INTRODUCTION: Having justice for easy access to health services may probably be a standard feature and indisputable right of all health policies. The health policy of Iran enunciates this right. ...Unfortunately, as may happen in many countries, the execution of this policy depends on different factors. Among these parameters should be quoted as the suitable distribution of professionals, hospitals, and medical facilities. On the other hand, in Iran, there are many other problems linked to accessing areas with natural hindrances. OBJECTIVE: In this study, we analyzed the primary studies that report specialty and subspecialty challenges that had been faced by Iran to improve pediatric assistance. METHODS: Conduction of literature search in PubMed and CINAHL libraries was done, especially studies from 2010 to 2019. A Boolean operated ‘MeSH’ term was used for search. Newcastle–Ottawa Scale (NOS) scoring was adopted to assess the quality of each study. RESULTS: A total of 118 studies were displayed, and among them, 102 were excluded due to duplication and study relevance. Study selection was madebased on its content were classified into two groups (1) shortage and unsuitable distribution of specialist and sub-specialist physicians in Iran, and (2) studies that explain the status of degradation in different areas of Iran. Outcomes demonstrated that Iran is generally suffering the shortage and unsuitable distribution of specialists and sub-specialists. This lack is particularly crucial in deprived and far-away areas from the cities. CONCLUSION: The present study analyzed in detail the current data regarding pediatric health services (specialist and subspecialty) and health-specific facilities distribution in the country.

Although both sides over these years of colonial struggle between American insurgents and the British reveled in the song as they hurled rhetorical shafts at their foes, its references to compromised manhood proved more potent in the hands of Patriot rebels than in the hands of British troops and Loyalists. Emerging by the end of the war as the anthem of the Revolution, “Yankee Doodle” also helped shape the intellectual starting points for the new republic in favor of American commoners, and it undermined more elitist constructions of manhood that had become associated with the effeminate tropes of the fop and the cuckold.

We expand upon the idea of using gamma-rays for nuclear photoflssion of 238 U at the giant dipole resonance to generate rare neutron-reach nuclei. The SPIRAL II project proposes the employment of ...10-20-MeV Bremsstrahlung gamma-rays generated by a 45-MeV electron beam /http://ganinfo.in2p3.fr/research/ developments/ spiral2/ index.html/. In this paper, we explore the possibility of using a Compton gamma-ray source for such a process. The Collider Accelerator Department at Brookhaven National Laboratory is developing high-current (up to 1 A), high-brightness (down to 1-mm ldr mrad normalized emittance), and high-energy energy-recovery linacs (up to 20-GeV electron beam energy for eRHIC). These electron beams are perfectly suited for generating photon beams with tremendous average power, approaching the megawatt level. The range of photon's energy extends from subelectronvolts from free-electron lasers to 10 GeV from the Compton process. In this paper, we focus on a gamma-ray source for producing rare isotopes.

