Avtonomija javnih in zasebnih srednjih šol : diplomsko deloBošnjak, Nina, 1985-Teoretično lahko avtonomijo pojmujemo na več načinov, vendar bi v praksi morala biti avtonomija izhodišče koncepta šole. Če šola nima avtonomije, je njeno delo ovirano. Vendar pa je avtonomija šole ... odvisna tako od avtonomije učiteljev kot tudi od avtonomije učencev. Te tri avtonomije so med seboj nerazdružljivo povezane. Sistem je naravnan tako, da določa posamezne cilje, ki jih tako učitelji kot učenci morajo doseči za kvaliteten vzgojno izobraževalni proces, obenem pa jim dopušča proste roke, da v sistem vključijo svoje znanje in strokovno usposobljenost in s tem naredijo sistem bolj oseben in privlačen za vse udeležence. Za razvoj avtonomije šole je smiselno in spodbudno, da imajo tako učitelji kot učenci svoj del avtonomije, da jo uresničujejo, saj s tem kažejo svojo odgovornost do sistema. V empirični raziskavi so sodelovali učitelji in dijaki tako zasebnih kot javnih srednjih šol. Vprašanja v raziskavi se nanašajo na strokovno avtonomijo učiteljev na različnih področjih in na avtonomijo dijakov; le kolikšna ta je ter kje in kako jo lahko uporabijo. Dokaj veliko število učiteljev se čuti strokovno usposobljene in avtonomne, medtem ko bi dijaki zase hoteli imeti še več avtonomije.Type of material - undergraduate thesis ; adult, seriousPublication and manufacture - Maribor : [N.
