The author of the article supports the introduction of «the through criminal legal concepts» into the science of criminal law. It is more expedient to use the phrase «the through terms», wherein the ...through terms have such signs: they are used in the law two or more times; they denote the same concept. The research is based on the fact that the Criminal Code of Ukraine provides for criminal liability for public appeals for various criminal acts: encroachment of the territorial integrity of the state (Art. 110 of the CC), seizure of state power or overthrow of constitutional order (Art. 109 of the CC), terrorist act (art. 258-2 CC), mass riots (Art. 295 of the CC), cruelty to animals (Art. 299 of the CC), act of aggression (Art. 436 of the CC), genocide (Art. 442 of the CC). In legal practice, all these articles are interpreted and applied in different. The necessity of researching public appeals and related acts as through terms is grounded. The through nature of public appeals, the spreading of materials with appeals, the making and storage of materials with appeals are argued. It is proposed to investigate through terms taking into account the context and taking into account systemic links with other criminal legal terms. The recognition that the investigated concept are through, opens a promising direction for the synthesis and application of inductive reasoning. This means the moving from knowledge about public appeals, as separate types of crimes, to knowledge of public appeals, as a generic act common to all of their species.
This study aimed to quantify and qualify the improper use of consumables in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unitof a university hospital in Curitiba / PR. Non-participant observation was conducted in the ...unit during the period of March17 to April 2, 2009, on all shifts, totaling 100 hours. The results revealed the improper use of consumables, the use of lowquality materials, irrational use, and improvisation, as well as failures in handling the materials by professionals. Thesurvey showed the volume and value of improper spending in the unit, with some highlights for peripheral venouscatheters, gauzes, nasogastric tubes, ampoules of glucose, oximeters cables, among others. It is suggested that the unitmust improve the management of materials and hospital costs through auditing, critically and consciously about therational use of materials.
O presente trabalho avaliou as possíveis alterações em vários parâmetros do hemograma (contagem de eritrócitos totais, hematócrito, concentração de hemoglobina, volume corpuscular médio (VCM), ...hemoglobina corpuscular média (HCM), concentração da hemoglobina corpuscular média (CHCM), contagem total de leucócitos e contagem de plaquetas), frente a diferentes tempos de armazenamento da amostra em ambiente refrigerado a 4ºC e temperatura ambiente. As determinações foram realizadas através do contador automatizado Sysmex® XT2000i. As amostras sanguíneas foram obtidas de indivíduos sem alterações hematológicas diagnosticadas, sem clínica de doença, sendo considerados indivíduos com valores de referências hematológicos normais. Os resultados foram avaliados através de análise estatística descritiva e comparação de médias através da análise de variância (ANOVA). Os resultados dos parâmetros CHCM e contagem de plaquetas mostraram diferenças estatisticamente significativas para ambas as temperaturas de estocagem. Na temperatura ambiente, os parâmetros que também apresentaram diferença estatística significante foram para o hematócrito, VCM e índice de variação do tamanho dos eritrócitos ( RDW). Conclui-se, portanto, que os resultados dos hemogramas liberados pelo aparelho analisado podem ser satisfatórios quando realizados entre 12 a 24 horas após a coleta da amostra para a maioria dos parâmetros avaliados.

Conclui-se, portanto, que os resultados dos hemogramas liberados pelo aparelho analisado podem ser satisfatórios quando realizados entre 12 a 24 horas após a coleta da amostra para a maioria dos parâmetros avaliados.This study evaluated possible alterations in different hematologic parameters total erythrocyte count, hematocrit, hemoglobin concentration, mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MHCM), total leukocyte count and platelet count, of blood samples submitted to varied storage times at both 4ºC and at room temperature. The analyses were performed using a Sysmex XT2000i automated hematology analyzer. Written consent was obtained from donors with no hematological disorders or clinical abnormalities and thus from individuals with apparently normal laboratory reference values for healthy adults. The results were analysed by descriptive statistics with comparisons of the means being achieved by analysis of variance (ANOVA). The means of the MCHC parameters and platelet count showed significant statistical differences for both storage temperatures. At room temperature the hematocrit, MCV and red cell distribution width (RDW) readings also presented statistically significant differences. Therefore, it can be concluded that hemogram results performed by automated blood analyzers are satisfactory when carried out within 24 hours after drawing the blood sample for most of the parameters evaluated.
The goal of this work was to compare the efficiency of the influenza A and B viruses Isolated during 2010-2011 epidemic season. The clinical samples were taken in the test tubes with the transport ...medium on the.basis of the medium EMEM and commercial test tubes Sigma-Virocult (M40 Compliant, Sigma Virocult) and Virocult (M40 Compliant, Virocult). The results of this work demonstrated higher efficiency of influenza A and B viruses isolation from nasopharyngeal swabs of the patients taken in the test tubes Sigma-Virocult (M40 Compliant, Sigma Virocult) and Virocult (M40 Compliant, Virocult) with the transport medium as compared with the efficiency of influenza strains isolation from nasopharyngeal swabs taken in test tubes with the medium EMEM with respect to all estimated indicators: efficiency of isolation, a passage of isolation and the titer of isolates. The possibility of the long-term storage of a clinical material at room temperature and at 4 degrees C was confirmed, without resorting to freezing, which is significant in the absence of the necessary equipment.
Presents 2 experiments with 110 17-19 yr. old students which replicated and extended previous studies. In Exp. I, interpolated pictures and concrete sentences produced the same amount of significant ...retroactive interference both on the immediate recall of unrelated, concrete sentences and 2 days later. Furthermore, the same amount of significant positive transfer was obtained when interpolated pictures and sentences depicted and were identical to, respectively, the original. In Exp. II, recall of abstract sentences was not interfered with, either at immediate or delayed recall, by interpolated pictures and concrete sentences, but was by interpolated abstract sentences. It is suggested that the contents of concrete sentences are stored primarily as visual images and those of abstract sentences primarily verbally.
