This study, conducted between 2016-2021 on Southeast Asian mining companies, introduces the Modified Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Index (MERMi) to measure the implementation of ERM based on the ...COSO 2017 principles. The study found that ERM implementation is influenced by industry competition, company complexity, international diversification, and financial leverage. Meanwhile, company size and complexity, along with ERM and industry competition, positively impact firm performance. However, international diversification and financial leverage do not have a significant effect on firm performance. The study also concludes that there are no significant differences between the factors influencing ERM implementation in Southeast Asia and in advanced ERM implementation countries such as the USA, Europe, and Germany. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating risk management into the corporate governance of the mining sector in Southeast Asia. The limitations of this research include the lack of precise company disclosures on ERM implementation, which could be addressed through more research in other sectors and by using ISO 31,000 as a replacement for measuring instruments.

This study aims to design a prototype of automatic rain gauge, characterize the automatic rain gauge, rainfall classification as an indicator of cold lava flood, tested the automatic rain ...gauge prototype. The design of this tool includes three parts, the first is the reed switch block design. Second, designing an automatic rain gauge block by designing a tipping bucket. The third is designing IoT block and Android applications. The automatic rain gauge prototype was successfully designed with a 0.8 cm reed switch and a tipping bucket with a funnel area of 380 cm

The classification of rainfall as an indicator of cold lava flood is normal 0-15 mm, advisory 16-20 mm, watch 21-48 mm and warning > 48 mm, so that the early warning system prototype can display rainfall charts and warning alarms on the android application.
Long queues of vehicles are often found at various traffic light intersection in cities. Such situation is caused by many factors, including the duration of traffic lights that do not match with the ...arrival of the vehicles. In this article, we propose a model of queue at a road intersection with traffic lights where it can be determine the appropriate traffic light duration based on the arrival of the vehicle, so that the queue waiting time can be obtained that is as far as possible under the driver's time stress threshold. The waiting time in the queue is very dependent on the accuracy of the traffic light time duration setting, both red and green lights on all intersection lines. The research method that will be carried out is firstly to determine the vehicle waiting time model in the queue at the red light phase, followed by the waiting time model in the green light phase with the arrivals by Poisson process with M/M/1 queuing model, then, the waiting time of all vehicles will be determined in one traffic light cycle. Through the implementation of the queue waiting time model, it is expected to obtain an average waiting time for each of vehicle, based on the arrival process and the duration time of traffic lights. The application of SimEvents MATLAB-Simulink is used to demonstrate the calculation from the model that being built for the queue waiting time.
Abstract
Indonesia has fishery commodities favoured by the world market, especially blue swimming crab fisheries. Fishing activities that continue to increase have caused the blue swimming crab ...population in nature tend to decrease. Therefore, it is necessary to develop aquaculture in ponds and coastal waters. However, blue swimming crab enlargement has technological constraints that have yet to be widely known by the wider community. The study aimed to determine the survival rate of blue swimming crabs in coastal waters using ponds conducted in Pamekasan, East Java. The parameters measured were the width of the blue swimming crab’s carapace using a ruler and the growth of the blue swimming crab’s weight using a digital scale. The experimental results on blue swimming crabs obtained an absolute growth of 9.8 cm and a survival rate of 3.96%. The high rate of cannibalism in blue swimming crabs can indicate the cause of the low survival rate of blue swimming crabs. This research is expected to increase the choice of blue swimming crab enlargement to reduce the pressure of catches and be another alternative to reduce the level of blue swimming crab fishing in nature.
The Cibiru-Cileunyi line (JCC) or also called as Cinunuk road located in Bandung Regency, West Java, Indonesia, is one of the most densely lane vehicles because it is the only non-toll road that ...connects various cities in the western and northern regions to cities in the southern and eastern regions of Java West. In addition, the activities of the city and regency of Bandung and also the local community have added to the traffic jam at JCC. JCC traffic has been complained about by many people who pass to go to school, work or other activities. Congestion occurs every day, especially at rush hour, i.e. in the morning at 6 AM to 8 AM and the afternoon at 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. However, outside of these hours, high traffic jams are also always occur. JCC travel time can reach more than 1 hour in congested conditions, while at normal situation the travel time to cross at JCC is an average of 10 minutes. One of the causes of congestion is the high traffic in and out of vehicles at several T-junction locations at JCC, where almost every T-junction at JCC raises a very long vehicle queue. In this article a simulation is proposed to represent the JCC traffic situation. The simulation is created using the SimEvents MATLAB. In this simulation, some traffic engineering is applied, such as by manage the crossings in and out of vehicles at several T-intersections in the JCC to reduce congestion.
Abstract
In this era of globalization, technological developments in the field of digital information have greatly affected services in the health sector in healing and meeting public satisfaction. ...Digital technology-based services are needed by children with disabilities so that they can be given superior and effective treatment. Digital technology services are used as a clustering and pattern recognition system using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and decision tree. The data collection process is done by taking a video of a child walking on a track in the form of manila cardboard whose feet have been colored with food coloring so that the footprints can be seen clearly. After that, Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and decision tree have two stages, namely the training stage and the testing stage. The training stage is carried out using 20 respondent data from children who walk. The testing stage is carried out using three new data that are different from the training stage. From these two methods, a high accuracy rate of 99.91% is obtained for ANN and close to 100% for decision trees.

