Software developers need access to different kinds of information which is often dispersed among different documentation sources, such as API documentation or Stack Overflow. We present an approach ...to automatically augment API documentation with "insight sentences" from Stack Overflow -- sentences that are related to a particular API type and that provide insight not contained in the API documentation of that type. Based on a development set of 1,574 sentences, we compare the performance of two state-of-the-art summarization techniques as well as a pattern-based approach for insight sentence extraction. We then present SISE, a novel machine learning based approach that uses as features the sentences themselves, their formatting, their question, their answer, and their authors as well as part-of-speech tags and the similarity of a sentence to the corresponding API documentation. With SISE, we were able to achieve a precision of 0.64 and a coverage of 0.7 on the development set. In a comparative study with eight software developers, we found that SISE resulted in the highest number of sentences that were considered to add useful information not found in the API documentation. These results indicate that taking into account the meta data available on Stack Overflow as well as part-of-speech tags can significantly improve unsupervised extraction approaches when applied to Stack Overflow data.
This paper concerns the extension of the Heritage Digital Twin Ontology introduced in previous research to describe the reactivity of digital twins used for cultural heritage documentation by ...including the semantic description of sensors and activators and all of the process of interacting with the real world. After analysing previous work on the use of digital twins in cultural heritage, a summary description of the Heritage Digital Twin Ontology is provided, and the existing applications of digital twins to cultural heritage are overviewed, with references to reviews summarising the large production of scientific contributions on the topic. Then, a novel ontology named the Reactive Digital Twin Ontology is described, in which sensors, activators, and the decision processes are also semantically described, turning the previous synchronic approach to cultural heritage documentation into a diachronic one. Some case studies exemplify this theory.
According to Swissmedic's guidance document, "It is possible for temporary authorisation to be granted under certain conditions defined by law to make medicinal products for the treatment of ...life-threatening diseases available to patients as quickly as possible" (5). According to Swissmedic, "differing processes will be employed in future, based on the result of the assessment of the documentation submitted with the application for a temporary authorisation procedure ... and in particular, Swissmedic will now issue a preliminary decision to reject the application for a temporary authorisation procedure if the assessment reveals that the criteria specified in Article 18 TPLO are not met" (6). According to Swissmedic, the guidance document Temporary Authorisation for Human Medicinal Products has been amended accordingly in sections 5 and 6, along with Annexes 1 and 2, and is valid from 15 Jan. 2024 (5).

Das besondere Merkmal pentekostaler Spiritualität liegt dabei in ihrer starken missionarischen Grundtendenz, die in der Überzeugung wurzelt, dass sich Gott durch sichtbare Zeichen den Menschen zeigen will.
The pentecostal movement is a fairly young phenomenon in the history of christian spirituality. On the one hand the spiritual approach is picking up older conceptions of instantaneous God experiences, on the other hand Pentecostalism is educing new forms and expressions. The main focus is rooting in a strong missionary tendency and is convinced that god is willing to revelate himself to men in visible signs.
Die Kammer für Weltweite Ökumene der EKD hat um einen Kommentar zu ihrer Darstellung der »theologischen Herausforderungen« im Gespräch mit Vertreterinnen und Vertretern der Pfingstbewegungen und der ...Pfingstkirchen gebeten. Der große englische Neutestamentler James Dunn hat in zahlreichen Veröffentlichungen her vorgehoben: Eine die frühe Christenheit elektrisierende Erkenntnis war, dass Jesus Christus nicht nur von Gottes Geist erfüllt war, sondern dass der Auferstandene und Erhöhte diesen Geist auf die Seinen ausgießt. Diese Geistausgießung und »Geisttaufe « ist zentral in den Theologien und in der geistlichen Praxis der Pfingstkirchen. Sie nötigt dazu, das multimodale Wirken des göttlichen Geistes (ein Geist der Gerechtigkeit, der Wahrheit, der Freiheit, des Friedens und der Menschenfreundlichkeit) und die Polyphonie der Geistesgaben zu würdigen. In und durch Jesus Christus wird dieser Geist mit seinen diakonischen, prophetischen und priesterlichen Kräften an die Glaubenden vermittelt. Vorbildlich hat Calvin in seiner Institutio den Zusammenhang von Geistausgießung und »dreifachem Amt« Jesu Christi erkannt. Demgegenüber ist die Orientierungshilfe sehr stark von einem bipolaren Denken geprägt. Ihre Darstellung der Pfingsttheologie ähnelt eher pietistischen und neuprotestantischen Denkmustern (Gewissheit, unmittelbare persönliche Gotteserfahrung). Eine Vertiefung biblischer und reformatorischer Bildung und eine Verbesserung der systematischen Denkformen würde dem erkennbaren Willen zu ökumenischer und ethischer Verständigung guttun.
