  • High performance capillary zone electrophoretic analysis of a thiosuccinyl-s-triazine derivative

    The preparation of an alternative polycarboxylic acid to the expensive crosslinking reagent 1,2,3,4-butanetetracarcoxylic acid (BTCA) is reported. The reaction of mercaptosuccinic acid with ... 2,4,6-trichloro-s-triazine (cyanuric chloride) gave a dithiosuccinyl derivative. The preparation reactionwas followd by High Performance Capillary Zone Electrophoresis (HPCZE). This is a modern and advanced technique which permits efficient separation of charged compounds present in small sample volumes.
