in the teaching process and supervision of the programme.
The implementation of speciality training in FM in Montenegro was successful. Several assessment methods were used that can be further developed in individual structured feedback, which could stimulate the continual improvement of trainees' knowledge and competencies.
Do naslednjega ocenjevanja so pomanjkljivosti večinoma odpravili. Zaključki: V specializacijo porodništva in ginekologije so uvedli ocenjevanje odnosa in obnašanja specializantov.
Background: When teaching and assessing, professional attitude and behaviour are as important as assessing theoretical knowledge and skills and yet it is seldom done. Methods: The trainee distributes forms to assessors, who send signed forms to a national coordinator. After ten forms and the self-assessment form are received, the trainee is invited for an appraisal interview. Results: In 6 cycles of multi-source feedback, 118 interviews were carried out. Most trainees got good marks. In less than 10% of the cases, assessors commented »I am concerned« or »I am very concerned«. Discussion: Trainees were mostly pleasantly surprised at being praised by co-workers. Eight trainees were told about minor drawbacks in attitude and behaviour that they were not aware of. The trainees had usually improved these drawbacks by the next assessment. Trainees getting »I am very concerned« comments were few, but the same comments were repeated; they did not have insight and did not accept the interview with feedback as constructive. Conclusion: Multi-source feedback was introduced into obstetrics and gynaecology training. Other tools to increase professionalism awareness were also introduced: teachers/tutors in the Ljubljana Medical faculty with Self-reflection workshops and Training the Trainers workshops. An emphasis on professionalism should be more visible during the selection interview for training, introduction interview and regular appraisal interviews with the supervisor during training, stronger communication between the supervisor and trainers, and in the assessments by supervisors and trainers. Waiting to be introduced are: the medical faculty admission interview regarding professionalism, and the introduction of professionalism as a subject in the curricula of medical faculties and during training.
The second 'green skills' forum organised by Cedefop and the OECD-LEED in February 2014 provided an open space for discussion between researchers, policy-makers, social partners and international ...organisations on skills development and training needs for a greener economy. The focus of this second staging of the event was 'green skills and innovation for inclusive employment growth'. The discussions were aimed at identifying obstacles and challenges lying ahead for the development of skills, education and training policies suitable to address the transition to greener and job-rich growth: to set out strategies, initiatives and policy approaches tackling key skills issues for green growth; compare methods and tools used in monitoring and evaluating developments in labour markets; indicate how research can support better targeted policy-making and skills strategies; and identify gaps in knowledge and provide guidance for future research and collaboration for transitioning to a low-carbon economy.
