Despite the fact that algeria has attractive mountains along the Tell and the Saharan Atlas series, and the economic benefits of tourism at both macro and micro levels, one generally can see how ...mountain tourism is missed in tourism programs and projects in Algeria .This study attempts to analyze mountain tourism in Algeria through an electronic questionnaire addressed to the main important tourist agencies in Algeria ; we evaluated the activities of these agencies in promoting mountain tourism, as they are a key player in revitalizing this very sector. The analysis of the data indicated the poor performance of these agencies in promoting mountain tourism in Algeria since they are more interested in promoting foreign destinations. In brief, they ignored the national tourism products. They attributed that to the absence of basic infrastructure and lack of security in mountainous regions, in addition to the high costs of hotel accommodation and the lack of government incentives

There are different opinions about what is ethical and what is unethical, both between individuals and between companies. The aim of this paper is to provide answers to the question of how consumers perceive the travel agency in terms of their ethical or unethical business, and whether it affects their final decision you make in the process of purchasing tourist products. The purpose of the research used the method of survey research.
Este trabalho tem como objetivo principal descrever o papel dos "mecanismos intermediários" (em especial o papel ativo das agências de turismo) no processo de emigração internacional de brasileiros ...para os EUA. Ao propor uma perspectiva relacional para o entendimento do fenômeno migratório, procedeuse a uma análise estrutural formal (fundamentada na Análise de Redes Sociais e Teoria dos Grafos) que possibilitasse a compreensão da emigração por meio de suas propriedades estruturais básicas. As agências de turismo ocupam importante posição estrutural de intermediação das travessias dos emigrantes, desempenhando papel preponderante na regulação dos fluxos migratórios através das redes sociais estabelecidas no sistema da migração internacional brasileira.
This paper analyzes the effects of market orientation from two perspectives. First, its direct influences on tourist agencies’ perceived performance, and its indirect ones on performance through the ...perceived value of market information. Second, direct effects on the perceived service quality offered by the firm and indirect influences derived from the utilization of quality measurement systems are analyzed. Hypothesized relationships are tested in an empirical study of tourist managers. Research findings confirm the proposed relationships, except the influence of using quality measurement systems on service. A positive direct influence between perceived service quality and performance is also analyzed and confirmed.
Orientation marché et qualité: effets perçus et agences de voyages. Cet article analyse les effets d’une orientation marché de deux points de vue. D’une part, on discute des influences directes de l’orientation marché sur la performance perçue des agences de voyage et des influences indirectes sur la performance à travers la valeur perçue de l’information du marché. D’autre part, on analyse les effets directs sur la qualité de services perçue fournis par les influences définitives et indirectes qui sont dérivées de l’utilisation des systèmes de mesurage de qualité. Les relations proposées ont été testées dans une étude empirique des directeurs de tourisme. Les résultats confirment les relations proposées à l’exception de l’influence d’utiliser des systèmes de mesurage de qualité sur les services. On analyse et confirme également une influence directe positive entre la perception de la qualité des services et la performance.

and competitiveness. The primary goal of this study was to determine the extent of
employee satisfaction among staff in Novi Sad’s tourist agencies, as well as to
determine the parameters of employee motivation and enable the possible influence
on bigger productivity and business competitiveness. The main objective of this study
was to confirm a specific hypothesis. In this paper, the main hypothesis is that generally
observing, staff employed in Novi Sad’s travel agencies are mainly pleased with all
offered segment or determinants that affect their business and it was confirmed.
The basic method in this study is to survey a random sample, and analysis of results
obtained from the data collected. Data processing used the SPSS program, version
17.0. Included were 107 respondents and the outcome reached by applying or use of
statistical methods and secondary publications, confirming certain hypotheses that
have been posted in the paper. Analyzing and processing the survey, which completely
had a research character, led to the concrete and practical conclusions, proposals and
guidelines about job satisfaction in tourist agencies in Novi Sad.