Through R & D research and development methods, ICMLS version 3.0 products are produced through the support of industrial partners so that the quality and quantity can be felt by all SMKs in the world. This Prototype can accommodate practicum and student competency test. The results of the experimental results of Vocational students from 8 Vocational Schools have been shown to increase the average student competency test in 10 competency tests from 75.13 to 85.53.
Smooth traffic is one of the parameters of the government's good performance in managing the transportation system. The smoothness of traffic plays an important role in improving community ...development which covers the fields of economy, social, culture, education and technology. Along with the increase in population, traffic becomes more congested and occurs in various places. This situation will reduce the level of productivity, economy, social and welfare of the community, while increasing air pollution and waste of fuel. One of the congested locations that make concern is the path of Cileunyi road, which is located in the Cibiru sub-district and Cileunyi district bordering Bandung City and the Regency, Indonesia. The traffic congestion occurs starting from the starting point of Cinunuk road to the end by length 2.9 Km. The Cinunuk road is the only non-highway road that connects traffic in the northern region the south and east region. This resulted in a high volume of vehicles going through the route, so that traffic congestions occur every day from 6am to 11pm, and it's getting worst on the day before weekend or holiday. An alternative solution that is relatively appropriate, effective, and efficient to solve the congestion problem is to build an alternative route known as the circle lane of cileunyi (lingkar cileunyi - LC). This route is a new road that planned by government through a different area with the Cinunuk road for the purpose of breaking down the traffic congestion. In this article, we propose a traffic simulation system to preview the traffic situation on the Cinunuk and the LC road, which is named as "LINTAS-LC 1.0". The simulator is intended to analyse and simulate the level of congestion that occurs in the Cinunuk road, and make a feasibility study on the discourse on the development of the LC road. Through the LINTAS-LC simulator, it is expected to predict the effectiveness of LC road development in describing congestion in the Cinunuk road. The LINTAS-LC simulator is compiled using the SimEvents-MATLAB toolbox on the basis of Mathematics, specifically the queuing theory.
Available GPS data in Indonesia which coincidence with large earthquake is limited and not adequate to reconstruct a well-ionospheric tomography. Large earthquake is occur in 2004 and large GPS data ...is only available from Sumatra GPS Array (SuGAr). This study is intended to support ionospheric tomography for limited data by checkerboard test. Tomography result is obtained by optimizing grid size, interval, a priori models, and norm damping. The dependency to a priori model is reduce by choosing alpha value parameter (α = 0.1). For case study, ionospheric tomography is implemented to preseismic analysis in Bengkulu earthquake at September 12, 2007 which expected to have long-term effects in the ionosphere. The result is validated by checkerboard test to shows the resolutions of ionospheric tomography.

Tachypleus gigas
) on the coast of Polagan Village, Pamekasan Regency, Madura. This study was conducted from November to December 2020. Results showed that 45 horseshoe crabs were found in Pamekasan waters during the study period, consisting of 30 males and 15 females. The total average length was 164.57±40.92 mm and 163.67±31.30 mm for males and females, respectively. Males than females dominated horseshoe crabs. The density was based on the size class, consisting of 9 ind of small size (73-132 mm), 31 ind of medium size (133-222 mm), and 5 ind of large size (223-282mm). The water quality was classified as good for the growth of the horseshoe crab population, with sediments dominated by sand and silt. Further study is needed regarding the seasonal variation of horseshoe crab in Pamekasan Water.
