    The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process uses the membership degree of the evaluation set to represent the comprehensive evaluation results, realizes the quantitative calculation of the problems with unclear boundary to determine the nature, and realizes the objective overall evaluation of the evaluation objects restricted by many factors. By analyzing the problems of the existing student evaluation system of comprehensive practical courses, this paper determines the evaluation indexes in the student evaluation system. Using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, firstly, the membership matrix is established, then the weight matrix is obtained by normalizing the weight coefficient of experts, and the fuzzy evaluation matrix is synthesized. Finally, the evaluation result is obtained by multiplying the weight matrix and the fuzzy evaluation matrix. This paper selects the single chip microcomputer comprehensive practice course as the starting point to verify the feasibility of the evaluation system, and continuously improve the connotation of the system through practice. The course experimented shows that the student evaluation system of the comprehensive practice course has a good effect in the whole of week training single chip microcomputer technology.
