Knowledge management support in introducing innovative process into a company

The paper describes the use of knowledge management in the evaluation of organizational processes, emplyees and technology of an enterprise. The partners and consumers who are included in the ...evaluation chain are evaluated in the same way. The result of this procedure is the acquisition of new knowledge, which upgrades the business performance and efficeincy of an enterprise. Special tools are needed for planning business functions and production process, and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is one of them. Its inclusion into the product design process of an enterprise is presented.