Al proponer una perspectiva relacional para el entendimiento del fenómeno migratorio, se procedió a un análisis estructural formal (fundamentado en el Análisis de Redes Sociales y Teoría de los Grafos) que posibilitase la comprensión de la emigración por medio de sus propiedades estructurales básicas. Las agencias de turismo ocupan una importante posición estructural de intermediación de las travesías de los emigrantes, desempeñando un papel preponderante en la regulación de los flujos migratorios a través de las redes sociales establecidas en el sistema de la migración internacional brasileña.This article analyzes the role of "intermediary mechanisms" (especially the active role of tourist agencies) in the international emigration process of Brazilians to the USA. First a dynamic and relational approach to the understanding of the migration phenomenon is established. Next, a formal structural analysis (grounded on Social Network Analysis and Graph Theory) was carried out to facilitate understanding of emigration by considering its basic structural characteristics. The final analysis suggests that tourist agencies play an important role of structural mediation for migrants entering the country. The action of such agencies is decisive in regulating migratory flows through well-established social networks in the Brazilian international migration system.
Članak se usredotočuje na pitanje kako turističke agencije brinu o pitanju preventivne zdravstvene zaštite specifične skupine zaposlenika, turističkih vodiča i turističkih pratitelja. Turistički ...vodiči i turistički pratitelji su zbog prirode posla koji obavljaju stalno izloženi određenim bolestima. Budući da turistički vodiči i turistički pratitelji u većini slučajeva nisu zaposlenici turističkih agencija, odnosno uglavnom su samozaposleni, turističke agencije nemaju istu pravnu obvezu prema njima kao da su njihovi zaposlenici. No, u interesu je svakog poslodavca da su mu zaposlenici zdravi. Kroz perspektivu profesionalnosti problem koji istražujemo pokazuje koliko dobro turističke agencije vode brigu o svojim zaposlenicima. Naše istraživanje provedeno je među turističkim vodičima i turističkim pratiteljima u Sloveniji, na uzorku od 500, što predstavlja 25,27% od ukupnog broja te populacije. Sveukupno smo primili 120 odgovora što predstavlja 24,00% svih ispitanika ili 6,06% ukupne populacije vodiča i pratitelja u Sloveniji. Doznali smo da nedostatno regulirani status posla turističkih vodiča i turističkih pratitelja smanjuje standard profesionalizma kada je riječ o preventivnoj zdravstvenoj skrbi, a prijeti i kvaliteti usluga u turizmu općenito. Međutim, doznali smo i da oni vodiči i pratitelji koji često rade u potencijalno visoko rizičnom okruženju imaju veću podršku turističkih agencija koje ih angažiraju. No njihova podrška još uvijek nije ni približno dovoljna da bi činila značajniju razliku.
Dinamičnost i neizvjesnost okruženja mijenja okvire turističke agencije nalažući joj prilagodbu, prihvaćanjem novih izazova i mogućnosti iz okoline kako općenito u poslovanju, tako i uže – u ...vlastitoj proizvodnji. Intenzitet promjena sa strane turističke ponude, čiji se suvremeni način poslovanja subjekata temelji na kriterijima odgovornosti i konkurentnosti, te visokih zahtjeva turističke potražnje iniciranih specifičnim interesima i svijesti o kvaliteti, infiltrirao se kroz turističko posredništvo. Bez obzira na to kakav predznak i u konačnici kakav ishod te promjene sobom donose, turističke agencije, ako uvode promjene u svoje poslovanje, onda već samim time pokazuju spremnost na prilagodbu. Navedena problematika, koja je argumentirana u prvom dijelu rada, potkrijepljena je dodatnim rezultatima sekundarnog istraživanja koje je provedeno među 27 zemalja članica EU. Nadalje se analizira obilježje promjena kroz razinu intenzifi kacije rada u turističkoj agenciji te vjerojatnosti za napuštanje tradicionalnog načina rada agencije uz prihvaćanje i primjenu suvremenih informacijskih i komunikacijskih tehnologija (Information and Communication Technologies - ICT) te pripadajućih organizacijskih kultura. U drugom dijelu rada naglasak je na primarnom istraživanju koje je provedeno među menadžerima turisičkih agencija u Republici Hrvatskoj kako bi se istražio intenzitet utjecaja novih tredova u turizmu
i novih tehnologija na mogućnost smanjenja uloge turističkih agencija, kroz analizu razine utjecaja novih tehnologija na posebna područja poslovanja u turističkim agencijama. Rezultati navedenih istraživanja govore u prilog specifi čne uloge ICT-a u turizmu i njegova specifi čnog koaliranja u posebnim područjima poslovanja u okviru interne okoline
turističkih agencija radi prilagodbe novim trendovima i uvjetima na turističkom tržištu.
The main bearers of legal affairs in the tourism industry are travel agencies. To sell its services, the travel agency enters into legal relations with its clients as well as with other travel ...agencies and organizations. It produces numerous legal consequences with its operations. Normative regulation of their establishment and business is necessary for legal certainty. The Law on Tourism of the Republic of Serbia precisely defines the procedure for establishing tourist agencies as well as the conditions that a tourist agency must fulfill if it wants to do business. At the same time, it should satisfy all the conditions in the business itself that arise from other legal acts related to business and the economy. This paper examines the establishment of travel agencies in the Republic of Serbia, by looking in detail at the procedure for establishing travel agencies, as well as the conditions they must fulfill, and attention is also paid to the specifics that arise in practice during their establishment.
