Izpostavljenost trpinčenju na delovnem mestu v Sloveniji = Exposure to mobbing in the workplace in Slovenia

The first Slovene research into mobbing in the workplace (MW) was carried out in spring 2008. The results show that 10.4 % of the respondents suffered from mobbing in the six-month period preceding ...the research, 1.5 % of them reportedthat they had frequently been subjected to mobbing. The revised Negative Acts Questionnaire (NAQ-R) was the tool used in the research to measure the perceived MW and victimization in the workplace.
