Sebuah kebijakan publik akan efektif jika publik mendukungnya. Hal yang sama berlaku dalam konteks wabah Covid-19. Sejauh ini belum ada studi tentang kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia, khususnya ...terkait Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB), dan kepatuhan warga terhadapnya. Tulisan ini mengisi kekosongan tersebut dengan bertumpu pada hasil penelitian opini publik nasional tentang sikap dan perilaku publik terkait PSBB dan protokol kesehatan. Hasilnya adalah perilaku dan sikap pada kebijakan tersebut berhubungan dengan latar belakang perilaku politik, kepercayaan pada kemampuan pemerintah menangani Covid-19, status pekerjaan, pendapatan, pendidikan, agama, dan gender. PSBB tidak akan efektif karena jumlah warga yang harus bekerja di luar rumah sangat banyak. Sebaliknya, memberikan subsidi pada warga agar tidak bekerja selama pandemi tetapi tidak jelas kapan akan berakhir, tentu bukan kebijakan yang realistis. Untuk itu, kebijakan mengubah PSBB dengan kembali membolehkan warga bekerja seperti sebelum masa Covid-19 dan disertai protokol kesehatan yang ketat adalah solusi yang lebih realistis. Sosialisasi mendesaknya protokol kesehatan harus dilakukan lewat berbagai kelompok masyarakat dan lewat tokoh-tokoh berpengaruh karena mereka cenderung lebih didengar.

Dalam penelitian ini sebuah protokol H.264 dipergunakan dalam memproses video streamingpada video surveillance systemyang berfungsi sebagai pengirim dan pengontrol paket data streamingdari kamera pengawas ke penerima yaitu sebagai user video surveillance system. Analisis frame videopada protokol H.264 dilakukan pada live streaming server berupa embedded system yang terintegrasi pada video surveillance systemdengan kamera pengawas. Dari hasil uji coba menunjukan bahwa Protokol H.264 memberikan kompresi kualitas videoyang baik, sehingga implementasi Video Streaminglalu lintas kendaraan ini menjanjikan dapat membantu memudahkan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi dan juga mengetahui kondisi lalu lintas secararealtime serta efektif dan efesien. Implementasi Video streamingsecara realtimeini memantau kondisi lalu lintas di suatu Lokasi dengan pendeteksi ketersediaan kamera CCTV (Closed Circuit Television)dan Raspberry pisebagai server. The frame video analysis of the H.264 protocol has performed on a live streaming server in the form of embedded systems integrated in video surveillance system with surveillance cameras As a result, the system shows that the H.264 protocol provides good video quality compression, so the implementation of Video Streaming traffic this vehicle promises to help facilitate the public in getting information and also know the real time traffic conditions as well as effective and efficient. Cilj je rada prikazati funkcioniranje postojećeg modela skrbi za djecu bez pratnje – maloljetnih migranata unutar ustanove koja se bavi djecom i mladima s problemima u ponašanju, upozoriti na teškoće ...u radu i dati smjernice za daljnje postupanje.
Centar Dugave zbrinjava djecu bez pratnje – maloljetne migrante još od 1996. godine. U početku su to bila djeca pretežno s područja bivše Jugoslavije, no kako se mijenjala globalna geopolitička i ekonomska situacija, tako se mijenjala i populacija koju smo zbrinjavali.
Posljednjih godina, s obzirom na to što se događa na Bliskom istoku, pretežno prihvaća djecu bez pratnje s područja Afganistana, Sirije, Pakistana, Alžira, Maroka, Libije, Jemena itd.
Nakon dugogodišnjeg rada na zbrinjavanju djece bez pratnje, može se ustvrditi da takav način smještaja nije adekvatan i da djecu bez pratnje – maloljetne migrante – treba smještati i o njima skrbiti u drugim uvjetima, a nikako ne u ustanovi za djecu i mlade s problemima u ponašanju.
Rad je nastao na bazi višegodišnjeg iskustva i autoričina rada s djecom bez pratnje u CPUZ Dugave.
The fact that there are many limitations of the current classification systems led to the emergence of transdiagnostic approaches (TA) that focus on the common psychopathological processes underlying ...disorders rather than categorical diagnoses. TA focuses on the underlying common psychopathological processes in the emergence and persistence of mental disorders. Thus, even if the disorders are categorically diagnosed differently. it can be determined how they overlap or separate with each other. TA aims to treat mental disorders using these aspects. TA has a flexible and modular structure that can be easily integrated into cognitive behavioral therapies. The rest of this review will focus on the Unified Protocol (UP), one of the most popular TA examples. The main purpose of the UP is to enable patients to recognize their feelings and give more adaptive reactions to their negative emotions. Accordingly, UP consists of eight modules. The modules can usually be completed in a total of 11-17 weeks. Bach 50 to 60-minute individual session is held once a week. If necessary, changes can be made to the number of the frequency of sessions allocated to modules. The goals of each module of the UP and the treatment approaches towards these goals allow a very clearly defined approach. For this reason, there is a d for a detailed evaluation, conceptualization and treatment plan before the UP is put into practice. We hope that mental health professionals from Turkey will contribute to the developments in the UP.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus Sars-CoV-2 yang dapat menginfeksi manusia dan ditemukan di Wuhan-china dengan kasus kematian yang besar pada akhir tahun ...2019. Kelompok yang memiliki resiko rentan terkena virus corona 19 salah satunya adalah pada anak. Sekolah menjadi salah satu yang beresiko sebagai tempat penyebaran virus corona 19. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi dengan melakukan pendampingan pada siswa dalam menerapkan prokes untuk cegah penyebaran covid 19 dan minimalisir terjadinya klaster baru di sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ialah edukasi tentang penyakit Covid19 dan protokol kesehatan dan memberikan pendampingan terkait penerapan protokol kesehatan pada siswa dalam mencegah Covid-19. Hasil yang didapat adalah informasi tentang kesehatan serta pengetahuan protokol kesehatan dan cara mencegah penularan covid 19 pada lingkungan sekolah dilihat dengan peningkatan pengetahuan siswa tentang protokol kesehatan dan mampu mempraktekkannya. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan ini adanya pengetahuan siswa yang mengalami peningkatan dalam pencegahan penyebaran covid 19 serta penerapan protokol kesehatan pada siswa di sekolah.
