Artikel ini mendeskripsikan berbagai pandangan dari para etikus kristen tentang konsep tanggung jawab dari perspektif etika Kristen. Artikel ini berusaha memahami implikasi tanggung jawab bagi orang ...percaya di tengah pandemic Covid-19, khususnya dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Dikatakan bahwa tanggung jawab memiliki relevansi bagi kehidupan etis-moral sebagai kesaksian menyatakan kasih Allah. Ketika seseorang melihat gagasan tanggung jawab hanya sebatas etika tugas semata maka akan terjebak dalam konsekuensialisme. Tanggung jawab dalam perspektif Etika Kristen adalah wujud dari perbuatan baik yang didasari iman yang diterima sebagai anugerah.tanggung jawab dalam kekristenan adalah cerminan mengasihi Allah dan sesama, bukan sekedar sikap yang benar atau tidak, karena perbuatan ini tidak mempengaruhi janji keselamatan. Dalam perspektif teologis, tanggung jawab terutama dilihat sebagai tanggung jawab retrospektif atas perbuatan di masa lalu dan konsekuensinya di hadapan Allah.
Sikap kurang pedulinya masyarakat terhadap protokol kesehatan berbanding lurus dengan jumlah peningkatan masyarakat yang terdampak virus Covid-19. Kondisi ini semakin memburuk saat fasilitas umum ...seperti alat cuci tangan yang tersedia cenderung kurang higienis karena masih adanya kontak fisik selama proses pencucian tangan, sehingga memiliki potensi resiko yang besar untuk terjadinya penularan wabah Covid-19 di lingkungan masyarakat secara massal. Oleh karena itu dibuatlah sebuah inovasi berupa alat cuci tangan tanpa sentuh yang dilengkapi dengan sensor-sensor untuk menggantikan fungsi dari keran air dan wadah sabun cair manual. Khalayak sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat yang ada di lingkungan rumah sakit Kota Padang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap, yaitu tahap pertama untuk mendesain alat dan tahap kedua berupa pengadaan alat sekaligus sosialisasi kepada masyarakat Kota Padang yang berkunjung ke rumah sakit terkait pengenalan dan cara penggunaan alat cuci tangan tanpa sentuh sekaligus memperagakan kepada masyarakat dengan dibantu oleh pihak rumah sakit tentang cara cuci tangan yang baik dan benar sesuai protokol kesehatan.
U Republici Hrvatskoj kao i u većini drugih zemalja eskaliraju neredi na športskim natjecanjima. U cilju učinkovite primjene propisa vezanih uz sprječavanje nereda na športskim natjecanjima, ...Republika Hrvatska je donijela Protokol o sigurnosti na utakmicama visokog rizika. U ovom radu autori analiziraju odredbe Protokola kao i njegovu dosadašnju učinkovitost u sprječavanju nereda na športskim natjecanjima.
In the Republic of Croatia, as in most other countries, riots at sports competitions are escalating. In order to effectively apply regulations related to the prevention of riots at sports competitions, the Republic of Croatia adopted the Protocol on safety at High-Risk Matches. In this paper, the author analyzes the provisions of the Protocol as well as its effectiveness so far in preventing disorder at sport competitions.
Moždani udar (MU) je teško neurološko oštećenje, udruženo sa značajnim morbiditetom i mortalitetom. Spada među prvih deset uzroka smrti u djece i stoga zahtijeva hitnu dijagnozu, slikovne pretrage ...mozga i brzo liječenje u zadanom vremenskom okviru. Postavljanje dijagnoze IMU u djece je teško i izazovno, zbog zbog raznolike i nepatognomonične prezentacije. Zahvaljujući provođenju protokola za IMU u djece, smjernica za dijagnosticiranje moždanog udara (prvenstveno magnetske rezonancije), uspostavi pedijatrijskih centara za moždani udar i specifičnoj terapiji za visokorizične bolesnike, ukupna smrtnost od IMU u djece se smanjuje, unatoč porastu incidencije zadnjih desetljeća. Dakle, glavni cilj je rano prepoznavanje IMU, standardizirani pristup i rana terapija (individualni pristup od slučaja do slučaja) u visokorizičnih pacijenata. Novija saznanja o neaterosklerotskim arteriopatijama, koje su u djetinjstvu najčešći uzrok IMU i koje predstavljanju najvažniji prediktor rekurentnog IMU u djece, zahtijevaju nove longitudinalne i multicentrične studije koje će vjerojatno pridonijeti boljem razumijevanju infektivnih, parainfektivnih i upalnih mehanizama IMU u djetinjstvu i razvoju prediktivnih biomarkera
progresije bolesti.
