    In my diploma, A Comparison between the Book and the Film: The Private History of a Campaign that Failed, I wrote about realism, American realism, plot and character in American realism and authors ... that wrote at that time. I also wrote about Mark Twain's style and its connection with the story. Mark Twain wrote at the time of the Civil War, and I presented a few causes for the Civil War and slavery. The main theme of my diploma is the comparison between the book and the film: The private History of a Campaign that Failed. I compared details included in both the book- and the film-version. I presented all the differences and events that are the same.
