In today’s increasingly frequent cultural exchanges between China and Japan, accurate and error-free Japanese translation has become an inevitable choice for cross-cultural communication. In this ...paper, based on twin neural network and attention mechanism, BiLSTM model is combined with sentence semantic similarity matching algorithm to construct a Japanese translation bias sentence semantic similarity model. The Japanese corpus data were collected and preprocessed by Python technology, and the Japanese translation corpus database was searched and counted using Wordsmith and AntConc tools. For the Japanese learners’ translation bias in the Japanese translation process, a comparative analysis was carried out in several aspects, such as end-of-sentence modal expressions, consecutive translations, and word frequency effects. The study results show that the difference in the frequency distribution of Japanese learners’ modal expressions is only 4.66% compared with that of native speakers of Japanese. Still, the difference between the two is significant at the 1% level, and the difference in the frequency of Japanese learners’ use of the modal expression “yes” is 56 sentences per 10,000 sentences. The frequency of Japanese learners’ use of successive expressions was 30.1 percentage points higher than that of native speakers. The neural semantic analysis method combined with the Japanese translation corpus can clarify the translation bias of Japanese learners in the process of Japanese translation, which can provide a reference for enhancing the translation quality of Japanese learning.
Janus colloids are functional particles consisting of two surfaces (or internal materials) with distinct physical or chemical properties in the same particle. Owing to their amphiphilic nature, Janus ...colloids composed of both hydrophilic and hydrophobic faces provide a powerful tool to generate functional surfaces and to manipulate the properties of interfaces. Amphiphilic Janus colloids have shown promising applications as particulate surfactants in oil/water separation, as interfacial compatibilizers in polymer blends, and as assembly blocks in robust coatings with unique wettability. In this Feature Article, we summarize recent advances in engineering interfaces by using Janus colloids.
Anoikis is a unique mode of apoptotic cell death that occurs consequentially to insufficient cell-matrix interactions. Resistance to anoikis is a critical contributor to tumor invasion and ...metastasis. The phenomenon is regulated by integrins, which upon engagement with components of the extracellular matrix (ECM) form adhesion complexes and the actin cytoskeleton drives the formation of cell protrusions used to adhere to ECM, directing cell migration. The epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) confers stem cell properties and leads to acquisition of a migratory and invasive phenotype by causing adherens junction breakdown and circumventing anoikis in the tumor microenvironment. The investigation of drug discovery platforms for apoptosis-driven therapeutics identified several novel agents with antitumor action via reversing resistance to anoikis, inhibiting survival pathways and impacting the EMT landscape in human cancer. In this review, we discuss current evidence on the contribution of the anoikis phenomenon functionally linked to EMT to cancer metastasis and the therapeutic value of antitumor drugs that selectively reverse anoikis resistance and/or EMT to impair tumor progression toward the development/optimization of apoptosis-driven therapeutic targeting of metastatic disease.
Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) pollutes foodstuffs and feeds, causing a food safety problem and seriously endangering human and animal health. Liver is the principal organ for AFB1 accumulation and ...biotransformation, during which AFB1 can cause acute and chronic liver damage, however, the specific mechanism is not completely clear. Mitochondria are the primary organelle of cellular bio-oxidation, providing 95% energy for liver to execute its multiple functions. Therefore, we speculated that mitochondrial dysfunction is involved in AFB1-induced liver injury. To verify the hypothesis, a total of eighty healthy male mice were randomly divided into four groups on average, and exposed with 0, 0.375, 0.75 and 1.5 mg/kg body weight AFB1 by intragastric administration for 30 d. The results displayed that AFB1 triggered liver injury accompanied by oxidative stress. AFB1 exposure also damaged mitochondria structure, decreased mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP), as well as increased cytoplasmic cytochrome c (Cyt-c) protein expression, Bax, p53, Caspase-3/9 protein and/or mRNA expression levels and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated 2'-deoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate (dUTP) nick end labeling (TUNEL) staining positive cells in mice liver. Meanwhile, AFB1 exposure elevated pyruvate content, inhibited tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle rate-limiting enzymes and electron transport chain (ETC) complexes I-V activities, disturbed ETC complexes I-V subunits mRNA expression levels and reduced adenosine triphosphate (ATP) level in mice liver. These results indicated that AFB1 destroyed mitochondrial structure, activated mitochondrion-dependent apoptosis and induced mitochondrial dysfunction. In addition, AFB1 disrupted mitochondrial biogenesis, presented as the abnormalities of protein and/or gene expression levels of voltage dependent anion channel protein 1 (VDAC1), peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ coactivator-1α (PGC-1α), nuclear respiratory factor 1 (Nrf1) and mitochondrial transcription factor A (Tfam). This may contribute to hepatic and mitochondrial lesions induced by AFB1. These results provide a new perspective for elucidating the mechanisms of AFB1 hepatotoxicity.

