O artigo apresenta uma síntese da tese Dramaturgias de desvio: recorrências em textos encenados no Brasil entre 1995 e 2015, estudo comparativo de cem peças montadas em cidades de diferentes regiões ...brasileiras. O texto expõe os principais tópicos da pesquisa e suas perspectivas teóricas, com o objetivo de propor caminhos para o mapeamento da produção dramatúrgica contemporânea.
ABSTRACT We present the widest-field resolved stellar map to date of the closest ( Mpc) massive elliptical galaxy NGC 5128 (Centaurus A; Cen A), extending out to a projected galactocentric radius of ...∼150 kpc. The data set is part of our ongoing Panoramic Imaging Survey of Centaurus and Sculptor (PISCeS) utilizing the Magellan/Megacam imager. We resolve a population of old red giant branch (RGB) stars down to ∼1.5 mag below the tip of the RGB, reaching surface brightness limits as low as mag arcsec−2. The resulting spatial stellar density map highlights a plethora of previously unknown streams, shells, and satellites, including the first tidally disrupting dwarf around Cen A (CenA-MM-Dw3), which underline its active accretion history. We report 13 previously unknown dwarf satellite candidates, of which 9 are confirmed to be at the distance of Cen A (the remaining 4 are not resolved into stars), with magnitudes in the range to −13.0, central surface brightness values of mag arcsec−2, and half-light radii of . These values are in line with Local Group dwarfs but also lie at the faint/diffuse end of their distribution; interestingly, CenA-MM-Dw3 has similar properties to the recently discovered ultradiffuse galaxies in Virgo and Coma. Most of the new dwarfs are fainter than the previously known Cen A satellites. The newly discovered dwarfs and halo substructures are discussed in light of their stellar populations, and they are compared to those discovered by the PAndAS survey of M31.
As part of the Panoramic Imaging Survey of Centaurus and Sculptor (PISCeS), we report the discovery of a pair of faint dwarf galaxies (CenA-MM-Dw1 and CenA-MM-Dw2) at a projected distance of ~90 kpc ...from the nearby elliptical galaxy NGC 5128 (CenA). We measure a tip of the red giant branch distance to each dwarf, finding D - 3.63 + or - 0.41 Mpc for CenA-MM-Dw1 and D - 3.60 0.41 Mpc for CenA-MM-Dw2, both of which are consistent with the distance to NGC 5128. A qualitative analysis of the color-magnitude diagrams indicates stellar populations consisting of an old, metal-poor red giant branch (> ~12 Gyr, Fe/H ~ -1.7 to -1.9). In addition, CenA-MM-Dw1 seems to host an intermediate-age population as indicated by its candidate asymptotic giant branch stars. The derived luminosities (Mv = -10.9 + or - 0.3 for CenA-MM-Dw1 and -8.4 + or - 0.6 for CenA-MM-Dw2) and half-light radii (r sub(h) - 1.4 + or - 0.04 kpc for CenA-MM-Dw1 and 0.36 + or - 0.08 kpc for CenA-MM-Dw2) are consistent with those of Local Group dwarfs. CenA-MM-Dw1's low central surface brightness (mu v,0 = 27.3 + or - 0.1 mag arcsec super(-2)) places it among the faintest and most extended M31 satellites. Most intriguingly, CenA-MM-Dw1 and CenA-MM-Dw2 have a projected separation of only 3 arcmin (~3 kpc): we are possibly observing the first, faint satellite of a satellite in an external group of galaxies.
O artigo tem como objetivo abordar a periferia enquanto espaço geográfico tendo como fonte a cena poética criada pelo Slam da Quentura e Batalha do TN. Ambos movimentos são realizados sob a vertente ...da cultura de rua. Apoiados em literatura a discussão sobre literatura menor ajudou a entender algumas circunstâncias versadas sobre a periferia por poetas e rappers. A reflexão teórica adotada teve contribuições da História Oral, da geografia cultural, da antropologia visual e ajuda do método da videografia, com inserção efetiva no campo pautada nos moldes da pesquisa etnográfica, acompanhada com técnicas da linguagem do documentário. A cena poética e o recitar, desmistificam a periferia enquanto espaço somente de ocorrências negativas, como é constante aparecer nos meios midiáticos. Os versos revelam experiências positivas e resistências o que investem em desterritorializações, territorializações e reterritorializações expressas por esses agentes que versam sobre seus territórios específicos, chamados de periferia.
In this article, we present an overview of the research project NGA-East, Next Generation Attenuation for Central and Eastern North America (CENA), and summarize the key methodology and products. The ...project was tasked with developing a new ground motion characterization (GMC) model for CENA. The final NGA-East GMC model includes a set of 17 median ground motion models (GMMs) for peak ground acceleration and velocity (PGA, PGV) and response spectral ordinates for periods ranging from 0.01 to 10 s. The NGA-East GMMs are applicable to horizontal components of ground motions on very hard rock, for the moment magnitude range of 4.0-8.2, and distances of up to 1500 km. The aleatory standard deviations of GMMs are also provided for site-specific analysis (single-station standard deviation) and for general probabilistic seismic hazard analyses (PSHA) applications (ergodic standard deviation). In addition, adjustment factors are provided for source depth and hanging-wall effects, as well as for hazard computations at sites in the Gulf Coast Region. During the course of the project, several innovative technologies were developed and implemented to increase the transparency and repeatability of the GMC building process. This involved expanding on a set of candidate median GMMs to define and capture an appropriate range of epistemic uncertainty in ground motions. We also developed a new approach for modeling the aleatory variability that was completely independent of the median GMMs. The development made extensive use of the CENA database but also borrowed data from other parts of the world when relevant and led to an integrated suite of models. Through this repeatable process, epistemic uncertainty could be quantified more objectively than before, relying less on expert opinion. The NGA-East project went through a comprehensive Seismic Senior Hazard Analysis Committee (SSHAC) Level 3 peer review process before its release.
Zbiór ze stanu naturalnego jest wciąż istotnym źródłem surowca zielarskiego. Na terenie powiatu hajnowskiego ilość pozyskanych w ten sposób ziół jest na podobnym poziomie jak ilość surowca z upraw ...polowych. W pracy przedstawiono zmiany wielkości skupu i cen surowców zielarskich zebranych ze stanu naturalnego w punkcie skupu znajdującym się w Hajnówce (woj. podlaskie) w latach 2012–2016. W skupie przeważały surowce świeże, stanowiły one średnio 63,5% skupionych surowców. Wielkość skupu surowców pozyskanych ze stanu naturalnego wykazywała tendencję spadkową i wynosiła od 1056,6 dt w 2013 r. do 518,5 dt w 2016 r. Obserwowano cykliczne wahania wielkości skupu surowców zielarskich. Stwierdzono również duże wahania cen w analizowanych latach. Jedynie dla kilku surowców zielarskich była ona stabilna (Lamii albi herba – świeży, Ribis nigri folium – świeży, Taraxaci folium – świeży), ale w przypadku Allii ursini folium (świeży) cena maksymalna była aż pięciokrotnie wyższa od najniższej oferowanej. Przedstawione dane wskazują na tendencję do zmniejszania się ilości surowca pozyskiwanego ze stanu naturalnego, nawet z terenów tak mało zmienionych przez człowieka jak gmina Hajnówka.
