Implementation of videoconferencing systems in organizing of hospitations

Hospitation is the basic element in process of forming and education of future teachers. It requires student's presence in the classroom what generates the permanent disturbance in daily atmosphere ...and rhythm of the class as community. This also means the problem for the teacher, performing the lesson. A repeated appearance of large number of visitors has influence to the activities of entire school as organization. Videoconferencing systems are devices capable to transmit the video and sound in real time. ln this matter they can be a good choice to realize the hospitation and attendance to lessons without physical presence of student in the classroom. Advantages and disadvantages, technical, organizational requirements and our experience by performing hospitation supported by the videoconferencing systems, are subject of this article.
