Bevarende lokalplaner i Hasseris Villaby og Klostermarken. Alle huse opført frem til sommeren 2004. Undersøgelsen tog udgangspunkt i de samle SAVE-registreringer. Disse blev opdateret og huse opført ...efter 1940 blev nyvurderet. Herefter blev der udarbejdet bevarende lokalplaner.
Poput raznovrsnih drugih građevina i obiteljske kuće mogu biti modulirane, bilo modularnom mrežom kada je raster manjih dimenzija, bilo modularnim poljima kada dimenzije obično odgovaraju zahtjevima ...konstrukcije. U članku su analizirani primjeri obiteljskih kuća i vila nastajali u različitim prostorima, građeni u različitim razdobljima i izvođeni u različitim materijalima, a ponajviše s konstrukcijom u armiranom betonu i čeliku. Mnogi su antologijski primjeri obiteljskih kuća moderne navedeni – kako oni najpoznatiji u svijetu, tako i neki domaći, hrvatski primjeri. U zaključku se ističu povoljne okolnosti za projektiranje i cjelokupno građenje pa se preporuča modulacija obiteljskih kuća.
