Personnel selection supported by decision expert system

This paper presents a personnel selection model which supports personnel selection based on hard data and soft data. There are presented basic elements of the model such as a working place, a worker, ...selection, external resources, internal resources, individual work, teams, performance factors, performance appraisal, rewarding and elements for supporting the model such as personnel information system, expert system. At the end a case study is shown.
