In this paper, we consider the privacy-preserving problem in the context of broadcast encryption. We provide a security definition for privacy-preserving broadcast encryption, and construct a new ...scheme. To achieve privacy-preserving, we blind the cipher texts using the random factors. Moreover, we use a pair of orthonormal bases to construct secret key and cipher texts for proper decryption. Our privacy-preserving broadcast encryption scheme can be proven in the adaptive model without random oracle. The key technique used to obtain our result is an elaborate combination of the dual system encryption proposed by Waters and a new approach on bilinear pairings using the notion of dual pairing vector spaces (DPVS) proposed by Okamoto and Takasima.

La crisis del empleo juvenil refleja sólo un aspecto del mercado laboral porque adicionalmente tiene sus propias dimensiones. En el ámbito internacional ha emergido el “sistema de aprendizaje dual” ...con miras a combatir algunos de los obstáculos enfrentados por los jóvenes en su inserción en el mundo del trabajo, como son: la falta de competencias y la experiencia laboral. El modelo combina el aprendizaje teórico en la escuela con la práctica en una empresa, de forma que se potencien las capacidades de los aprendices para responder a las necesidades empresariales y, a la vez, mejoren su propia empleabilidad. El sistema ha probado ser exitoso en los países en donde germinó (producto de un proceso histórico-cultural de más de cien años). El modelo no es simple; exige la construcción de una adecuada relación entre la escuela y la empresa, una compleja planeación para garantizar tanto la oferta como la calidad de la formación, asimismo, involucra la participación de los interlocutores sociales, lo que conduce a plantear si su recepción tendrá el mismo resultado en otras naciones.
The crisis of youth employment points out only one aspect of the labor market because of the dimensions of its own. Around the world a “dual learning system” has emerged. This system seeks to remove some of the obstacles that young people face when trying to insert themselves into the workforce: the lack of skills and mostly, work experience. This model combines theoretical learning at school with hands-on training at a company in such a way that it enhances the skills acquired by the trainees to respond to the needs of the company while at the same time, young people can better their own employability. The system has been successful in the countries where it has emerged (after a series of historical-cultural events and has developed over the span of 100 years). This model is quite complex: it requires building up the right kind of relation between school and companies and a detailed planning to ensure both the provision and the quality of the training, in addition to engaging social participation. With this, the question itself is whether the system has the same results in other countries.
La crise de l’emploi juvénile reflète seulement un aspect du marché du travail, puisqu’il a de plus ses propres dimensions. Au niveau international, est apparu « le système d’apprentissage dual » en vue de combattre quelque uns des obstacles affrontés par les jeunes au moment de leur insertion dans le monde du travail tels que : le manque de compétence et d’expérience professionnelle. Le modèle combine l’apprentissage théorique de l’école avec la pratique en entreprise, de façon à ce que soient renforcées les capacités des apprentis afin de répondre aux besoins des entreprises et, à la fois, améliorer leur propre employabilité. Le système a prouvé être effectif dans tous les pays ou il a germé (produit d’un processus historique-culturel de plus de cent ans). Le modèle n’est pas simple, et exige la construction d’une relation adéquat entre l’école et l’entreprise, une complète planification afin de garantir tant l’offerte, que la qualité de la formation, de la même manière, implique la participation des interlocuteurs sociaux, ce qui conduit a nous demander si sa réception aura le même résultat dans d’autres nations.

In order to reduce the influence on horizontal misalignment, which is caused by external velocity error under the external damping mode in Strapdown Inertial Navigation System (SINS for short), the ...technology of dual-system parallel processing is presented in the SINS calculation. Solution system 1 is the same as traditional solution model, in which log provides the external velocity; in solution system 2, external velocity is taken from solution system 1, and then the calculating in external damping mode continues after adjusting the damping parameters. Thus, the propagation path of external velocity error is changed, so that the influence on the accuracy of navigation information caused by this error is reduced. The simulation result shows that, the dual-system parallel processing technology can reduce the effect on horizontal misalignment effectively. And then, the experiment is operated by the FOG SINS which is made by our lab. The experiment results show the proposed method is valid.
