Software complexity metric with the critical value

There are hundred of software metrics, but majority of them are unsuccessful. There are also various software metrics validation methods, which are still less successful. In this paper we will ...present a metric with some wishful properties like clearly defined critical, minimal and maximal value, and independent of the stage of the software product and the language in which it is written. It is hypothesized that a metric of that kind will be successful and according to its feature easy to validate.