The EKD’s Chamber for Worldwide Ecumenism has asked for comments on its presentation of the »theological challenges« in discussions with representatives of the Pentecostal movements and the Pentecostal churches. James Dunn, the great English New Testament scholar, has pointed out in numerous publications: This outpouring and »baptism of the Spirit« is central to the theologies and spiritual practice of the Pentecostal Churches. It urges us to appreciate the multimodal action of the divine Spirit (a spirit of justice, truth, freedom, peace and human kindness) and the polyphony of the gifts of the Spirit. In and through Jesus Christ, this Spirit is imparted to believers with its diaconal, prophetic and priestly powers. Calvin exemplary in his Institutio recognized the connection between the outpouring of the Spirit and the »triple ministry« of Jesus Christ. In contrast, the orientation aid is strongly influenced by a bipolar way of thinking. Their presentation of Pentecostal theology resembles rather pietistic and neo-Protestant thought patterns (certainty, direct personal experience of God). A deepening of biblical and Reformation education and an improvement in systematic ways of thinking would be beneficial to the discernible desire for ecumenical and ethical understanding.
Der BFP begrüßt die Herausgabe der Stellungnahme und ihren grundsätzlichen Duktus. Die Darstellung der globalen Entwicklung des Pentekostalismus kann nicht eins zu eins auf die deutsche Situation ...übertragen werden. Es muss sorgfältig zwischen der »klassischen Pfingstbewegung« und dem Neo-Pentekostalismus unterschieden werden, wenn es um die Frage von Lehre, Praxis, Anspruch und Wirklichkeit geht. Zusätzlich muss der kulturelle und gesellschaftliche Wandel Berücksichtigung finden, der sich vor allem in der jungen Generation widerspiegelt. Die Unmittelbarkeit, die Vermittlung von persönlichen Erfahrungen und das Begleiten von Menschen gehören zum Erbe, zu den Stärken der Pfingstbewegung. Das missionarische Anliegen der Pfingstbewegung brennt auch bis heute unübersehbar. Dies hat zum enormen Wachstum der Pfingstbewegung beigetragen. Herzensanliegen des BFP ist Gemeindeneugründung. Auch weltweit findet sich diese Fokussierung in der Initiative MM33. Der Slogan »Bis an die Enden der Erde« ist ungebrochen Triebkraft der globalen Pfingstbewegung. Der BFP ist dankbar für konstruktive Gespräche zum Thema Religionsunterricht.
The BFP welcomes the publication of the statement and its fundamental style. The description of the global development of Pentecostalism cannot be transferred one-to-one to the German situation. A careful distinction must be made between »classical Pentecostalism « and neo-Pentecostalism when it comes to the question of doctrine, practice, claim and reality. In addition, cultural and social change must be taken into account, which is reflected especially in the younger generation. The immediacy, the communication of personal experiences and the accompanying of people belong to the heritage, to the strengths of the Pentecostal movement. The missionary concern of the Pentecostal movement also burns unmistakably until today. This has contributed to the enormous growth of the Pentecostal movement. The heart of the BFP is church planting. This focus can also be found worldwide in the MM33 initiative. The slogan »To the ends of the earth« continues to be the driving force of the global Pentecostal movement. The BFP is grateful for constructive conversations on the topic of religious education.
