  • Transition of management in Slovenia : a systems-organisation approach

    In my paper, first of all, I will emphasise the model of transition of management in Slovenia with presentation of field research results from my several-years lasting research of management in ... Slovenia. The presented model of transition is based on the systems-organization approach as our methodological version of systems thinking. This approach has been developed by my and my collegues since 1992 and it allowed research of the way of thinking of managers about the transition of enterprise and effects of prevailing application projects, both at the same time and in interaction. Our results will be presented especially from the viewpoint of developmental orientation of EU and from the viewpoint of potential benchmarking between Slovenia and other countries of CEFTA.