Aim: The aim of our study was to evaluate the effect of established regime and physiotherapy treatment described by Brems on patients after reverse arthroplasty of shoulder joint, their ability to ...perform activities of daily living, functional status of the shoulder girdle, and a range of motion. Methods: The research sample consisted of 60 patients, 57±2.9 years, with implanted total reverse endoprosthesis of shoulder joint. To assess the ability of performing the activities of daily living, we used the Simple Shoulder Test. Functional status of shoulder joint was evaluated through a “Constant Score” questionnaire. The range of movement was evaluated through the “Constant Score – Range of Motion“ questionnaire. The examined parameters were evaluated before surgery and a month after the surgery. During the one-month post-surgery period, all participants undergone the set of targeted physiotherapy treatment and kept the established regime. After one month of targeted physiotherapeutical treatment and correct regime management we observed significant differences in all examined parameters (p<0.001). Results: After one month of post-surgery physiotherapy, significant differences in the ability to perform certain activities of daily living, functioning of the operated shoulder joint and in the range of movement, have been reported. Conclusion: The results of our study confirmed that if patients follow this specific rehabilitation protocol and cooperate during various stages of recovery, there is a high probability that after one month, they can perform activities of daily living.
Cilj: Cilj studije bio je procijeniti učinak uspostavljenog režima i fizioterapeutskog tretmana koji je opisao Brems na pacijentima nakon reverzne artroplastike ramenog zgloba, njihove sposobnosti za obavljanje svakodnevnih aktivnosti, funkcionalno stanje ramena i raspon pokreta. Metode: Uzorak istraživanja sastojao se od 60 pacijenata, 57 ± 2,9 godina, s implantiranom ukupnom reverzibilnom endoprotezom ramenog zgloba. Da bismo procijenili sposobnost pacijenata za obavljanje svakodnevnih aktivnosti koristili smo test Simple shoulder. Funkcionalno stanje ramenog zgloba ocijenjeno je upitnikom “Constant score”. Raspon pokreta ocijenjen je upitnikom “Constant score – range of motion”. Razmatrani parametri procijenjeni su prije operacije i mjesec dana nakon operacije. Tijekom jednomjesečnog postoperativnog razdoblja svi su sudionici prošli skup ciljanog fizioterapeutskog tretmana i pridržavali se uspostavljenog režima. Nakon mjesec dana ciljanog fizioterapeutskog tretmana i ispravnog upravljanja režimom zabilježili smo značajne razlike u svim razmatranim parametrima (p ≤ 0.001). Rezultati: Nakon mjesec dana postoperativne fizioterapije zabilježene su bitne razlike u sposobnosti za obavljanje određenih aktivnosti svakodnevnog života, u funkcioniranju operiranog ramenog zgloba i u rasponu pokreta. Zaključak: Rezultati naše studije potvrdili su da, ako se pacijenti pridržavaju ovog specifičnog rehabilitacijskog protokola i surađuju tijekom različitih faza oporavka, postoji velika vjerojatnost da će nakon mjesec dana moći obavljati svakodnevne aktivnosti.
Hvordan reagerer læsere på kommunikationsprodukter fra offentligere institutioner og private virksomheder? Hvordan og hvor godt forstår de kommunikationsprodukterne, og hvordan oplever de dem i bred ...forstand? I denne artikel argumenterer vi for at tænke højt-protokoller, altså det at man beder en person fx læse en tekst og fortælle hvad hun tænker mens hun læser, kan bidrage til at besvare denne type spørgsmål – og at resultaterne af protokolanalyserne kan danne udgangspunkt for bedre kommunikationsprodukter. Traditionen for tænke højt-protokoller stammer fra psykologiske studier af kognitive processer. Vi placerer imidlertid metoden i en socialkonstruktivistisk ramme og antager således at protokollerne viser hvordan fænomener som viden, relationer, identiteter og forståelse (gen)skabes i interaktion mellem forsker, informant og kommunikationsprodukt. Med udgangspunkt i egne undersøgelser, som involverer tænke højt-protokoller, demonstrerer vi hvordan indsamlingen af protokollerkan tilrettelægges med udgangspunkt i det socialkonstruktivistiske perspektiv. Dernæst viser vi hvordan de indsamlede protokoller kan analyseres vha. sprogvidenskabelige analysemetoder, nemlig kritisk diskursanalyse, kognitiv metaforteori og narrativ teori – teoridannelser der alle gør det muligt at undersøge hvordan konstruktionen af fx viden, relationer og forståelse foregår i protokollerne. Endelig argumenterer vi for at metoden kan bruges interventionistisk for at styrke organisationers strategiske kommunikation og gøre det lettere for borgere at forstå deres rettigheder og pligter.
