    The computer aided activities in production systems are a condition for survival, competitiveness, more efficient development, higher quality, faster adaptation to new requirements. Therefore, it is ... necessary to build a system that will efficiently combine different groups in the production system and will, nevertheless, leave the feeling of autonomy. New concepts of monitoring the processes demand to manufacture the most appropriate tools for initiation of automatically aided activities of certain field. Systems which on the base of previously implemented knowledge and the rules of implementation help to plan the production processes, represent the satisfactory tool for planning. The article describes the model of automated computer aided programming of NC machine tools in the integrated CAD/CAM system. The model automatically determines the continuance of the milling operations for the manufacturing of the prismatic shape products on the NC machining centers and works out the input data for the system of computer aided programming of NC machine tools.
