  • The analytical calculation of thermal conductivity, viscosity and thermal diffusivity for binary and ternary mixtures

    The paper features the mathematical model of computing viscosity, thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity in the liquid and gas domain for pure components and mixtures. To calculate the ... transport properties of real fluid the models on the basis of Lennard-Jones intermolecular potential were applied. We developed the mathematical model for the calculation of transport properties for binary and ternary mixtures. The analytical results obtained by statistical thermodynamics are compared with the REFPROP model and show relatively good agreement.
