In theoretical medicine, topological indices are defined to test the medicine and pharmacy characteristics, such as melting point, boiling point, toxicity and other biological activities. As basic ...molecular structures, hexagonal jagged-rectangle and distance-regular structure are widely appeared in medicine, pharmacy and biology engineering. In this paper, we study the chemical properties of hexagonal jagged-rectangle from the mathematical point of view. Several vertex distance-based indices are determined. Furthermore, the Wiener related indices of distance-regular structure are also considered.
In this paper, we introduce the higher-order Sombor index of a molecular graph. In addtition, we compute the second order Sombor index of some standard class of graphs and line graph of subdivision ...graph of 2D-lattice, nanotube and nanotorus of TUC_4C_8p,q and also we obtain the expressions of the second order Sombor index of the line graph of subdivision graph of tadpole graph, wheel graph, ladder graph and chain silicate network CSn. Further, we study the linear regression analysis of the second order Sombor index with the entropy, acentric factor, enthalpy of vaporization and standard enthalpy of vaporization of an octane isomers.
The mathematical chemistry deals with applications of graph theory to study the physicochemical properties of molecules theoretically. A topological index of a graph is a numeric quantity obtained ...from the graph mathematically. A cactus graph is a connected graph in which no edges lie in more than one cycle. In this paper, we compute Gourava and hyper-Gourava indices of some cactus chains.
The corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, which originated in the city of Wuhan, China, has rapidly spread to various countries, with many cases having been reported. Some existing antiviral ...agents showed positive results to inhibit the infection and transmission of the novel corona virus 2019 (2019-nCoV) in vitro. Covaxin is India's first indigenous COVID-19 vaccine. In this paper, we introduce the Gourava and hyper-Gourava polynomials of a graph. We compute the Gourava and hyper-Gourava polynomials of some specific class of graphs. Further, we obtain the Gourava and hyper-Gourava polynomials of some chemical structures viz., chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine, remdesivir and theaflavin which were used in the treatment of COVID-19. The Gourava and hyper-Gourava indices are investigated for the aforesaid antiviral drugs using polynomial approach. The Indian Council of Medical Research and Bharat Biotech announced that Phase 3 results of covaxin, developed by them, have shown an interim vaccine efficacy of 81 percent. So, the results obtained may be useful for finding the design of new medicine for the treatment of COVID-19.
As an effective data representation, storage, management, calculation and model for analysis, ontology has attracted more and more attention by researchers and it has been applied to various ...engineering disciplines. In the background of big data, the ontology is expected to increase the amount of data information and the structure of its corresponding ontology graph has become more important due to its complexity. It demands that the ontology algorithm must be more efficient than before. In a specific engineering application, the ontology algorithm is required to find in a quick way the semantic matching set of the concept and rank it back to the user according to their similarities. Therefore, to use learning tricks to get better ontology algorithms is an open problem nowadays.
The aim of the present paper is to present a partial multi–dividing ontology algorithm with the aim of obtaining an efficient approach to optimize the partial multi–dividing ontology learning model. For doing it we state several theoretical results from a statistical learning theory perspective. Moreover, we present five experiments in different engineering fields to show the precision of our partial multi-dividing algorithm from angles of ontology, similarity measuring and ontology mapping building point of view.

If a network modeled by a graph, then there are various graph
theoretical parameters used to express the vulnerability of communication
networks. One of them is the concept of integrity. In this ...paper, we determine exact values for the integrity of wheel related graphs.