Kongzhuang coal mine of Shanghai Datun Energy Resources Co., Ltd. is a typical deep coal mine in eastern China. The mining disturbance of working face in deep coal mine leads to the fracture and ...movement of overlying strata and the damage of the aquifer in overlying strata, thereby causing water inrush disaster and posing a serious threat to the safety production in coal mine. Therefore, the temporal and spatial evolution mechanism of the water-conducting fractured zone of overlying strata in the Kongzhuang coal mine is researched systematically in this paper. Especially, the hydro-geological conditions and mining conditions in the Kongzhuang coal mine are analyzed; on this basis, the fracture and movement of overlying strata are simulated by physical similarity simulation test, and the temporal and spatial evolution rule of overlying strata in the Kongzhuang coal mine is obtained. Besides, the development height of “two zones” is measured by double-end water shutoff detection method, and the risk assessment for the water inrush disaster of the coal seam roof is carried out in the Kongzhuang coal mine. The research achievements in this paper indicate that the water-conducting channel formed in the mining process of #7 coal seam is the most important water-filling channel. Quaternary aquifer water recharges the mine indirectly through the bedrock aquifer, and the sandy mudstone with large thickness is the key layer to control the development of a water-conducting fracture zone. Meanwhile, the height of the caving zone is 26.7 m, about 8.3 times of mining height, and the height of the fracture zone is 68.3 m, approximately equal to 16.26 of the mining height. The results of #1 and #2 borehole leakages in the double-end water shutoff detection method show that the height of the water-conducting fractured zone is 63.70 m-65.27 m, and the split-to-mining ratio is 15.17-15.54. The water inrush risk of the coal seam roof shows that most of the 7436 working face is in the transition zone, and a small area around the cutting hole of the working face is in the relatively dangerous zone. Therefore, the innovation of this paper is that the temporal and spatial evolution mechanism of the water-conducting fractured zone of overlying strata in the Kongzhuang coal mine is revealed, which provides the theoretical guidance for the prediction and prevention of water inrush disaster in the coal mine with the similar mining conditions.
Cannabinoid has long been used for medicinal purposes. Cannabinoid signaling has been considered the therapeutic target for treating pain, addiction, obesity, inflammation, and other diseases. Recent ...studies have suggested that in addition to CB1 and CB2, there are non-CB1 and non-CB2 cannabinoid-related orphan GPCRs including GPR18, GPR55, and GPR119. In addition, CB1 and CB2 display allosteric binding and biased signaling, revealing correlations between biased signaling and functional outcomes. Interestingly, new investigations have indicated that CB1 is functionally present within the mitochondria of striated and heart muscles directly regulating intramitochondrial signaling and respiration.
In this review, we summarize the recent progress in cannabinoid-related orphan GPCRs, CB1/CB2 structure, Gi/Gs coupling, allosteric ligands and biased signaling, and mitochondria-localized CB1, and discuss the future promise of this research.
A practical metal-free and additive-free approach for the synthesis of 6/7/8-membered oxacyclic ketone-fused isoxazoles/isoxazolines tetracyclic or tricyclic structures is reported through C
-H bond ...radical nitrile oxidation and the intramolecular cycloaddition of alkenyl/alkynyl-substituted aryl methyl ketones. This convenient approach enables the simultaneous formation of isoxazole/isoxazoline and 6/7/8-membered oxacyclic ketones to form polycyclic architectures by using

Abstract
Accumulating researches have confirmed that circRNA abnormal expression plays a prominent role in the progression of colorectal cancer (CRC). The role of circ_0000218 in CRC and its ...potential mechanism are not clear. In this study, real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was employed to measure the circ_0000218, miR-139-3p and RAB1A mRNA expression in CRC tissues and cells. Immunohistochemistry and western blot were conducted to determine the RAB1A expression in CRC tissues and cells, respectively. Colony formation assay and BrdU method were employed to monitor the effect of circ_0000218 on cell proliferation. Transwell assay was adopted to detect cell migration and invasion. Dual luciferase reporter assay and RNA immunoprecipitation assay were adopted to confirm the targeting relationship between circ_0000218 and miR-139-3p, miR-139-3p and RAB1A. We demonstrated that circ_0000218 was notably upregulated in CRC tissues and cell lines, and its high expression level was markedly linked to the increase of T staging and local lymph node metastasis. Circ_0000218 overexpression enhanced the proliferation and metastasis of CRC cells while knocking down circ_0000218 caused the opposite effects. We also observed that miR-139-3p was negatively regulated by circ_0000218, while RAB1A was positively regulated by it. Collectively, this study suggested that circ_0000218 upregulated RAB1A and promoted CRC proliferation and metastasis via sponging miR-139-3p.
Tax havens are often connected to growth in tourism, as finance and tourism conveniently share infrastructural prerequisites. This paper addresses the detrimental impacts of a tax haven development ...strategy adopted by small open economies in relation to the development of their tourism industry. Utilizing the synthetic control method, we find that since the 2016 Panama Papers scandal, Panama’s tourism exports have fallen relative to an estimated counterfactual level that would have otherwise been attained. Moreover, based on an analysis of panel data drawn from 20 small open economies, we find that in the long run, the growth of the financial industry crowds out the tourism industry. Our findings warn tourism practitioners, based in tax havens, that they face an additional risk linked to potential tax scandals. Furthermore, the tourism industry may suffer reputational harm due to tax haven blacklisting and the crowding out of productive resources by the financial industry.

Gut microbiota is a microecosystem composed of various microorganisms. It plays an important role in human metabolism, and its metabolites affect different tissues and organs. Intestinal flora ...maintains the intestinal mucosal barrier and interacts with the immune system. The liver is closely linked to the intestine by the gut-liver axis. As the first organ that comes into contact with blood from the intestine, the liver will be deeply influenced by the gut microbiota and its metabolites, and the intestinal leakage and the imbalance of the flora are the trigger of the pathological reaction of the liver. In this paper, we discuss the role of gut microbiota and its metabolites in the pathogenesis and development of autoimmune liver diseases((including autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, primary sclerosing cholangitis), metabolic liver disease such as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, cirrhosisits and its complications, and liver cancer from the perspective of immune mechanism. And the recent progress in the treatment of these diseases was reviewed from the perspective of gut microbiota.
