    ǂA ǂfactor of success in less developed hilly regions of Slovenia can be found in their development integrity. In the most of the hilly regions there can't be found an integrity of development and we ... often recognize one-sided development. In the report we discuss the development of tourism, closely linked to the developemnt of the local, national (Slovenian) and international environment. For a successfull cooperation within the European Union Slovenia must develop the hilly regions as well, which are mainly less developed. To find the possibility of the touristical development, we discuss the region Kozjansko-Obsotelje.