The security of data and information on government’s information system required proper way of defending against threat. Security aspect can be achieved by using cryptography algorithm, applying ...information hiding concept, and implementing security protocol. In this research, two central facilities protocol was implemented on Research and Development Center of Mineral and Coal Technology’s Cooperation Contract Monitoring System by utilizing AES and whitespace manipulation algorithm. Adjustment on the protocol by creating several rule of validation ID’s generation and checking processes could fulfill two of four cryptography objectives, consist of authentication and non-repudiation. The solid collaboration between central legitimization agency (CLA), central tabulating facility (CTF), and client is the main idea in two central facilities protocol. The utilization of AES algorithm could defend the data on transmission from man in the middle attack scenario. On the other hand, whitespace manipulation algorithm provided data integrity aspect of the document that is uploaded to the system itself. Both of the algorithm fulfill confidentiality, data integrity, and authentication.
Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are small devices that are run by batteries as minimal energy resources. The cluster method is one of the ways on WSN that is widely applied to the routing protocols ...to extend the network's lifespan. Low-Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) is a cluster-based protocol proven to increase energy efficiency in sensor networks. However, LEACH also has disadvantages such as a selection of cluster heads that don't consider residual energy at every node. It is the cause of failure in the election process and affects the stability of the network cluster. Period network stability is essential as reliable feedback from a network. Therefore, this study tries to investigate and solve stability problems in the LEACH algorithm. In this paper, the authors propose a new protocol that is Optimization-LEACH (O-LEACH), which is the development of the LEACH protocol. The O-LEACH protocol cluster-head selection process is developed based on the initial energy of each node, and a new beginning energy levels calculated from each node to every round. The test results show that the proposed O-LEACH protocol has a better stability period and network lifetime than the LEACH protocol.
A control unit based-on web in smarthome system has been designed and constructed. The control unit can be integrated into the smarthome system platform for gate operation via a smartphone. The ...research objectives, namely (i) integration of hardware and availability of raw files for applications, (ii) programming for control unit, and (iii) availability of control unit and implementation of validation tests. The result of integration is a form of successful hardware handshaking. The programming result is a form of successful software handshaking, including (i) a flowchart-based algorithm, while the syntax structure is based on the Arduino IDE, (ii) the comfiling and uploading stages of the syntax structure to the Arduino UNO R3 module, including the process online control based on RemoteXY version 4.5.1 via a web browser, and (iii) uploading files from personal computers and smartphones based on Android. The availability of the control unit physical building for the validation test process is the achievement of handshaking in hardware and software, in the form of performance measurement of the control unit with 3 (three) kinds of observations, namely (i) “open”, (ii) “close”, or (iii) lock/unlock state. In general, it is concluded that the web-based control unit on the smarthome system for gate operation can function and perform according to plan.
Klinički se virus prezentira od vrlo blagih simptoma, blage prehlade pa sve do pneumonije koja može dovesti do akutnoga respiratornog zatajenja i u kasnijoj fazi multiorganskog zatajivanja sa ...smrtnošću od 2 do 10 %. Kod hospitaliziranih bolesnika intersticijska upala pluća i ARDS javljaju se obično tijekom drugog tjedna liječenja, 7 − 9 dana od početka bolesti. Neinvazivna ventilacijska potpora nije se pokazala učinkovitom u liječenju ovog tipa ARDS-a uz postojeći dodatni rizik od pojačanog širenja bolesti na medicinsko osoblje (otvoreni sustav ventilacije), a odgađanje invazivne ventilacijske potpore često dovodi do pogoršanja stanja bolesnika. Bolesnici sa saturacijom 75 − 80 % i PaO2/FiO2 < 150 zahtijevaju invazivno ventilacijsko liječenje. Kod ovih bolesnika može se javiti fulminantna kardiomiopatija čak i u stadijima oporavka od bolesti. Još nije jasno izaziva li infekcija virusnu kardiomiopatiju ili je srčana disfunkcija posljedica citokinske oluje. Pravovremeno odvajanje od mehaničke ventilacije ključni je dio uspješnog liječenja COVID-19 bolesnika iz razloga što je uopće respiratorna potpora bila u većini slučajeva granično indicirana. Produženom ventilacijom bolesnika, dužom od 5 do 7 dana stvaraju se uvjeti za naseljavanje drugih patogena počesto rezistentnih bakterija i gljivica koje nailaze na izrazito oslabljen imunološki odgovor domaćina čime je put prema sepsi značajno skraćen i ubrzan. Za kontroliranje i uspješno liječenje najtežih COVID-19 respiratornih infekcija važna je dobra organizacija jedinica intenzivnog liječenja uz jasno definirane protokole. U takvoj jedinici mora raditi dovoljan broj medicinskog osoblja, prvenstveno najiskusniji liječnici intenzivisti, medicinski tehničari koji su ujedno i najvažnije osoblje.
