  • A new Slovenian Konus-Konex filter material for high temperature filtration

    Three special filter materials with scrim reinforcement based on commercially available Nomex fibres were developed in collaboration with the company Konus-Konex and the Faculty of Mechanical ... Engineering in Maribor. Mechanical, structural and filtering properties (dust leakage and dust tetention) of filter samples were analysed. Two of them have shown appropriate construction and after-treatment for use in high pressure-reverse cleaning systems. On the basis of obtained results the company Konus Konex started with the production of these two filter materials.