In diesem Papier werden drei Beiträge über verschiedene Aspekte der Lehrlingsausbildung zugänglich gemacht. Es wird Augenmerk auf die Komplexität dieser Systeme kollektiver Formation von Kompetenzen ...gelegt und es werden die Unterschiede herausgearbeitet. Kapitel 1 vergleicht die Bildungsstrukturen Österreichs und der Schweiz und arbeitet die unterschiedliche Positionierung der Lehrlingsausbildung und den Stellenwert von Durchlässigkeit heraus. Kapitel 2 analysiert, wie die drei klassischen Systeme Österreichs, Deutschlands und der Schweiz in der aktuellen Krise ihre relativ niedrige Jugendarbeitslosigkeit aufrechterhalten haben und welche Rolle Arbeitsmarktpolitik dabei spielte. Kapitel 3 beschäftigt sich mit dem Export von komplexen Systemen und zeigt den hohen Grad an Rhetorik wie auch die Unwahrscheinlichkeit von erfolgreichem Transfer. (Autorenreferat)
This paper provides a collection of three critical analyses of aspects of apprenticeship systems. Emphasis is laid on the complexity of collective skills formation systems and the differences between them. The first chapter compares Austria and Switzerland with respect to the overall structures of formal education and training, and how apprenticeship is embedded in these structures. The different provisions of permeability are also analysed. The second chapter analyses how apprenticeship in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland have come through the recent crises, managing a relatively low level of youth unemployment. The role of labour market policy is analysed as a complement to apprenticeship. The third chapter looks critically at the ideas of exporting such a complex entity as apprenticeship. It identifies much rhetoric and reinforces the many studies that have shown the difficulties of transfer and finally concludes that much myth and political branding is at work in these attempts. The way that the global sustainability and the systems of water supply and the sewage works in the 21st century should be discussed. In principle recycle of material resources is possible, while ...energy recycling is impossible. The development of technology for utilization of energy and resources and the formation of new life style insuring energy saving and resources recycling are indispensable for the formation of our global sustainability. In considering the elevation of life style of developing countries, however, the achievement of that aim still difficult. In the 21st century, the establishment of a new water supply and sewage system should be promoted. The author proposed the effective supply of drinking water of a small quantity and washing water of a large quantity as a countermeasure for serious water resources pollution, and also the re-establishment of a sewage system with a strong concept that does not produce polluted water as much as possible.
Wie chancengerecht und leistungsfähig ist die berufliche Bildung in Deutschland? Anhand von Indikatoren vergleicht die Studie das gesamte Berufsausbildungssystem in Deutschland, von der dualen und ...vollzeitschulischen Ausbildung bis zum Übergangssystem. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass in allen Bundesländern die Zahl der Ausbildungsplätze und die Zahl der Ausbildungsbewerber:innen sinken. Jugendliche mit Hauptschulabschluss oder ohne deutsche Staatsangehörigkeit haben Probleme bei der Suche nach einer Lehrstelle oder einem Platz in einer Fachschule. Im Vergleich der Bundesländer spielt der Wohnort eine wichtige Rolle, da die Bildungssysteme der Länder auch in der beruflichen Ausbildung unterschiedlich aufgestellt sind. Der Ländermonitor macht Handlungsbedarfe der Bildungspolitik auf Bundes- und Landesebene sichtbar und stellt Lösungsmöglichkeiten vor. Grundlage der Studie sind statistische Daten des Bundes und der Länder, der Bundesagentur für Arbeit und des Bundesinstituts für Berufsbildung, die von einer Autorengruppe unter Leitung des Soziologischen Forschungsinstituts Göttingen ausgewertet wurden.
