This questions the impact of the pandemic on the strategic dynamics of the international order. This article argues that the global pandemic transforms the political system and the way of governing liberal democracy more than any other factor. It took the form of a variable, driver, and accelerator, and the established world order transformed into a new form of order. Using the descriptive-analytical method and the theories of international relations, the current study examined the impact of the pandemic on the strategic dynamics of the international order.
Transnistrian is a frozen geopolitical conflict extends back to the dissolution of the Soviet Union and the formation of an independent Moldovan state. However, there has been little real movement ...toward a long-term conflict resolution until recently. The purpose of this research is to determine why, despite the efforts of the European Union, the Transnistrian conflict remains inactive and there is no clear prospect for resolving it. To answer this question, the integrated theory of regional security by Buzan and Weaver has been used. The results of this study show that Transnistria is part of a regional security complex under Russian influence, and its intersection with the security complex designed in the Eastern Partnership plan does not allow the EU to resolve the conflict. The difference in the power structures in the two complexes has an effect on the failure of this process. The matrix of regional security complexes in this area is centralized with sub-branches of superior power and superior institutions, and this has added to the complexity of conflict resolution.
Global governance primarily focuses on the management and governance of global affairs that are beyond the ability of the state to solve through formal and informal interactions between local, ...national, regional, and international actors. The post-cold war era can be called the golden age of the process of global governance. This process has significantly broadened to include more diverse players, networks, institutions, regimes, and mechanisms that apply distributive or regulatory functions that have transnational effects. In parallel with this the global trade governance, which includes the group of bilateral, regional and multilateral international agreements, at times with the institutions that regulate the international rules concerned trade, has widened significantly in the 19th century and onward. The evolution of the WTO is corresponding to these essential changes in the order in global trade governance. Therefore, this article examines the effect of the process of global governance on the WTO and the evolving factors of change in the nature of this organization. According to the author's argument, growing role of the civil society organizations, the redistribution of power, opposition to free trade, the proliferation of preferential trade, differences in the views on goals and functions, have led to the fact that, the nature of the WTO has shifted from the cluster of developed countries to a global organization.

A new paradigm of order is emerging that existing theories of international relations are incapable of explaining it. Based on this, the main question of the current study is based on the centrality of the theoretical model explaining the complex and chaotic order of the complex international system. The main purpose of conceptualizing such an order is that the author uses the ontological and epistemological foundations of complexity theory and its theoretical propositions and uses an innovative method approach. The model of distributed branch order is an innovative theoretical model for the scientific community of relations between international relations.