Playing for time explores connections between theatre time, the historical moment and fictional time. Geraldine Cousin persuasively argues that a crucial characteristic of contemporary British ...theatre is its preoccupation with instability and danger, and traces images of catastrophe and loss in a wide range of recent plays and productions. The diversity of the texts that are examined is a major strength of the book. In addition to plays by contemporary dramatists, Cousin analyses staged adaptations of novels, and productions of plays by Euripides, Strindberg and Priestley. A key focus is Stephen Daldry’s award-winning revival of Priestley’s An Inspector Calls, which is discussed in relation both to other Priestley ‘time’ plays and to Caryl Churchill’s apocalyptic Far Away. Lost children are a recurring motif: Bryony Lavery’s Frozen, for example, is explored in the context of the Soham murders (which took place while the play was in production at the National Theatre), whilst three virtually simultaneous productions of Euripides’ Hecuba are interpreted with regard to the Beslan massacre of schoolchildren.
본고는 이준익 감독의 <님은 먼 곳에>에 드러난 베트남 전쟁의 젠더 재현 양상 연구에 대해 살펴 본 글이다.
2000년대에 접어들어 다시 한 번 베트남 전쟁을 재현한 <님은 먼 곳에>는 베트남 전쟁이라는 역사적 사실을 환기시키고 있다는 점에서 의의가 있는 작품이다. 그동안 한국사회에서 은폐하고 망각했던 베트남 전쟁을 다시 꺼내 놓으며 논의를 할 수 있는 ...장을 만들었기 때문이다. 그러나 영화는 베트남 전쟁이라는 소재만을 다시 끌어와 사용하고 있을 뿐 역사적 사실에 기반한 진지한 성찰이나 비판의 지점은 찾아보기 어려울 정도로 약소하게 그렸다. 이는 영화의 서사가 실상 허스토리를 가장한 히스토리에 불과했다는 점, 순이라는 여성 인물의 욕망과 몸을 국가와 가부장의 이데올로기 아래에서만 소비하고 있다는 점, 또 한국군이 자행한 폭력의 행위는 배제되고 미화된 모습으로만 제시되고 있다는 점 등을 통해서도 확인할 수 있다. 이 외에도 영화는 순이라는 인물을 중심으로 서사 속에서 민족주의를 구현하는 모습을 보이며 반미 감정을 내비쳤고 베트남 전쟁 또한 미국에게 모든 책임이 있다는 듯이 제시했다. 그러면서도 한편에서는 제국주의를 모방하여 베트남을 이전에 한국이 당했던 것과 똑같이 착취했다. 그런데 영화 속에서는 이에 대한 어떠한 비판도 찾아볼 수 없었다. 이 때문에 영화에서는 베트남 전쟁으로 인해 고통받은 베트남, 베트남인 등의 수많은 소수자들의 목소리는 수장되고 있다.
이런 맥락에서 가장 최근에 베트남 전쟁을 재현한 영화인 <님은 먼 곳에>가 어째서 이러한 결론으로 재현될 수밖에 없었는지를 주목해볼 필요가 있다. 이는 영화라는 매체 특성이 박정희 시대에서부터 이어져왔던 집단 기억과 상관관계를 갖는 문제다. 영화는 제작과정에서부터 많은 사람과 많은 비용을 수반하여 만들어지는 것인 만큼 그에 대한 수익을 창출해야만 하는 매체다. 따라서 영화는 매체 특성상 대중과 시대의 욕망을 가장 근저에서 읽어내고 반영할 수밖에 없다. 대중에게 형성되어 있는 집단 기억과 집단 욕구가 곧 수익 창출로 직결되는 것이기 때문이다. 그러나 한국은 베트남 전쟁과 관련된 국가 기념일은 지정하지 않는 등 여전히 베트남 전쟁에 대해서는 망각과 배제의 논리를 보여주고 있다. 이는 박정희 정권에서부터 한국 국민들을 대상으로 베트남 전쟁을 두고 경제 개발, 근대화 등을 앞세워 끊임없이 민족적 당위성을 찾아 정당화하였기 때문이다. 이 같은 논리 앞에서 그 이면에 놓인 폭력들은 모두 은폐되고 망각되었다. 그런 망각의 논리는 베트남 전쟁에 대한 한국인의 집단 기억이 되어 오늘 날에까지도 마찬가지로 작동하고 있다. 이 같은 한국인의 집단 기억은 베트남 전쟁을 재현한 <님은 먼 곳에>라는 작품의 근저에서 또한 작동하여 망각과 배제의 서사로 재현된 것이다. 그러나 한국은 배제되고 정당화된 베트남 전쟁이라는 역사의 민얼굴을 끊임없이 돌아보고 반성하며 성찰해야 할 것이다.
This writing is about gender revival and aspect study of Vietnam War expressed in the move < Sunny(My love is far away) > by Director Lee Jun-Ik.
The movie, < Sunny(My love is far away) >, has a historical significance reenacted the Vietnam War in the 2000s, because it can make people remind and discuss about the war that covered up and forgot for ages in Korea society. However, it is not focused on depth reflection and criticism based on historical fact, only using the war as a writing material for the sake of arousing interest. The description of the movie has showed only disguising a real story based on history, but also showing embellished historical figures excluded violence to Vietnamese by Korea military. Excepting these, it shows as if only U.S.A is to blame for the war by expressing that Korea military has an abhorrence of the imperialism for war, while Korea military had exploited Vietnam same way as we had been squeezed out by the imperialism. Even though It is truth, the movie did not mention any of the truth. Through these reasons, minorities such as Vietnam and Vietnamese suffered by the war have been drowned out.
In this context, I demand a lot of reflection on the movie < Sunny(My love is far away) > the latest represented the Vietnam War was not enough to express fact so far. In this context, it is necessary to pay attention to why < Sunny(My love is far away) >, the latest movie to realize the Vietnam War, can’t help being realized by this conclusion. It is because media characteristics of movie has a problem co-related with collective memory descending from the Park Chung-hee era. Korea has still maintained the logic of oblivion and exclusion in terms of the Vietnam War by not designating any national holidays related with it. It was because the Vietnam War has been ceaselessly justified targeting Korean people by setting economic development and modernization at the head and finding the appropriateness of our nation since the Park Jung-hee regime. In respect of the logic, the violence lied behind it was all concealed and sank into oblivion. This logic of oblivion became Korean collective memory about the Vietnam War and is still working until now. Korean collective memory like this was realized as a epic of oblivion and exclusion by operating on the ground of < Sunny(My love is far away) >, the movie realizing the Vietnam War.
